Wonderful location adjacent to both the arenas and the airport. The staff was great after some initial problems with our luggage. The restaurant has a new chef and we recommend it. We had a great meal and the service was good. Breakfast was included and quite good except the eggs. This is our second stay. The security has been upgraded from good to great. We would stay here again.

The low IQ receptionist told us that we only need to be at the airport an hour before flight time. The biggest mistake we did was to let our exhaustion and desperation for an extra hour of rest convince us that he knows what he's talking about. We ended up literally seconds away from missing our flight, not to mention the looks we got from almost everyone on the plane as we boarded. On the other hand the hotel's rooms and floor are on the very basic and somewhat old side. The one good thing enjoyed was the open all you can gulp breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet.

Poor and unjustifiably expensive breakfast, 18 euros for such food!?

My flight got canceled and I had to stay here. The room was ok, the food, too. Nothing special, but good enough to get some rest…
My big problem with the hotel is that the staff is treating the guests realy differently. Way to nice to normal guests and kinda rude to the "second class guests" who have the airline paying for their stay. I realy felt UNwanted. Won't come back.

The hotel is fine but not great, most of the rooms doesn't have a fully opening window. The breakfast is again fine but not great. The 2 best thing about the hotel is the staff which are very nice and helpful, and the fact that it's close to the airport.

Good hotel if you need to travel the next morning.

Only for lunch or to have a drink between colleagues. Very good and polite staff, I recommend!

Only came for dinner in the restaurant. We got sitted as we were on time — restaurant opens at 7pm. After dinner decided to come to the bar only to wait for a long time to be served (went to the bar three times only to be ignored! ) as there were no staff. No apology only excuses from the waiter that he does everything at the restaurant and bat. Couldn’t care less! True to be said it was raining and the restaurant was busy but not my problem — sort your staff out and stop moaning.

The breakfast is fabulous, apart from the scrambled eggs recipe to review…
The rooms ready to lift are to be avoided, the toilet and bathroom separated a good point. But give directly to the bed. So if you take a shower at night, it's wet…
If you wake up at night you awaken your companion…
Attention There is no window completely working car hotel facing the airport.
It was extremely hot in the rooms, we went there at the end of March and it was difficult…
On the other hand, nice staff, helpful.
The positive thing that makes you forget all that.
And especially the breakfast coffee! Exceptional!

Je suis arrive a l'hotel a 10.30 du soir tres fatigue, la reception m'a donne la chambre 414 a cote de l'ascenseur. Comme il ya eu beaucoup de bruit j'ai descendu pour changer la chambre, on ne m'a pas aide, on a repondu qu'on peut changer seulement a cinquieme etage 514 toujours a cote de 'ascenseur. Je crois que cet hotel n'a pas le standart novotel de quatre etoiles.

Surprised that the restaurant from the children's menu can be ordered only for a child under 12 years, but not for yourself.

Hotel Novotel classique, good room service and decent restaurant. Close to the airport.

It is a few minutes walk from terminal 1, the hotel is very good if you need a night stay before your early flight, breakfast is decent but I wont recommend it as there is plenty of choices at the airport, the staff are the best thing about this hotel as they are very friendly and very helpful, my only problem as this is not my first novotel hotel they always have a separate toilet from the bathroom which is not convenient when having kids with you otherwise the room was nice and the bed was comfortable one more thing the free shuttle to airport is at request and mostly ready within 10 minutes to pick you up it was very useful.

Located right next to the airport. Walkable distance though one could use the regular airport shuttle at no cost. The hotel is nice with big and spacious rooms. Rooms are clean. It has good Wi-Fi and breakfast. But overall I found the staff really nice and helpful.

Lovely stay here. It's a bit of a building site here at the moment but not too much inconvenience.

Excellent! Great hotel, very close to the airport for convenience. Rooms clean and large enough. All staff from cleaners, waitresses to check-in all go out of their way to help as much as they possibly can. Breakfast buffet has great selection of choices and evening restaurant not too badly priced. Would definitely stay again.

Clean rooms. No swimming pool. Good breakfast. Very closed to the airport. Free car park. Cool view. Kids friendly with a play room and a small gift for children.

I read some pretty bad reviews of the restaurant here but I have to disagree. I had the Buratta salad as a light meal and chocolate mousse for dessert and loved both. Also the servers were very kind and helpful even as I didn't speak their language. Great experience overall!

Defenetly worst service I ever had in my life. Starting from shuttle guy who didnt picked us up, from the airport, to the waitres in the restorant. I was literally shocked how employees behave in this place. From far worst place I ever ever ever been in my life.

We spent only one night in this hotel — enough for someone to steal my bag right by the front desk when checking out, 2hrs before my flight! I was left without documents, phone, ipad, everything! there is no security whatsoever in this hotel which is unacceptable for any hotel in this world which has any standards.

In August I vere ire as the hotel saras are altered.

Great location for professionals transiting on Nice, but a welcome and a deplorable service quality. Probably because the team believes that, in view of their strategic positioning they have little need of politeness.

Clean, efficient rooms and pleasant modern ambience define this hotel. It is a five minute walk to the airport and a fifteen minute walk to the train station (Gare de Nice-Saint-Augustin) for an easy ride anywhere along the Côte d'Azur. Tip: take cash to the train station. The convenient ticket machine does not accept charge cards and the ticket seller behind the window would make Job impatient.
