Starter buffet, Hot Food Buffet. Desert buffet. Everything is decent and agreed, nothing more. The fries are desole, oh sorry, filthy, cold and greasy. Friendly and fast service. From the company canteen kitchen, the smile of the waiters in addition.

Deplorable shuttle service. No air conditioning during a heat wave. Doubtful toilet hygiene. Brief… the consumer experience is not up to a bell! " Even from the airport!

To avoid completely. Air conditioning that has been down for more than 2 months. Require to sleep the window open (so noise of planes and also cars including one with a very special engine. And with a fan. Level cleanliness trace of limestone embedded in the bowl, mold at the joints of the tile of the shower, paint that blisters on the walls, hole that begins to formed at the ceiling of the bathroom, mirror that begins to blacken. Shower head with limestone and cracked. Regarding the door dining room leading to the black kitchen washed in the middle of a meal by a waitress. If you want hotel staff to knock and open you door after midnight, book this wonderful hotel then! Hotel staff actually knocked on the door at 1:30 midnight, we have slept, actually opened the door to break in, and then said they see the system no one stayed so open the door!

But from that moment on we couldn't sleep well, afraid of being broken in at any time. The next morning to the female supervisor at the counter complained about the situation, but her attitude is very poor but said: This is normal!
The computer system shows that no one is staying!?!?!?! It is normal for hotel staff to break into your room in the middle of the night!?!

It seems that the desk woman director didn't apologize and didn't care about our discomfort, didn't say they were negligent.
This is the worst hotel experience! Cheap do not require equipment, no privacy security staff attitude is very poor, you still want to live?

They had great customer service. They spoke English which is always nice. They had cars picking up people at the airport and taking them to the hotels which is great. My only problem was that they threw away my snacks. The room was clean and well kept. One of the lights wasnt working but that wasn't a big deal for me. I would stay here again if I'm ever in France again.

Quiet and friendly place with prices that won't stretch your budget too far. Food was good quality and plentiful portion sizes. Perhaps a little understaffed at times.

We did not sleep at the hotel but we dined at the restaurant. The service is a disaster: the waitress was in the mouth, did not notice our orders (either, if she can withhold from the head) and brought our dishes by forgetting two of our requested accompanimations. The cooking of the meat has not been requested (! ). Regarding the food, the meat was OK but the Burger too cooked. The wine was not good. The table took time to get rid of (while there was frankly no big world) and the waiter did not ask if we wanted a dessert, a coffee or anything. We had to ask on our own initiative if we could have two DECA and a new carafe of water, ours being empty for well half an hour… To top it off, our waitress unpleasant as possible, was all smiles when a table of 13 people settled. The waiters are nice at the head of the client? It's a shame! In short, a poor star for this rotten rad that really deserves to improve on service and cooking!

Service very very low level, quality and variety of the menu totally inadequate and of medium quality. Room air conditioning totally inefficient.

Horrible experience with this hotel. The shuttle that is supposed to run every 35 minutes, did not come for over 2 hours. We waited in the hot sun for two hours, and still were required to pay for this experience. We never heard any explanation or even an "I'm Sorry" for the experience. I called twice while standing outside and was told they would be there in 5 minutes — they did not show for another hour. The second time I called, the man hung up on me. The "Air Conditioning" did not work and our room was 90 degrees Fahrenheit. We were later told that despite the "A/C" advertisement, the rooms only had heat. I sweat the entire night. I asked for a fan, but no solution was offered. Also, the restaurant employees were extremely rude. I would never stay here again.

We ate well, although unfortunately the price remains high. The entrecote was perfect, the staff was not really welcoming, and it's a pity. Cold atmosphere at the entrance, no smiling, I would not come to stay there for this reason.

This hotels shuttle services are horrible. How is it not understood that the hotel guests are extremely tired from their flights etc and need to get to the hotel in a timely manner so they can get the needed rest. Moreover when we enquire about something reception staff say that they don’t understand English, how is a visitor supposed to communicate if they don’t know French? Why can’t their be someone at reception who is bilingual.

We were told there was no sauce on the burger. There definitely was. The staff was not very friendly or helpful. The food was fine, but not for the price. Go into the city and eat something else.

I only go to the restaurant there because it is an excellent meeting point between the Val d'oise and the Seine and Marne! Easy access, parking on site, quiet, secure. Nice setting to eat there after it's a buffet. We would do much as well at home but the price is right. Don't expect to eat very well. It's "normal". Buffet entrance, some dishes to choose from (often not top top but you realize it by tasting them because visually it is seller) and dessert buffet rather not bad, half industrial. Meals between 20 and €25 without a drink. For the evening it is a good value for money.

It was a very nice Hotel.
+ Restaurant on the correct spot although a bit expensive.
+ soundproofed room and quiet hotel.
— No brush to clean toilet bowl. (not top for the housekeeper) — when the meal was paid, I found that the manager (blonde with glasses) did not speak properly to her staff. In front of the customers I find it average. I didn't like it at all.
Overall I would recommend.

There is more than one building and only one has elevator in the main building, so for the suitcases, reduced mobility etc. It's not very suitable.

Restaurant very mediocre … Edged with 8 customer and quality not top. Too bad for the brand image of this restaurant chain.

The hotel is good, but the food was ok. Not many Vegetarian options available except for Salads and Cheese.

