We found place in this hotel at the last minute. At first I was very skeptical because it seemed very out of the way. However in the end we were also seen the excellent economic proposal (106.00 euros for two marriages), all in all it went well. Quiet and cool place and close to a great restaurant where we ate. Beds a little too small. I mean, it went great for a stopover.

Well located hotel, beautiful view of the decrepit floor terrace, a paint job would be welcome.
Comfortable room but be careful everything is a bit rickety. The button of the cupboard door stayed in my hand, the shower holder hesitates to fall on your head.
Breakfast correct. Extensive parking, free. Wi-Fi very weak or non-existent.
No restaurant in the summer. Car does need to get to the village or I recommend the Gaudriole.

Very good value for money. I just regret the lack of soundproofing. We have the impression to sleep in the hallway.

Welcome warm, spacious rooms, well equipped and clean. The view is beautiful with a small furnished terrace to enjoy it. The car is needed to get around, but the parking is free and nearby you will find a supermarket, pharmacy and Baker. There are also various beauty salons next door and a gourmet restaurant with swimming pool right at the entrance to the car park. Very advisable.

Great location A bit difficult to access, but located in an idyllic setting, with a Expectionnelle view of the Var and the Alps! Very comfortable room for a very reasonable rate. To recommend!

The hotel is located on the hillside about 35 '-40 ' from Nice. Just as far away from the city it priced more content and is very quiet. The room was clean (not spotless), the furniture simple but I found it a shame missing a closet to shelves so much is left in the suitcase. Carpet on the floor and blackout curtains on the windows, not the best. The bathroom is small and I find missing at least one towel door. The room also lacks a big mirror, too small the one in the bathroom that comes back good just to shave. Staff and Breakfast Worth what I paid (about €50 per night).

Hotel likes a horror story. Staff are very rude, they dont interest anything. Rooms are very old, small and dirty. Breakfast is awful. Also hotel far away from city center. I never suggest this hotel for vacation anybody, If you stay in outdoor, it would be pretty than this hotel!

There's an unnecessary desk in the middle of the room disabling you to WALK, breakfast is the worst I've ever had, your 2 square feet balcony stays open (you can't close its doors), room doors are opened with keys (not NFC cards) phone reception is about 0 most of the time, beds shake, doors are mostly broken, walls are thin, there is almost no lighting in the rooms, and it's on top of a mountain. Though there's a Thai place close to it the guy served us food even that they were just closing. Good restaurant 10/10, worst hotel 1/10

Bathroom small but well equipped bedding very clean.
The whole hotel needs a refreshing.
Very friendly staff to listen to the customers.

Located on the height of the house (06) This hotel is charming. We had a room on the first floor with a balcony. Breathtaking view of the eternal snows. TV, bathroom with bathtub, small toiletries, towels. Desk with magnifying mirror. Manageable air condition of the room. No restaurant But there is one at 100 m. Alas it was closed for holidays. But the young night watchman prepared us nicely a snack (ham, hard boiled eggs, bread, yaourth). Disabled access possible. Elevator. Breakfast not included €9 per person. Well rested after a great fatigue at the return of San Rémo. I recommend.

Good for parking and for the location, but the rooms could be more manicured (bathroom door with half-broken lock, torn upholstery, room door with difficulty closing)

Nice room and good service fast. Nice to have a balcony and air conditioning. However, the bed had a strong curve and the pillows were not great.

Room was nice and had a. However, the matress was old and U shaped. Not very comfortable for two people!

For the price, good sized rooms with even a small balcony and views over the Var valley towards Nice. Good free Wi-Fi. Good breakfast. A little bit faded around the edges (chipped paint at bottom of doors, stains on carpet in the lift) but clean overall. No restaurant on site. The restaurant just below is good, but no others within easy walking distance. Easy access to the coast in 15 mins approx.

A little too far from nice. Otherwise, a nice place to stay on the hillside near nice.

Free Wi-Fi is a plus. Very quiet place, just in front of IBM's Research Center. Better to have a car, not many restaurants nearby.
