Super clean super well placed I recommend this property.

Rude, confrontational staff no customer service. Apparently this is a safe secure place to leave an expensive road bike.

A welcome change to the otherwise spiritless road link between Briancon’s train station and the Old Town quarter. A chalet-style mountain resort placed conveniently on the north edge of Av du Charles de Gaulle. A colourful bit of southern France where one can stay and cherish an incredible overdose of natural magnificence without barely lifting a finger. Yes, this is Hotel Mont-Brison, a husband-and-wife-run two-star institution that provides beds in rooms so tiny that getting in with luggage in hand is equivalent to manipulating your body parts to extremity. ‘Tres petite’ I told madame the next morning. But what the room lacked with regard to space, it offered in super-abundance where mountain views were concerned. The tiny balcony in fact afforded a superb panorama over the whole Briancon Prorel snowy mountain region, even allowing for a view of the chairlifts going up and down the mountain sides. The church of Puy Saint-Pierre nestled deep in the mountains was also visible, albeit at a faraway distance. The Alpine mountain scenery may not be enough to make your stay at Mont-Brison appealing. But the friendliness of the couple and the way madame treats her guests (although she only speaks French and is frequently bound to call in her husband for translation) are definitely the two most colourful feathers in the hotel’s cap.

Kindness and confidentiality. It's not the top but we had a good time. There is no fridge bar in the room but a bottle dispenser at the front desk. But if you come back late and at night it's not accessible…

Refurbished, this hotel is conveniently located close to the railway station, the casino and the Prorel cable car.
The reception is warm and helpful.
The hotel has a parking lot with few places. It deserves to be better plowed to avoid the risk of falling due to the ice (Christmas holidays) The rooms are clean and comfortable. They are very well soundproof. The room looked out onto the main artery.

Family friendly and welcoming. Small but clean rooms. Only downside for the smell of stale in the hallways, and very limited breakfast. I would go back.

In perfect position, 150 meters from the lifts and 100 meters from the central street.
For our ski we practically perfect.

Hotel in a convenient location for the ski lifts. Friendly and helpful Staff. Comfortable parking inside. The newly renovated double room was warm and comfortable and with a nice view of the mountains. A few hundred yards from the old town. The Only drawback to the bathroom drains the nearby rooms a bit noisy.

Bad smell everywhere, obscene rooms, two stars because there is parking and because the staff is courteous and helpful. But you cannot rent rooms in these conditions.

The kitchen is excellent the staff nice. The rooms are spacious. The setting is beautiful. Free Motorcycle Garage! To recommend.

Very correct, clean and soundproof. It is well located down, but to climb the old town there is a big rise of about 20 minutes reasonable price.

Warm welcome and friendly staff who will gladly inform you about the surroundings. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
Close to the Ascent "Prorel 1" (6/7 min walk) and the train station (12 min walk)
On the other hand avoid asking for a price alignment on the phone compared to the online booking site, because for having experienced the hotel has quickly increased prices once the phone hung up!
Room Tip: Ask for a room with a view of the mountain, it's worth it!

Hotel well located between the train station and the centre, warm welcome, 70 's deco room, those facing the West with balcony offers a superb view of the old town and the surrounding mountain range. Good bedding.