Very good reception easy to access and very convenient parking. Very good value for money. Only one downside, the price, a bit overdone, breakfast, 11, €90, but it became the rule in all hotels!

Nice and courteous receptionist with all types of clientele, very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast has improved not enough varied. If not in general it is good (hammam, sauna)

Hotel in several buildings, only the main one has an elevator but all have floors, so very average for suitcases and older people.
Staff often busy but nonetheless very nice, frequent waiting at the front desk.
Airport shuttles often full between 5h and 9am (expect taxi/VTC or if not a good time).
Free and closed parking (temporary camp of travellers posed just in front of the parking lot of the hotel during our passage).
Quality room, sleeping and standard restaurant Campanile.
There is a good value for money for a hotel in the airport area.

Very good attention from the staff, especially from a Brazilian girl, a Czech girl and an Italian boy who guided us at all times, and gave us tips to have a better experience in Paris. The supervisor if she was a little rude to us, but she only answered us once. The cleanliness of the rooms is missing a bit. And the Internet was failing at all times, the rest all right.

The restaurant schedule is not very suitable.

Terrible restaurant. We were told that they were no longer preparing food a la carte and forced us to eat the remaining scraps of the food from the buffet. However, the tables next to us came later and received fresh fries with their meal. At the least, they could have told us this before seating us in the restaurant itself. Rooms themselves are okay, but we found them to be very hot at night, and there was not way to cool them down. Location is close to the airport so it is ideal if you have flight to catch in the morning, which was the situation in our case.

Perfect for a quick night before an early flight out of CDG in the AM.

The reception was very good nothing to say. On the other hand you should review your shuttle service: 50 Minutes waiting and drivers a little too familiar… Not a great idea to let the staff who hire later hang around the bar in the morning in city attire.

Not very nice. I booked 2 rooms for 2 different dates that I paid immediately. I wanted to cancel the 2nd booking and the hotel refuses to cancel the 2nd booking (I proposed an indemnity, but this does not change their speech). From now on, I will go to another hotel!

My stay went very well, with a clean and equipped room and a good welcome from the employees of the Campanile. I would especially like to thank the driver of the shuttle in the morning for his kindness and professionalism!

Make a clear difference between your two hotels that are named nearly the same. Guests (me) might not know there are possibilities two hotels of the same brand relatively close by and end up in the wrong one.

Decor and lounge area-TV nice, breakfast super… Despite average reception and room carpet dated and stained. It smells new at the reception but not in the rooms!

Excellent overnighter for CDG Airport. Perfectly good clen and comfortable rooms, excellent food including a comprehensive breakfast menu. Shuttle bus to and from airport at 10 euros. Friendly staff. Excellent value.

Near to CDG Airport. Ther have a shuttle service that is only of 5 euro on which u can travel many times. Because when ever u want to go to city centre I need to get train from Airport CDG. Friendly staff, nominal price, Excellent n calm environment good views and a small town nearby.

Rating the dinner buffet, the food was overpriced and the choices limited. The "meat" from the buffet was cold and almost raw. Completely inedible. With a limited number of places to eat in the area they don't seem to care about their customers. Try to find some other place to eat.

The shower enclosure gasket was not clean. Room 310 And so he was fleeing water on the ground at each shower.
1 bedside lamp was not working and had no time to get it back up as no time and it was a little chilly in the room but no way to put some heating damage.

They have 24 hrs front desk and are ready for overnight visitors from CDG. Have a pick up and drop service for 5 EUR.

Very nice hotel to stay besides the airport Charles de Gaulle. It is very near to It and there is a shuttle. It takes 5 min and there is one each 30 min approx. You have to pay 5 eur per person but can use it several times for going and coming back. The bar is good, not expensive.

The staff not helpful, despite the room cost 180 euros for one person per night, in the bathroom there were not even the swab, the shower leaked, the walls of the room were dirty, lacked the toilet paper and towels were worn. At the restaurant you eat really bad (Entrecôte was overcooked and thin as a smartphone, without talking about the rest). I tried 4 different wines offered and they were all very low quality (they are sommeliers). Absolutely not recommended.

Hotel gave me the wrong directions for shuttle pickup at airport. After 2 hours I found the correct location and the hotel said the shuttle would be there in 20 min. Shuttle arrived right on time. The driver asked for my shuttle pass. I showed him my Priceline reservation and he said he could not take me to the hotel until I buy a shuttle pass for 5 Euros from the hotel itself. I pulled out a 20 Euro and he said he didn't have change and he doesn't sell the pass, only hotel receptionist. Is this a catch 22? I had to pay a taxi 15 euros to finally get to the hotel 3 hours after arriving at the airport. When I arrived I was really tired but politely let the manager know what happened. He just kept saying the same thing about the shuttle pass is 5 Euros each way which he never mentioned the 4 times I contacted the hotel trying to find the correct pickup. (There are multiple terminal 2, level 5 pickup locations) Stayed the night and the next morning I paid my 5 Euros and went to the airport. The driver dropped me off at a closed terminal and I had to walk across airport car traffic with 2 suitcases and a backpack to the other side. Horrible experience. Would never go again.

Making business travel j have not tested hotel in the corner. With a budget of 100euros quality rooms and service is according to me the best. Clean tidy good. In short nothing to complain about.
