Everything leaves something to be desired, the dirty pool staff badly gracious room with missing panels in the bathroom, pigeons on the window with eggs cigarette butts, I advise against! A 3-star! How is this possible.

Booking made by phone 10 days before and warned on D-Day at 6.15pm that our room was not available while we were 15 minutes from the hotel.
At my request the hotel found us a reservation at another hotel supposedly on the same level as the latter.
In fact it was a 2-star hotel that didn't match our expectations while the hostess had guaranteed us the same level of service.
DISAPPOINTING and lacks professionalism. We get rid of the client quickly.

Wi-Fi Incredibly SLOW! I had work to do while visiting the hotel but I was unable to get anything done due to the terrible connection. Good Wi-Fi is expected and a necessity these days — especially in a developed country like France. My Wi-Fi was significantly faster in Morocco just a week earlier which is a country known to not have the fastest connection. If Wi-Fi is at all important to you, please look elsewhere.

Room for 4: we were forced to complain! Smell of excrement in the second bedroom! Flush not fired! Serious doubt about hygiene…
So we slept in 2 separate rooms… It was not so hygienic as this: mold, very damaged joints, dust, stain on the ground…
No remote control in a room…
Swimming pool: bathing in an uncleaned pool?!
Breakfast: bread with the taste of the wand of the day before…
Excessive price for a mediocre service!
The only good point: the comfortable mattresses for one of the 2 bedrooms…

Light reception, swimming pool dirty almost impossible to see even impossible, medium shower, Ant nest can anywhere, I would not return!

Well as hotel, for a hotel in edge of road noise from the tt. Carpet in the room with traces of burns and the more I do not find it hygienic the carpet in the rooms! The cover fro fro … I wonder if it is washed with each pass … If not in the whole. There are worse …

I booked tonight (Tuesday, March 7, 2018), assuming that this hotel had well its 3 stars and that it had just been renovated.
— False photos. No quilt on the bed but an orange color cover — old pillow (you know those you could do with little pieces of moss). Well yes, that's the pillow if you make the choice to go to sleep at home — all the whole (window curtains, carpet, color on the walls, furniture, bathroom) corresponds to a level ZERO star unfortunately on Aix en Provence there is not the same Hotel capacity than in Nice. Check out the Kyriad in Nice close to the train station SNCFà 45 euros for a real 3 star in Aix it lacks a hotel at affordable prices. Then some clever ones like the chain ADONIS engoufrent there. Ah The naughty Villains thieves.

Hotel very clean and staff very nice. Thank you to the night watchman for his kindness. Price of the rooms very affordable. Only downside of our stay the price of the breakfasts which are very expensive for the buffet proposal. It would have been advisable for the buffet to offer more choice to the customer. The supervised parking is very small it must not arrive too late to hope to have a place if not the paid parking costs €6 at night.

By the highway, nothing around, have to take a bus to the center. Internet very slow, few TV channels, not good value. Staff are nice, about the only redeeming feature.

Well hotel own room a little small but redone with nine carpet bedding flat screen TV but very small by cons bathroom would also have to restylize. A tile replacement that lived. Which makes that I only put 4 stars because it's clean well equipped towel dry mirror hair…

Clean hotel, reception open h-24 and available. Secure parking. The rooms are well appointed, not Super soundproof on the other hand. The breakfast at the buffet is OK, lacks a few things but it remains suitable (cons €9 for that, a little pricey. ).

Friendly staff, clean rooms and good breakfast! The hotel director was kind and very pleasant. I would definetely reccomend it to anyone.

Personal at the top, welcoming, listening to our requests. A special thank you to Rosa for her kindness when we came, she found a quick solution to our concern and with a great price. I recommend to 300%. So yes the hotel is a bit old but very clean and the breakfast a real treat… very soon at all.

The rooms are clean and air-conditioned. Great breakfast for all tastes sweet and salty. Nice pool or you can eat a drink. And the reception of day and night is extra. Great hotel a 25-minute walk from the centre of Aix en Provence. Good value for money.

The best bed we had this vacation (we had 6 different ones)! Very comfortable. The air conditioning didn't work and the shower was made for short people. These were the only downsides. The staff was very friendly and the room clean. Merci beaucoup!

Really good, clean hotels with spacious room and friendly staff. Only downside is that it's far from the city centre, so you have to take a bus if you don't have a car. Be sure to check the bus schedule very carefully because the bus doesn't go very often, especially in the weekends.

Not much to say, great, great position, great accommodating, super nice, very good value for money, garage box closed for 6 euros. I advise everyone.

Bed bugs
Bed bugs were in my room obviously, as I awoke in the morning with many pustules. I have seen none, but the descriptions from the Internet have adapted very well. I've had 2 weeks pustules then in Germany…

Great hotel room spotless bathroom good price I recommend.

Poor staff. Air conditioning was not working. Location suitable for private or rented transport. The location is remote for public transport. The good and perfect is the price: €49. Well for a night pass.

Like almost all the hotels of France Android.
