Beds very uncomfortable and place not too clean…

Excellent value for money. Very well equipped kitchen.

Clean but deserves a renovation.

Nice and complete apartments in equipments. Nevertheless, fine cousins and despite the ban the whole residence reeks of cigarettes, including rooms.

Apartment OK. But clean to see again. It smells like cigarettes (for a place that says no smoking). Mold in the bathroom, radiator that does not work, dust…

For the price you can, if you only need a place to sleep and in the morning a small breakfast, do nothing wrong.

Nice staff, the hotel is rather well located (count €7 for a taxi run from the Rotunda to the hotel), the room is clean, the shower also, and the beds are rather comfortable.

Small apartment simple but sufficient for a passage of a few days, even for one night.

Ideal place to do night and continue the route, do not ask luxuries but was clean and fulfills its function.

Essential but functional clean environment to review the common areas.

We are 4 adults The hotel is good to spend two days in it only, the AC wasn't working will and smells not good, the internt disconnected by it self many times, the extra blankets are dirty we found in one of them dirty tissues and some of the staff is upset and don't wanna do anything more to you but they change in the last day they became better.

Located in a peripheral area. The residence is evidently dated and degraded. The general cleanliness and rooms leave much to be desired. Old and stained linens. Kitchen utensils ruined and in some cases rorte. High price considering the service offered.

Very good hotel, clean and spacious rooms. I recommend if you are passing in Aix.

Rooms are big and and have all the things required. Reception staff are lovely. Pretty nice location too.

Very basic parking is not free.

The Interior of the hotel is run down. Quality far from offering the best comfort as indicated on the website. No hairdryer in the room, the unbearable fan noise. The carpet is sucked but surely never seen cleaning. In short to avoid.

Staff is friendly but ineffective due to lack of autonomy and way (rehabilitation of the air conditioners out of service).
Breakfasts are correct, although the price is high.
The faucet is run down.
Bathrooms are dilapidated.
Cleanliness is barely acceptable (carpets, toilets, corridors, …).
The air conditioners (in five rooms) do not work.

Economical. Multi language customer service. Clean rooms. Hall way needs to be maintained.

Its okay for occasional stay of 1-2 days.

Cold reception. Foul smell in public areas. Dirty linen stored in front of the elevator and stairs. Dilapidated state of the carpet in the hallways. Curtains have never gone to the washing machine. Absence of bungs in the kitchenette and bath. No trash can in the kitchenette, the garbage bag should stay on the ground! Wi-Fi free, but limited in time, it's written anywhere! It's cold, the reversible AC only works on the fashion summer.
Throw over the yard is full. In conclusion: this hotel is not recommended for a medium — or long-term stay! One night, still happening.

Run down. Strong smell of chlorine in the room despite a questionable cleanliness. TV remote control missing and impossible to run the TV without it. AC ok. Mattress ok.

Cute apart hotel. Cost acceptable benefit.

Rooms very modern and many activities are proposed.

Great disappointment. In this hotel, which promises to meet "the requirements of comfort" to its customers, does not appear to know the saying "customer is King". Rather it would be a potential thief so we avoid any comfort: no kettle, no coffee machine, no lamp on the table, no hair dryer, no detergent (we find so greasy dishes washed without product by the previous guest), a single cloth, toilet paper rolls to ask one by one at the reception (not always), chairs plastic, the Wi — Fi pay.
Enough of a budget to put a washing machine in every apartment (but of course not product) but not enough to put a single decoration to the walls. Dirty vents, of places bad cleaned. Builds the Highway noise and the fact that few buses go to town, especially on weekends.
Tip: for the same price it is received almost like royalty at the CITADINES competition.
