L'Écurie Du Castellas Hotel

Wonderful romantic setting with outstanding sea views and a simple uncluttered menu of delicious recipes. The setting is great and the service we received could not be faulted. Highly recommended. My only complaint is about my only doing. I have been holidaying in this area for nearly 30 years and this was the first time I had eaten here. They need to raise their profile, this is a hidden gem!

We came to 4 including 2 people with a smartbox. The manager immediately greeted us with a big smile when we hadn't booked. The menus reserved for the smartbox were excellent (starter, main course, cheese and dessert). Only the foie gras was average but largely overtaken by the can which was excellent, as well as the divine potatoes. The restaurant also offered a 33-euro formula with a starter and dessert: the gazpacho was succulent, as was the strawberry soup. But the best was without a doubt the sea bream: a wonder!
In addition, the restaurant offers stunning views of Ramatuelle, and the staff is caring and friendly.
We recommend this restaurant where you can delight your taste buds!

This place was an amazing find. It is a hotel at the top of a medieval town with stunning views across St Tropez and surrounding areas. The food is amazing, good service, very chilled atmosphere. Not fast, but actually this is no bad thing if you just want to go and have a relaxing meal. It is quite expensive but was one of the highlights of our trip to the area.

Outside of the location and the view It is an establishment that abuses and takes advantage of its location in ramatuelle. We did not eat at the restaurant which is their strong point. The rooms are from another time, in a dilapidated bathroom surrealists. And the icing on the cake a simple fan. A drying oven. Home very rough. We must be content to be in ramatuelle according to their words when we say the air conditioning. They just forgot that the south is going to become more and more hot. Do not go there.

I got a net of St. Peter on bed of leeks. I found it is unbalanced, leeks covered completely the taste of the fish. I recommend.
