I had a nice weekend in Marseille, the hotel is very friendly, the staff is attentive and very welcoming! I recommend and I would come back!

Was in this hotel in July 2018. The hotel is very much loved. Of the four stars declared, I'd give you four. My room (511) of course was small but very clean, cozy. The plumbing is great. I had a two-bedroom in my room — just class, soft, lots of pillows. Also in the room was a balcony, well like a balcony, inches wide — but there is!
Breakfasts are very decent (if the price is not included, as I do, you can order for 12 euros per person (can even bring to the room).
The staff are good. I communicated with them with the help of an interpreter.
Oh yes, wi-if free.
For an additional fee provide parking, not cheap but there is (two days I cost 39 euros).

Good hotel and friendly staff. Location was great. Easy to public transport. The pool was a bonus in a very hot day.

Personel nice but price too high. Room far too small no bathtub. The indoor pool is beautiful but the water is cold. Disappointing overall.

Hygiene is deplorable! I am a commercial and travel 3 times a week to hotels in France and this is the first time I have come across such a dirty hotel! Full of hair hairs in the bed, tasks and others, tasks in the sink, musty in the mini-bar, tasks on the alarm clock, full of dust on the wire of the Awakening (see pictures). A junior receptionist because the next day the Manager clearly told me that it was his 3rd day, when we give the keys to a hotel Best Western has an employee with three days of seniority? He didn't even know the Director's name, or is our security? He was certainly sympathetic but overwhelmed by the events and could not give us answers to our questions.
Seeing the condition of the rooms because Yes we changed room in the night (always as dirty) I do not even imagine the condition of the kitchens and the pool. We had to make our bed ourselves with new sheets that we asked three times as they were all dirty, we decided to sleep over our clothes on the bed. A hand shoot uses and dirty with a tip that opens or all travelers can put what wants in! I rarely complain but the pictures speak for themselves. Good luck to future customers
The Manager offered us a refund of 50% of our stay but I hope you understand that even for €10 I would have chosen this hotel and that we were blocked as it was more than 2H in the morning and that the hotels of proximity was full.

Very nice mini bar without the room card to tell us the prices no evacuation plan in the Chalbre the staff friendly before you stay 15 min to wait devanf the Enter but C manages to help us to find a restaurant Outaxis.

1st visit we stayed the day before our MSC cruise and they had no AC working — they offered champagne in their apology. Came back 7 days later after the cruise and they put us in the 5th floor (we assumed they upgraded us due to last time). After an hour of being in there they said that room was a suite and down graded us… VERY disappointing but when it comes down to it, it’s a comfortable and safe place to sleep. Breakfast is too expensive for our taste (30€ for 2 people) so we just went to the McDonalds (or BK) down the street (2min walk). Decent hotel, just very unfortunate these things that happened BOTH visits. Not to mention our check in time was 14:00 and were told we had to wait to see if the room was ready. Pictures-slightly dirty due to not dusting.

Not bad, the little room space inhibited me from giving a better rating despite the staff being friendly. The breakfast was very clean.

Nice hotel, great service. Good location, close to tram and Metro. Comfortable and soundproofed room. Breakfast, pool, sauna and small gym available. A small terrace and a well chosen decoration make the setting very pleasant.
Too bad, no restaurant in the hotel for lunch and dinner.

The hotel smells like cement inside, on billing in the mini bar Alor that I had not consumed the drinks, I realized only after no way of this fair reimbursed these 6 euros LOL… I felt robbed, did not there notoriety of it is 4 star, the morning muffler the waitress slept in the breakfast room, I travel regularly and C is the first time in 5 years that I fall into this bad drugging D spirits, plus I forgot about the case no phone calls for Prenir of L forgot. Very disappointed I advise against.

It is a pity that the hotel stays open during the works. However our room was OK (although the housekeeping was sloppy the 2nd time). The breakfast is excessively expensive but the choice is varied and the quality products. This does not justify the 15 €/person in my opinion. We must admit that this hotel is really well placed. A few steps away from the shopping area, not far from the old port and next to the docks. What was perfect to discover the essentials of Marseille when you have little time (professional stay for example). I would recommend the hotel for its location but not for its quality, which is a pity…

Reservation made for business. We are not told that there is no parking space, so you have to anticipate an extra cost!
The rooms are dirty, full of dusts well encrusted for a long time. When you Dems that the interview agents remake your room, it will not change anything.
So I asked what the responsibility of the institution explained to me: The answer to was sorry there is work the dust it puts everywhere we can constantly control the dust due to the work.
In this case Dear Madam responsible for a hotel, one does not rent the rooms impacted by the works, the corridor of the 5th floor is all white dust this is not normal.
However, I would like to thank the people at the reception and the breakfast services who tried to do their best.
I do not recommend this establishment…

Clean and well located… Between Joliette and Old Port. Practice.

Clean, modern furniture and cleanliness and very well located in the centre of Marseille.

Nice hotel and well placed to visit the city. Close to shops and restaurants and transportation.

So close to the metro railway. Nice bed and room, quick check in.

Decent sauna and the hotel location is great.

Location is next door to several restaurants and a block from the mall. Rooms are very clean and nice, there's a towel heater and a large TV. The shower doesn't have a door which is a little weird. Connected toilet/washroom, unlike some French hotels.

Rooms are comfortable, quiet and completely equipped but a bit narrow. The hotel has a sauna and a gym, the breakfast is very well supplied.

Room small but nice, the staff is very welcoming. Small sauna and gym 24/24 on demand.

Amazing staff that spoke perfect English. The room was quite cozy — I could barely walk around. It is in a business district and therefore there is not much going on during the weekends.
