A special mention to the managers, nice people, and very commercial in the best sense of the term
PS:it's an honour for me, they have a little girl born the same day and same month as me, of course, not the same year, is better for it.

On arrival. Although we had been driving in the heat for 7 hours, we greeted the female Receptionist with a polite smile. She, however, behaved in a brash and unwelcoming manner and had no time for us. My wife was extremely upset by this. In addition, we found the room small and the tiny bathroom was no larger than a cupboard. We do not feel that this hotel offered value for money. We have been travelling across France for many years and this was one of our worst hotel experiences. Sorry!

Had a very comfortable night, good service during the check in. Thank you deskmanager Breakfast was good rooms good all good so continued our travel well rested.

Quiet but room very small for a couple… 1st time, we are disappointed. You can see the hall light under the door … no such wake-up … office of the chamber not clean … our hope is that the work does not last too long… the price could be down during this period, moreover, … hot chocolate ill at breakfast.

I am so happy to spend 1 night at BB Hotel, the staff is operational and helpful. The room is clean and bed very comfortable.

Warm welcome even outside of working hours of receipt. Staff pleasant and available, that happiness! Hearty breakfast and varied, for a very reasonable price. Hotel located in quiet area, direct bus line which joins the centre of the city, for those who are not in the car, c' is really convenient. There are also 3 restaurants nearby for all tastes.

The only problem was that I couldn't get my air-condition working. But it didn't effect my stay much. The hotel is situated next to the highway (but you don't have any unwanted noise) so it's easy to find.

We were staying at the B&B Hotel VALENCE Sud the second day of Easter. We came to have breakfast 30 minutes before breakfast was finished but the manager/employee said that the breakfast was over since it was Monday. However, on B&B website it was stated that breakfast time is longer on weekends and public holidays. After I told this to employee, he agreed to prepare scrambled eggs for the three of us. However, bad experience did not end with this. When I started eating my scrambled eggs, I realised that they were cold. I was told by employee that he did not have time to heat them properly so I have to do this myself using a microwave oven in the lobby.

Nice cheap and cheerful hotel. It's nothing fancy, but for the price it's hard to complain. There's a KFC near by making it ideal for me.

We have stayed at B&B. Valence Sud. Always the same high standard. Always the same friendly owner. We will return again Many thanks.

Well overall except a totally incompetent staff member who does not seem to know everything about the business of hotel and tourism. Who yells at the room staff at 8:00 in the morning in the hallways of the hotel, as wakes up we do better. Who spends his time telling us about his life when we rather want to quickly go to the room.
And to crown the whole with an indelicacy and an impoliteness that cuts my voice, I have frequented many hotels in France and abroad and I have never but then never seen this and for its I will never go back to this hotel or any other of the CHA Stri B&B se which is a pity because it is a chain that I particularly liked but there are things that are unforgivable especially in view of the behavior of this person.

We made a stopover, the hotel staff very friendly and helpful.
Cot for grandchild free of charge as well as parking and Wi-Fi. Clean Room Super Restaurant within 3 minutes walking distance.

The receptionist was very friendly as well as the housekeeping staff, I have to spend a very nice stay. Small Plus, accessibility, parking, supermarket, petrol and restaurant. All accessible on foot. All this for a reasonable price and more pets smoking rooms.

J, asked my reservation (3 days before) a ground floor room or floor 1, apparently no one follows the requests.
For the rest of the stay, well at any level.

B&B hotels are well kept, clean, quiet (well insulated). Only annoying side is that there is no reception during a late arrival… But this allows to have a room at a very affordable price with excellent value for money. I recommend.

I had to go to this hotel as a professional displacement and how to tell you that the reception was not at all warm! The impression of disturbing more than anything else… The person I was dealing with was more than unsympathetic, when I had the misfortune to make a reflection on the cleanliness of the room This one made me reflections which I think is not at all appropriate to a client. I think this ladies really has nothing to do in this milieu!
This being said the room was limit to the standards I think.
I'd rather make a mile and go to another B&B than this one.
My experience in this hotel was more than horrible I would definitely not recommend it!

The hotel does not seem to be very well kept… we had to deal was the manager of the hotel who was more than unpleasant. Arias hysterical. I wouldn't come back probably not in this hotel. Pity, it was, nevertheless, well located. You should review your managers.

Disappointing hotel! cleanliness more than goodbye! Staff more than a competent! brief! To be avoided urgently! shame that one is obliged to put a star anyway!

The reception was very nice. The room is simple but perfectly fits the description and is clean. I recommend.

When we arrived we put the heating "strong" because we found the room "fresh". After leaving it all afternoon, we returned in the evening at 10pm after the urban Trail of Romans. It was 17 degrees in the room (watch left in the room with thermometer)! Forced to sleep in tracksuit and with a sweatshirt.

Très bien situé à proximité du Péage, grand parking clos. Les chambres sont conformes et propres. Pour le petit déjeuner, c'est du B&B. Simple mais économique.

Not the best hotel I have visited, but it is not the worst.

Very nice staff, functional rooms, good mattresses, normal blankets (not just sheets as in France actually usual), elevator.
