A hotel restaurant and family-run hotel. In the heart of the village of Monetier, a set of buildings connected by the swimming pool and spa. We took the studio with garden which is a bit dated but very nice with its 40m2 and the small closed room. We lived there at five without a problem. The pool and spa are perfect at the end of the day with a smiling welcome. Children can enjoy it until 6.45pm because then it is reserved for adults who want a little quiet. Restaurant with quality dishes offered with wines selected by the owner, enlightened amateur. It is necessary to book the restaurant as there are few tables.
Negative points: no hotel service in the studio (housekeeping to do during the stay, forced to clean dishes, take out the garbage and undo the sheets at the end of the stay) and service a little long in the restaurant.
We loved the place and the welcome. We'll be back with pleasure.

A neat setting for catering, the reception on the phone is at the top, the room is beautiful, the "innkeeper" comes to present himself at all the tables. We eat well, the dishes are good, delicious beef pies, lamb casserole ditto, chicken too, vegetables are crunchy, the selection of wines is adapted, we went twice in the week.

Hotel very nice, family friendly and warm. Excellent table and wine cellar magnificent. Clean rooms and good range of accommodation. But don't expect the hotel Crillon, this is not the spirit. Excellent quality-price ratio. We go there every year for the last 7 years, and it is not finished.

The hotel itself is probably very good. Unfortunately we stayed in "The House next Door" in a small and cramped room, we reached the hotel by crossing a snowy courtyard and taking a very steep staircase.
The restoration part was of good quality, inventive menus and friendly staff.

Very nice, quaint hotel with a distinctive charm. Excellent dinner and rich breakfast in a great ambiance. The only downside are the rooms that have come in the years (at least in the Category 2 hearts). But all in all definitely worth a trip.
By the way: cyclists and motorcyclists are also welcome.

Nothing to complain about … whether it is the hotel, with a staff smiling, pleasant, available and attentive or the restaurant, both in terms of quality and quantity. Perfect Service, very attentive staff. I highly recommend. The pool and the spa are perfect … in the weekend in love and motorcycle it was the top so feel free to make a stop in this beautiful place!

Although the location is not so good, but the hotel is very good, and chef's craft is great.

We stayed at Le Pre des Ors apartments in Monetier this summer for our cycling holiday in the Alps and had a marvelous time. Our favorite bits were the spa and heated outdoor pool with the panoramic alpine view! And also the amazing food we got as part of our package, from La Maison Alliey their on-site gourmet restaurant. We come back to the Alps every year so are definitely going to rent one of these duplex apartments again as we had no complaints at all.

What a lovely experience we had at this Alpine hotel in Monetier, one of the villages in Serre Chevalier. We loved our room which overlooked the pool and the magnificent mountains so much we didn't want to leave. We went on a couple of great hikes, ending the day in La Maison Alliey, the hotel's famed restaurant… delicious is all I can say! … and don't get me started on the wine… they have an amazing collection down in their own cellar. We look forward to coming back next year for the Tour de France weekend again! … because watching it this year race past outside in the village, was the highlight of our year so far! Thank you again Hotel Alliey!

What a gorgeous hotel. The heated outdoor pool surrounded by the mountains is wow wow wow! My husband and I and our 2 kids just loved our stay here. It was a truly perfect holiday in the Alps. The hotel is right in the middle of the village of Monetier les Bains and there are lots of cute French shops to get your baguettes and croissants in the morning and supplies for picnics in the mountains. We went hiking lots and rafting too which was great! The hotel staff were really lovely and gave us lots of great info on adventures to go on and walking trails. Would deff recommend & we'll be back one day for sure! Thanks for the tips to go to natural thermal spas Les Grands Bains in the village, they were such a treat too! — all 5 star!
