Beautiful place, great services and very kind staff.

Very well placed hotel, close to train station, beach!
The staff is very helpful and welcoming. They do not hesitate to advise us for the best restaurants, the most beautiful beaches where hiking in the area to do.
The rooms are fresh, air-conditioned and clean. We were even able to enjoy a small balcony included with the room. Thanks to the team!

Nice hotel, clean and great location however the Wi-Fi was pretty much unusable.

Decent hotel however we were very disappointed about the prices: although the sites have double rooms of 64 to 75 euros, we were surprised to have to pay 99 euros a night. Hotel that I therefore advise against for the same day reservations for the night as for example in our case, passengers victims of a train problem (the station being 5min from the hotel).

Good situation. Renovated rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast was very good. Friendly and attentive staff. Perfect to visit the Azur Coast.

Hotel very well located in downtown Saint-Raphaël, room more than good, clean for bedding and in the bathroom. A small defect and soundproofing between the rooms. But hotel to advise.

Good value for money. Good size room and bathroom correct. Very comfortable bedding. Clean Conveniently located close to the train station, the sea and the shopping streets. Only downside: soundproofing not top, you hear everything that happens in the hallways.

The rooms are very clean with very comfortable beds. The bathroom is quite spacious and very clean too: if I return to the Blue coast, I will definitely stay here again!

Convenient, next to the beach, restaurants and downtown. Pay parking nearby. Simple rooms, not too expensive.

The location is ideal but the comfort is not at the rendezvous in all the rooms (uncomfortable bedding and noise of doors and flushing of other rooms)

We could not fault this hotel. It is well located (handy to the rail and bus stations, the beach and the shops). While small, the room and bathroom were renovated to a very high level and impeccably clean. The staff were welcoming and helpful. A perfectly adequate breakfast was served in a pleasant, comfortable dining area. The bed was firm and comfortable. Double-glazed windows ensured that we got a good night's sleep. The room rate was extremely competitive. We recommend this hotel without reservation (no pun intended — it's best to make a reservation! )

Bad, dirty hotel without charm.

Nice and modern hotel in the middle of Saint Raphael. The location is perfect, the rooms are modern, simple and clean. Unfortunately there is no parking available. The breakfast was ok. All in all a very good value for money!

Very good location close to the train station, city center and seaside. Nice little weekend, we were well received. The room facing the street at the fire level is well soundproof as no nuisance. It is clean, comfortable bedding. Very good breakfast

I holidayed for seven days at Le 21 Hotel de France Saint-Raphael. I was very happy with the location so convenient to seafront le gare shops basicila. I had avery comfortable clean bedroom with balcony air con, beautiful clean towels and bed linen changed as often as requested. The buffet breakfast was excellent with an abundance of foods. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I would strongly recommend this hotel. Joan McCabe.

We stayed here for 2 nights whilst waiting for our cars to arrive on the Auto train. We weren't looking for luxury but what we got was a pleasant surprise. Clean, modern and tastefully decorated rooms. Great location in the centre of town and across the road from the train station. The receptionist spoken very good English and was very helpful. We would definitely stay again if we come back to this area.

We recently stayed at Le 21 Hotel for two nights during a longer trip through southern France. Our goal was to spend a few days on a small town beach. Saint-Raphael was the perfect spot and Le 21 Hotel was a great place to stay. It's just across the street from the Saint-Raphael train station and a short walk from beaches, restaurants and shops. We had a privilege room with a view of the town and mountains, which was lovely. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Our only complaint was the noise. We could easily hear people in the hallway through our door. We could also hear other rooms quite clearly and loudly while in the bathroom. Luckily we travel with earplugs, but it did make it difficult to fall asleep at night or stay sleeping until a reasonable time in the morning.

Despite the dreary facade/entrance, the rooms are newly renovated and modern furnished. New Windows, climate, location right in the centre, 3 car parks in the vicinity.
