Very basic. I shared a room with three other people. Thankfully they were friends and weren't an issue. The room and other services however were inadequate. While the necessities like the beds, cooking facilities and most of the bathroom were fine there were noticeable issues. The main issue was with the shower which had no curtain or barrier unlike other rooms. Between the four of us this meant we needed to have baths or sit down in the bath for the shower. We tried to speak to a member of staff but found it very difficult and they offered no help once we spoke which was a running theme during our stay. Other issues with lockers and missing or faulty equipment fell upon deaf ears. We relied more on the company we traveled with to resolve issues. They are also notoriously unfair with deposits. Despite our room being left in prestige condition we were threatened with loosing our deposit due to the behaviour of other residents on our floor that were with the same company. Overall the room itself was fine and the location was good for getting to the slopes easily. Main issue is with the staff and the policies.
