No, I do not recommend this hotel, noisy, dirty, no comfort we were really not comfortable in this room. The curtain that let the light of the street lamp and that of the day, the bathroom old-fashioned, no product was available, the bed sheet dirty (hairs, hair etc) ask the hotel if there is space in the car park because I put at least 1 hour to find a place in the neighborhood, knowing that we had arrived at 2 o'clock. The receptionist was on the point of giving my room to another person and me would end up with bed separate if I would be getting 2min later, when I had to call to 23h to say that I was going to arrive late at the hotel. We didn't even offer me breakfast. Finally. It all for you advise against this hotel!

I call the front desk to share my arrive was late (2am) I apply for a place for the parking but it was full so I look for a place for 40 min before finding one far enough away from the hotel. On arriving the receptionist my said that he was on the point of giving my room to another person (bed 2 places) against a bed room separate so that we come as a couple and I have to book the express for a double room! Then arrive in the room at the time of sleep, the curtain does not hide completely the light of the street lamps, and even less that of the day. We so very badly slept. Really very disappointed of this hotel.

You get your stuff out of the room without warning… Indeed, they call me to tell me that I do not have a reservation the next night and that we emptied my room and put all my belongings at the reception. After a call to customer service, we miraculously regained my reservation… I still change 2 times of room in the stay of 3 nights as they were not able to register my bookings properly. No excuses, no commercial gesture… I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Recently renovated 7 storey hotel located near the Metro and the Joliette tramway, close to the shopping malls Les terrasses du port and docks village and other shops. 24-hour front desk, spacious room, comfortable bed, TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, small bathroom (little room to put your belongings). Large bay window, quiet and secure hotel.

Great place, just in front of the subway. Clean and Calm. The breakfast is ok (egg, croissants, tea, orange juice, coffee, bread…)

The hotel itself is nice, it is clean and well maintained. It is more the immediate environment that poses problems, noisy bar nearby, homeless people looking for stories at night. The price of parking (€15 at night) is a bit excessive but at the sight of vehicles parked nearby we sleep quieter as his is sheltered.

Rooms very small and basic, there was no soap for washing hands…

The hotel is in work and the breakfast room is too small. The hotel was full on the night of the 28th to the 29/05/2108 and at the end of the breakfast service, there was a lot of things, mainly bread, while there is a bakery at 5 minutes… The dishes were missing too, the plunge had a hard to follow…

Comfortable and well connected (underground) to the centre and to the station Saint Charles.

If you are looking for peace and quiet, run away from this hotel where the reception and the dining room become the gathering place of all the young people in the neighborhood on the night of the game on TV.
The hotel charges services that they are unable to provide (Parking) and it is the course of the fighter to be reimbursed… Direction totally absent. Only employees who are poorly trained and unable to make decisions.

The new facilities are nice, the rooms more enjoyable.
However, it would be missing a hook for jackets or jackets.
In the bath saddle, the hooks for the towels and the toilet paper holder are still missing; I think it will come.
Too bad the shower curtain system has been kept; This is the weak point of these bathrooms.
Breakfast is friendly but not varied enough for a frequent guest; There is a lack of fruit in particular. Ham and a little cheese would also be welcome…

Stayed for four night it's an ok place but nothing special lots of refurbishment going on and I thing we had one of the new rooms though nothing to shout home about. It's difficult to say anything good but equally there was nothing bad. They did run out of croissants which was outrageous! Would I stay again? Probably not, I am sure there is better value and more comfortable places. The hotel is very French and whilst reception did speak English we both felt a bit second class and left waiting while others were delt with more promptly.

My experience in this structure was a total disappointment, but the most disappointing thing was the meeting with an employee of the structure, who definitely forgot the etiquette, good manners and especially the education and delicacy! I will never go back, other staff rejuvenation advice!

Basically comfortable, and good service. Struggled with Wi-Fi sign up and connection. Room temperature control a challenge.

A hotel very close to the old port in Marseille. Very nice staff and parking places in the house or nearby. Very quiet room.

The hotel is very well located and allowed a walking distance to all the main attractions that we sought. It's also overall very clean and well maintained. However, there were noises due to ongoing construction works, sometimes in the morning which bothered a bit. Also for my last night, noise came out of my neighboring room; there was a couple that kept arguing from time to time. At one point a girl was kicked out of the room in her underwear with her stuff and kept arguing and going in and out of the room, then back in. Not sure if anybody was watching on the hotel's security cameras to see that happening. Too bad there wasn't a phone in the room to report that incident to the reception as I couldn't leave my room then to go down.

Pleasant stay near a public transport infrastructure (tram). Breakfast was excellent Quiet room. (Check the condition of the carpet, stains! ) We will return without hesitations!

Correct. I do not appreciate the room (siphone butcher no SOAP in washbasin, barely usable in the shower, toilet bowl unstable) little heating. Street side well insulated from the noise.

Staff and front desk people so helpful and they do their best to serve u as quickly as they can.

It is a great hotel, the rooms are spacious and the breakfast is very nice. The area in my opinion, I do not like much, but this relatively close to the train station and has 2 blocks approximately a subway line.

Cheap place with a good location, but room is too small with no mini fridge. Shower was flooding the bathroom due to poor instalation. Hair dryer only available on the front desk and it was not working.

Good hotel with large Room, centrally located.

The staff was very friendly and spoke English very well. I'm very happy that they offered breakfast in the morning before I had to catch a train.

Great location close to transport links. Decent sized room. The air conditioning didn't seem to be working in my room but the reception staff were going to sort that.

Budget accommodation close to the Marseille sea face and 20 minutes walk from the port 25 minutes from the Gare.

The experience was good, a simple room, just right for sightseeing, come back, shower and sleep. The breakfast was buffet and you could catch all we wanted. I don't give 5 stars because they did not have luggage for the bags and the girl on reception didn't know too much English.

I there was c t nice, discreet especially a service clean and just what it takes no more nor less, beds a bit too narrow if the rest it will.

A quality hotel with rather friendly staff. The rooms are OK, though a bit small. The essential is there.

Mouai. Expensive for what it is, room quite clean but mundane, no dry hair for example. Parking! But given the neighborhood, better now is to put the € 10 parking.
