Very nice establishment, warm welcome, gastronomic table. A real pleasure, I recommend without problem. Rate in line with benefits.

Nice setting, tranquillity assured even at the pool. I withdraw 2 stars because the restaurant is not worth the name "gastronomic ". Breakfast at 18 frankly a buffet would be much better even for the waitress. And in the room not enough furniture for business!
You really have to review this, please don't spoil this beautiful place!

A hotel that takes itself too seriously. Good people at the front desk but a room not suitable for guests. The arch in the bathroom is dangerous, no bedside lamp in the room and no neat decoration for a 4 star. Some rooms seemed more neat than ours. The pool was dirty (insects, leaves. ). At breakfast after greeting the person who was in charge of taking the orders I waited 20 minutes without her ever coming back, for 18 euros it's hard to cash in. Finally the restaurant the quality price is not at the rendezvous, including a coarse maki in the mouth and a dish not worthy of the setting. The big positive of the meal a cheese platter with a specialist waiter and that was very nice!

The value for money is not at all at the appointment. This hotel is way too expensive for its level. The park and pool are quiet and pleasant. The pool lacks a bit of maintenance. Our room is large and clear but the décor is not very finished, the stone floor and the large wooden furniture painted white gives a cold impression to the room while we would like a warm place. The overall decoration of the hotel, apart from the reception, is old-fashioned and should be reworked. The property is clean. The staff a bit beginner, too insistent and staid. Except the young breakfast woman who is very professional. The kitchen doesn't deserve its reputation.

Very nice setting but disappointed with dinner. Lack of finesse of the dishes obvious! And service not up to the place in my opinion. In short, I will not go back and will not recommend it. There is much better in the area with better value for money.

A small care staff who did not forget to ask if allergies were present in the group. One person was allergic to peppers.
By bad luck, we found in the bites as an aperitif that we identified quickly and fortunately because the presence of it had not been mentioned by the servers. In addition to serving the appetizer, a pepper vinaigrette was served, fortunately we were able to identify it during the announcement of the met and so ask for a change.
A drop in taste quality is also made to feel compared to what we had more eat before. Is this explained by the change of the Chief Cook (who is no longer David mollicone) or by the fact that we were in a group?
Always is it that we were disappointed, the price remains the same and the performance greatly diminished.
A little extra snag with this time less importance. A relatively large spider was at the top of the table, a little limited in an establishment of this type.
The place nevertheless retains its charm but declined in terms of performance, damage.

A new chef, a more Mediterranean kitchen can be, but it was still very good. To do with more hindsight.

This is the first time I've been to a hotel of this standard and I'm taken with consideration! The staff were very welcoming and did everything to make our stay as enjoyable as possible! And it was successful.
The room was very nice and clean.
The restaurant is worth a visit too, the meal was really excellent!

A very very nice hotel, a meal at the restaurant full of taste and flavor. An evening that will remain unforgettable. You can go there with your eyes closed.

We dined with my wife for Valentine's Day, the meal was excellent on the other hand we were cold, a glass had candle wax on it, I find it unacceptable for an establishment of this level.

A bubble of relaxation and well being. The service is very good and the kitchen of excellent quality. An indispensable step in the region.

The pictures are more impressive than the actual location. The hotel sits just outside the village, next to a retirement home and school sports field. If you think you are engulfed in woodlands and parks, no. Once in the hotel gardens however, you do feel secluded and there's a lovely sculptured fountain (kids were excited to find a dead fish to examine which wasn't removed the entire day! ). The room we received was spacious but it felt like a business hotel, versus the exquisite settings of photographed room interiors. The draw to this hotel is of course the restaurant. The food was exquisite, but the wait staff were either rude or incompetent. It's a shame as the food is excellent, and we booked our stay based on the name of David Mollicone. He's fantastic, but his team, let him (and us) down on this occasion. Shame as we were truly looking forward to this part of our holiday.

Lousy service regarding reservation by email (no reaction, no confirmation). Would not have expected this from a 4 star eatery.

The service is wonderful! Chef cooks very tasty!

The setting of the restaurant is very nice, whether dining room or else the garden, you just want to stay there.
The kitchen is made with fresh, fine and very good.
I will return this summer.

The food is excellent but the truffle menu is disappointing because servie truffle had no taste.

We stayed one night in this hotel and had a nice time. The staff was attentive and very professional. The 17 room very nice and spacious but unfortunately no view, with a small window. The restoration, the top! The service at the height of the property. The downside was the lack of menu for child/young teenager who could be more suited and with a little bit of choice. Often this type of establishment should improvise a simple main dish with meat or fish vegetables and cereals + dessert or Starter + main dish for 25/30 euros to young teens. Young people do not have the same approach we. It sucks having to pay almost the same price!
However, the breakfast was fabulous. A true delight, very good served with a lot of attention. Really a beautiful and very good address. We will recommend this hotel without hesitation.
