Great stay at Citadines. We stayed for holidays and had everything we needed. Room was very clean, comfortable and big. We had a small terrace also. It´s a place to sleep and have everything in order while you are on holidays. Location is excellent and the service was exceptionally good. We will return.

Clean affordable place located in a great area, close to the metro and busses for easy access to Marseille. The only downside is that the rooms are a little outdated in terms of decor. Staff are friendly and helpful, and they also speak English huraaahhhh!

Good evening… I had the opportunity to spend a weekend in the hotel really an address to remember and advise. Welcome at the top. Super friendly staff. Very clean hotel very quiet. Bedding really nothing to say. For my next weekend in Marseille I would know where to go.

+ close to public transport, old city, etc. — there’s a funny smell in the apartment, of damp and the AC was pointless (noisy and smelly) — this has to be one of the worst beds ever since the first mattress was invented (hard foam). We turned from one side to the other all night long, and not for the right reasons. After the first night I suggested to my wife sleeping in the car or looking for a different hotel. It was that bad! — parking too expensive (15€/day)

Apartment to renovate. Home opens late and closes early. Breakfast is simple and undiversified.

Well located in a quiet and residential area, perfect welcome from Grégoire who is very attentive to the guests. The room equipped with a kitchenette is clean and functional. The proximity of public transport (2mn for buses, 5 mn for the Metro) as well as the possibility to leave his car in the garage (for €15 per day) are the most we enjoyed during the 5 days spent in this residence.
We will certainly return if the opportunity arises.

This time traveled with acquaintances, for 3-4 people better not come up with an option. Friendly staff, reception 24 hours, the apartment is very clean and everything is well cleaned. The location is great.

The hotel is well the rooms are nice but when we booked we had been told that the Studio and the room would be glued and in the end it was not even on the same floor.

Room really dirty (hairs in the bathroom, dust everywhere in the corners, smells awful…)
The heating was not working and the little plus: the door of the room did not close, I m realized it late, I tried to call the reception 5fois regarding this problem: no answer. I went downstairs once at the front desk. Tired, I put a chair outside my door to "reassure" me. A bad night I spent.
I think there's a lot better for a standing saying 3 *!

Nice place in general. Close to the metro station and in a good neighborhood.

It's close to the stadium, but you don't clean the room until you go.

Clean quiet size room OK fridge all well located in the middle between downtown is the beach by cons expensive parking for cars and no free place to turn. In the near Cartier Metro bike.

Great Apartment Hotel, with fridge micro_ondes impeccably clean. Spacious. Private Parking of the hotel at €10/day, otherwise paying outside but difficult to park. Thank Ivrina (housekeeper) for these visiting tips and for her welcome. The Spanish will return home. Thanks again.

Very good Hotel motel everything was really very clean and well maintained I recommend.

Well but without more and not consistent otherwise service okay.

The staff at the reception is very professional by cons that of floor thanks the noise in the morning. The rooms are functional but a rehabilitation of the furniture would be desirable.

It is well located. Not obvious to find a place to park. It is not possible to make the mat because the ladies do the cleaning of the rooms and you hear everything. The apart is nice. The Matelat of good quality. The balcony is a plus.

We stayed in a room of 4, with adjoining balcony. We had a kitchenette with a plate. We took advantage of the guarded parking and paid for the property. Area close to the hospital, fire brigade and municipal police. Friendly Staff, they gave us a map of the city pointing out the main tourist destinations.

Apartment Hotel pretty cheap. Very simple rooms. Good location.

Very comfortable and well appointed, good size, these apartments with large terrace, are really nice. Located in the 8th, 9th, 11th, Boulevard de Louvain, near the Prado, the reception is correct. I recommend!

Cheap, well located (1, 5/2 kms from the sea) but still straight on foot, in town with amenities nearby: Monoprix, shops.
At 500 meters from the velodrome of Marseille.
15min from St Charles train station.
A very warm welcome and staff at La Marseillaise, smile, human warmth and sympathy.
The hotel itself is nice too, the apartments are great and it feels pretty good.

Stayed here for a night to go to a music festival in a park in the area. Supermarkets (Monoprix) and Pizza places in walking distance. The room was exceptionally clean and inviting. Not sure about the other reviews. However, I did request a hotel room in the upper levels, which could be a little less used? Wifi is free. One thing about the parking garage: it is right behind the house on the left, touching the hotel building, a little hard to find at first sight. Be sure to drive very slowly if you want to go into the garage. The view from the balcony wasn't too exciting, however, we did have a balcony! Nothing to wine about that fact at all. Staff is helpful and friendly, speaks fluent english. Would come again!

Reasonable size rooms with kitchenette and ac. Fast Wi-Fi, didn't try room service.

The room was very good, but minor cleaning could be improved. Nonetheless, I truly recommend.

Good studio flat with some limitation.

I stayed for 6 days, I chose the residence formula for the convenience of the kitchen.
At the entrance there is a kitchen with microwave and fridge, in front there is a small kitchen with a large 32-inch LCD TV and comfortable sofa table with nice big balcony, then there's the bedroom.
The breakfast is not the best there are only croissants and fresh fruit and savory croissants, there's nothing.
Overall it's a great residence place near the stadium of Marseille and the metro.

The Hotel has cancelled our reservation 5 days before our arrival to the ECN (national examination in medicine) then we had our reservation since October 2013! The on-booking?
No reliability! We totally recommend to stay there because this can happen to you!
Two students looking for a 5 days prior to the final examination (ECN). Inadmissible.

I spent 4 weeks in March 4 years ago so it may have changed since then but I have pretty good memories. Of course it is packed but everything was in working order and clean and OK plumbing. Side Court it's quiet. Ain't no more sophisticated cooking. The room service is limited but it goes with the price. Given the hotel nearby, I feel that I will go back.
