Much too noisy, not possible the to sleep past 8 hours. Average breakfast.

Well Located and Cozy, friendly Staff with all amenities and small not very fancy breakfast but be prepared for VERY SMALL ROOMS… You are not going to be able to fit 2 bags in a Double Room! Bus and Train nearby though.

Smallish rooms but nice decor, awesome staff and super practical location when traveling by train.

Clean, beautiful rooms. Also, Marion was very professional, helpful, and nice to me after a bad Airbnb experience where I had to switch to a hotel. Thank you for the great stay!

Rooms are very small, comparable to those in Paris. Housekeeping strongly expandable, garbage not emptied, towels not changed, toilet paper missing, joints in the bathroom must be renewed, etc. Breakfast was far from good: Apart from the dirty dishes, which are presumably just washed off by hand, everything lies "around" without cover.
On departure, we received information that a taxi to Nice Airport costs 15 euros. In the end, it was 37 euros, with no major traffic jam. The receptionist probably forgot to mention that 5 different surcharges (luggage, reservation, airport, etc. ) are added. Too bad, had we known that, we would have taken the 6 km to the airport by bus. All in all, unfortunately, not recommended.

Wonderful 3 night stay! Thanks to the fabulous hotel staff Alex, Maxine, Lisa and Valerie! This the perfect location 2 minutes down the street from the SNCF city train station, 5 minutes to the tramway, and a 20 minute walk to the old Ville and Mediterranean beach strip. We were in room 306 over the April 8th weekend and just loved our stay in this clean renovated hotel. The perfect home base for day trips to Monaco, spectacular Eze village (must take bus 83 from Nice), Cannes, Cap Antibes and a must see for the Friday leather market is the little Italian village Ventimille.

I work on Rue de France, but live right next to this hotel… I can guarantee that every time I pass this storefront, (before work), it gives me the potato to cash my day of work… ✌ ️…

I loved the modern and industrial atmosphere that reigns within this establishment of the city center of Nice. Everything I like and expect when I stay in a hotel… A quiet and cosy room, a breakfast as well as services at the top (coffee and popcorns available! ) and a young and dynamic team!
Close to the city centre and the train station, I was afraid of the noise of the street and the trains but the double glazing plays well its role side street on the 5th floor.
The living space and breakfast is very well thought out, American. A bit like home, we use in the fridge. I regret the absence of pancakes. Presence of a babyfoot and board games.
The room is correct, well decorated and above all, very clean! The bed is very comfortable.
I recommend!

Well placed, district of the station, it is like that and it is very convenient! Public Parking in front of the hotel. Good size room, trendy decoration! Home by Liza Perfect it really feels good! Hotel manager, Valérie, accessible, a pleasant mistress of the house to our care. Excellent value for money! What does it matter if the prom is just a few steps away?

We stayed here for the 3 night was very nice. Room 205 and 305 very good place. Break fast area very clean and unique place reception its very kind and help ful. Lots of shops and restaurants. Really nice place and would really like to come back for summer.

The hotel is reductive to the fullest. Tight spaces throughout. Holl does not exist, the reception is replaced by a low studio desk. The rooms are tiny, non-existent balcony and the breakfast room which is not enough for everyone. More service than you do yourself (almost non-existent) the positive part is the fact that the prices are the most competitive and the staff is very friendly (all)

In our it was free popcorn from 2pm. Location is also great — just a few minutes to train station and 15 to Promenade. Girl on reception Lisa was so lovely and friendly. Highly recommend So’Co Hotel and will definitely be back!

Room ok, breakfast deficient.

Room VERY small but stylishly furnished.
The breakfast was very deceiving, tables were not cleared, meat, milk, cheese & bread not replenished & so we could have almost nothing breakfast.

Terrible hotel, rude staff. The "balcony" is actually a 3 inch ledge with views of concrete buildings and chimneys. I had a very bad experience here. Choose Ibis instead.

Good location in terms of proximity to the central train station and town centre. Rooms are fairly spacious and clean. My room offered a bath. Tv only offers one English speaking channel. Coffee/tea making facilities but no water in the room despite the fridge. Free popcorn downstairs is a nice touch, very basic breakfast is not included in the price I paid. All round good service and facilities for the budget price paid.

The hotel was new, decent rooms, good breakfast and a very nice common room. Free coffee 24h. And the idea of shared happy hours (popcorn in this one, whiskey bar in another…) was amazing!

Very nice hotel! I was surprised how rooms are new, modern and tasty furnished! Comparing to many other hotels in Nice this one is the best choice comparing price you pay and quality you get.

This hotel is worth c is 3 stars, the rooms were clean, breakfast was good! The staff takes care of their clients, they are listening and have been to the little care for us. Room staff forgot to put 2 towels but the problem to quickly resolved, as well as a TV problem, directly a room change was established, the staff were very nice as well as the small glass home!

The staff all very nice. Every night l happy hour from 6 pm to 8 pm, very good atmosphere. Room very clean, bed every morning and households well done. Breakfast from 7:30 to 10:30. Very happy with this hotel.

Pretty nice for the value. The best is thw locatio. It is 50m from Main Railway station. And just in about 10-15 min at the beach promenade.

Very friendly staff. The breakfast is good. In the afternoon they offer a wine tasting and free snacks.

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel for a week and have been delighted with the service and facilities provided. We will be very happy to stay here again next time we visit Nice.
