Booking for one night. Affordable. Room OK with large bed and 2 children's beds. Pleasant staff and listening. Pool and gym. Hearty and good breakfast. Small downside paid parking.

Good location near airport with Shuttle service. Room are spacious and appreciate very much microwave and Nespresso machine in the room. Breakfast offer large choice of European breakfast. Swimmimg Pool is good. Sometime crowded and not enough sunbed but people dont stay long. Not so many restaurant around. 5 min walk to Train station which bring yoy every 30 min in less than 10 minutes in city center. But also direct Train to Monaco or Italy one day trip.

Nice Airport is hell on earth, a complete disaster of construction with remarkably poor signage, and Novotel Suites is inconveniently located and unknown to the airport information staff. We wound up having to take a taxi having been directed to the other Novotel (which is at least close to the airport). Travelling with 4 kids and doing this at 1 am due to a delayed flight, this was an unwelcome surprise. The following morning, I went to get the rental car from the airport, by foot. Again no signposting, despite this apparently being an airport business hub. I would definitely not recommend anyone to try to get to Novotel Suites from the airport by car, the road in front is pure construction with no parking. The only way in is through a non signposted steep detour through a residential district. So, in terms of a hotel advertised as an airport stopover, this doesn't deliver.

Close to the airport, very clean and fresh. Polite and helpful staff in the reception, and best of all the beds very actually very comfortable compared to the majority of hotels in Europe :) The pool is a nice addition after a long trip, done light food/snacks/water/soft drinks available in the reception area with a pizza place close to the pool.

Located near the airport offers a shuttle service at the hotel. Renovated Location with Tramroad connection under construction. Too bad for the care in the rearrangement of the rooms: very very rough.

We have just returned from a 3 night break. Family of 3. I must say that every member of staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great stay. Our room was on the top floor. Overlooking the airport/Sea. It was very spacious. And had a bath and separate shower. We used the free shuttle bus for our return leg to the airport. We did not hear any internal noise at this hotel. We will be returning and staying here. Thank you so much. See you all again soon.

We stayed in Novotel Suites Nice Airport for five days in a family room for four. Hotel offers free airport transfer which was very prompt. We called the reception from the Airport and the van was there to pick us up in 15 minutes. We were offered a room in the back-side, so it was completely quiet. Room was nice and spacious with a comfortable double bed and two single beds. Room was very clean and modern. There was a microwave, Nespresso machine (3 capsules offered every day), kettle also tea and coffee. Small refrigerator was available with free water bottle — 1 per day. It was good to have the microwave because we could warm food up as the hotel does not have a evening restaurant to eat. The Novotel Suites is actually well located as the bus 9/10 (that goes directly to downtown) makes a stop every 10 minutes in front of the hotel. Moreover, the railway station Saint Augustin is only at 5 minutes walking from the establishment, from here there is direct tains to Monaco Monte Carlo, Cannes and Grasse Breakfast may look a bit expensive but a wide range of options in the buffet. Also children eat for free, so it compensates the price. Common ironing room and fitness room, which are free for all customers was really useful. Reception staff was very Friendly and helpful in all questions we asked. Lack of restaurants nearby for dinner was a slight inconvenience. Reception staff were helpful and could order for Pizza, Salat etc.

A little disappointed for a 4 star. The family rooms are well equipped but very small and the breakfast is very expensive even if the children do not pay it.

I would highly recommend Novotel suites of all ages. Very comfortable, very clean, friendly & professional staff, close to airport, also free airport shuttle to and fro, good in and out room facilities like common ironing room and fitness room (free for all customers) etc. An expensive breakfast but a wide range of options in the buffet, pay for 2adults and kids can eat free. I swear you will not go hungry for your lunch sooner even if you walk around for sightseeing for a long time. Definitely worth paying for a delicious buffet breakfast. We booked a room "without" breakfast for 5 nights but we wanted to try for one day and then we got tempted to eat for another day as well. Very close to bus stop and train station of SaintAugustin. Straight and frequent bus to go to city direction. Also there are direct trains to "Cannes" and "Monaco" from the nearby station SaintAugustin. A heavy road work from the transport department going on in that area but that's not an issue at all. No noise is heard inside. Very calm and peaceful as soon as you step inside the Hotel entrance. * If "Nice", it's "Novotel suites"

Comfortable and close to the airport. Very large rooms with sofa and a very practical mini kitchen.

We felt very comfortable. Nice modern furnished rooms. The service is also very friendly. Best to book breakfast in advance, then it is cheaper. So inexpensive you will find nothing in the area.

Before be landed we called to confirm it they can provide pushchair or buggy for 3 year and reception staff agreed but when we arrived there and asked for it the reception lady said they don't provide such facility, and we had to take our 3 year old kids on feet on all our sight seeing tour for 3 days, hotel advertised "The room swith a view" but when I open window blinds I saw is all construction tram / train related work was going on all around hotel and a petrol station, can you call it a room with a view?, Hotel's pool was also in non working and unavailable, they have very limited shuttle bus service to drop guest at airport, do we had to walk down to airport with luggage and 3 year kid, even though we tried to book airport shuttle for our family and they said they don't have enough airport shuttle available at requested time, air ventilation fan was not working in toilet and room has no heating facilities, it's was air conditioning only which was informed by reception, which I found out after tried all button in room with heater look-a-like thing, duver cover was in filthy & few dirty spots and one moving small bug in duvet was added extra, when I inform reception she said they don't have person available to change the duvet, such a shame and con!

Stayed a night at this hotel after our flight got cancelled by EasyJet, the lady at the desk was very helpful and friendly even at 11pm, we got a nice room and a very nice breakfast, I would go back here without hesitation!.

Clean & convenient for a stop over when connecting flights at NCE airport, rooms are simple yet practical.

We were very good and we were well attended.

Hotel check in was slow even at 4:30pm as rooms were not ready. Wifi was spotty by the pool area. Staff were not overly attentive in my opinion. The typical Novotel snack kitchen was looking a little bare and even though the hotel looked new from the outside it is showing its age in the common areas. This particular Novotel missed our usual expectations and falls a little short.

We spent here for 3 nights as the 1st hostel in France. Great place to stay in Nice, good price and warm staff. The room as well bathroom are both quite clean and big enough. Breakfast also excellent!
