➜ After two excellent weeks of August 2017 at the residence the gardens of the admiralty with sands of olonne where we had spent a pleasant holiday, which our children very enjoyed their stays, So this year we had decided to return to this same residence for our vacation but for three weeks,
Arrived at the scene, observation:
Dirty and grime removes the fridge at the engine with dog hairballs,
Pushing all the old furniture and electrics,
Pushines in the cupboards, especially at the cumulus of the hot water that is in one of the cupboards,
Matelas full of dirt stains and cigarette butts,
Covers mattresses and pillows full of dust,
Presences of fleas and bed bugs in the apartment, we scratch the body all the time and with the children it's not easy,
New direction 2018, Director very unpleasant, not concerned, no courtesys and not listening to the complaints of residents, Apologies, It exudes all responsibilities, no customer relations,

➜ A really noisy night. For the price no service apart from towels and sheets. The housekeeping leaves something to be desired. Not able to enjoy the pool apartment recovered at 6pm and departure at 10am the next day the pool closes at 7pm and opens at 10am. I do not recommend the establishment.
