Convenient, clean and inexpensive to make a step on the way to elsewhere. For one night it's perfect. Professional and practical. Otherwise it is an Apparthotel. Many customers who rent in longer terms.
Good address for one or two nights or for longer if budget is tight. But in this case… really just to sleep.

Well, it was ok It felt more or less like a youth hostel. Nothing special.

Aparthotel is simple and functional. A very good value for money. I would recommend this hotel.

An apartment hotel convenient to access and relatively new.

This residence is not advisable; The Wi-Fi works very poorly, the phone reception does not exist. Quite noisy (close to the freeway) and the staff lack of friendliness.

Stayed just for one night. Clean and confortable room with parking. Location is good too, not far from Aix centre. Maybe not ideal for long stays.

The day after booking a room online, I received to email stating that my reservation might be cancelled. I called and got assured that there what no problem, the reservation would not be cancelled. I therefore send to email summarizing the telephone conversation and got to answer to this email, again're everything what fine.
None-the-less they cancelled my reservation. What is worst is the stroppy way the clerk reacted — no excuse, no attempt to see what went wrong, just telling me "Yes, but we cancelled it". In the end we had to take a single room (for which they charged US the same as the initial booking for a double room). The room which not only tiny but so very dirty, poorly equipped, and noisy (not from the close but by highway from the hallway). We should have went away and chosen one of the other hotels in the area: there are plenty around!

Le lendemain d 'avoir fait la reservation en ligne j' ai recu une email disant que le resvervation risque d ' être annulée. J 'ai donc téléphoné a l' hotel ou ils mon assuré qu 'il n' y'avait of pas de problems. J'ai recu cette confirmation également par email. Neanmois, nous nous avons retrouvé sans reservation. Le pire c' était la facon insolant de l ' employée — pas d ' excuse, pas le moindre tentative de comprendre la raison pour cette erreur de leur part.
