If you are calling to all the ho (s) tels in the area and this one is the only one that has vacancy, don't wonder why: it's the crapiest place ever. Everything is in the worst condition from probably 1970s, especially broken beds, but prices are from 2018.

Hotel arranger is very friendly. The rooms are upgraded!

5/20 without the kindness of the gentleman of the reception, the establishment would not even deserve the second star, as the place is old and gives an impression of dirt.
The soundproofing is bad whether it is for the noises of the street or those of the surrounding rooms, the obsolete furniture is breathless and the decor, what decoration!?

Staff very friendly and available but please think to empty the rubbish before the arrival of the guests (after it is human to forget) room and bathroom very spacious even for three.

Room a little watch as well by the furniture as the equipments. Bathroom in medium condition but with minimum operation. The room was very good and the staff were very helpful. Great location Hairdryer available on request at the reception.

Despite all the sympathy of the reception, the nights in a room absolutely not soundproof were difficult.

Good value for money
Good breakfast, there is no restaurant for lunch or dinner.
Great location to visit the city.

Absolute Warning! We were together for a night in this hovel. We were in a quiet room promised. We were given a room on the back of the building with a nasty view of an ugly backyard and a loud Abluftgebläse of the neighboring Restaurants. With the window open sleep is impossible. Even with the Windows closed was the noise to hear. Coupled with an obtrusive "smell" of old fat. On demand we were told that the blower to 23h shuts off, what is not true. It blows, and stinks the whole night through… The bathroom is an impertinence. We were right at the beginning of an elongated insect with long feelers, welcomes. It was not clear whether it is a cockroach… I have definitely refused the totally outdated and calcified shower to use. The disgust was too great. In General, the bathroom as if it was the last Time in the 1960s, has been refurbished. Everything is old, shaky and siffelig. The sink had lots of cracks … The mattresses of the beds are completely sags, probably many years old. We were glad, when we the next Morning, this "Hotel" again could leave. Never would we again in these scales go. Rather, under the open sky overnight… The operators know the good and collect the Übernachtungsbetrag the same when you check in, not as usual on the day of departure. I think that says it all…

Spent 2 nights from 22 to 24 may, the rooms are very nice (shower room: shower washbasin, large bed, tv) and regularly cleaned. The breakfasts are very honest, friendly staff, and the brewery saint-jacques dishes and quality for a very reasonable budget. I recommend this hotel located 2 steps from the Pole Bus and city center.
I already had the experience of hotel 2 stars much below in terms of quality.

I love coming back to this restaurant every time it's always too nice: map to add flavors is very accessible and the dishes are always successful. This time (in date of nov 2009) hospitality was perfect, whether the super server friendly, nice and perfect timing (we had movies after dinner ') that the Manager at the time to pay the Bill.
In short therefore I swore to give a great appreciation.
Balance sheet of the evening: € 40 for two with
-2 ravioli gratins accompanied their salad (super rich)
-2 desserts (Tiramisu and nougat)
-2 cafes
-1 half of red (with a respectable quality)
The only real negative (which it cost a star) is the lack of space, the tables are really on the other :|
