Faced with the containment, we made a stop. Upon arrival, we had the pleasant surprise of being upgraded. We had dinner at the restaurant. Original and excellent dishes. Dish accompanied by a white saumur. Wine we didn't know. It's a great discovery. The room was very nice, large, well arranged. All this in a beautiful environment. Staff available, welcoming. A nice address.

Good quality rooms, excellent restaurant and attentive professional staff. Our current favourite place to stop whilst driving through France.

I celebrated my wife's birthday here and frankly nothing to say. A fearsomely efficient and very good chef! I've done a lot of restaurants in my life!

The restaurant is excellent… vegetables and fruits from their own vegetable garden.

We stayed at this Hotel during lockdown and were very grateful it was open when many others were closed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the grounds are beautifully wept with fantastic walks through the forest. The room was lovely and comfy with dinner and breakfast delivered via room service, which was well presented, delicious and excellent quality. We will definitely stay here again when the pandemic is over.

Typical Château set in large grounds with added modern extensions. Good sized, comfy rooms with both bath and shower. Superb restaurant.

Very nicely located. Very close to the highway, for us it was a great and relaxing stay after a long drive. Very good dinner, very attentive and child-friendly service throughout the hotel and restaurant. Very comfortable beds, good family room. The heaters were cold and we got electric so we could warm our room. All Tip Top!

Very eclectic hotel. Historic building that has been gutted and turned into a modern hotel.

Hotel and very nice setting with great opportunities for activities (only missing a pool and spa). But lottery on the room: renovated or not : (and it makes a difference. In addition, most of the rooms are not located in the hunting relay but next door, in the outbuildings. This does not detract from the charm and comfort, but we would like to know before.
A bar with a wide selection of high quality and exceptional. A gastro restaurant impeccable: products of qualities well selected, married and worked; perfectly controlled cooking.
Small lunch varied offering tte European culinary habits, no complaints.

The place is beautiful. The rooms are Clean and quiet. Eating at the restaurant is good but for the price they could also make menus in English for the people that doesn't speak French.

A family meal in the succulent Sequoia restaurant. Well done to the chief and chief patissier. The service is done by a very friendly and professional team. The castle is beautiful as well as its green setting.

Very correct establishment with a beautiful castle parquet a map one eats very good things the prices are very decent for a 4 star I recommend it to all the rooms are beautiful and the sumptuous setting.

Very good restaurant. Perfect reception, small attention for everyone and especially the children thanks to a staff to listen and a great professionalism. Exquisite food and cooks fit on the field for people making food allergies. The little plus: having seen on the kitchens. We hope that this property will have a star because it deserves it.

Beautiful setting However the rooms are disappointing. Leaks to the bathtub, water drain clogged on Italian shower, poor decoration. Short damage…

Lovely accommodation and setting.

So last night after an 8 hour drive across Germany and France I got to our hotel shortly before 2am. Shortly after 3am the fire alarm goes off. I eventually make it out half asleep out to the front of the hotel, only to find out that the hotel manager was still at home. Evidently he knew that the system had a fault and chose to ignore the alarm, leaving just a clueless young lady at the hotel as staff. Eventually one of the guests called the fire department and the manager ar…rives full two hours after the alarm went off (and was ringing throughout) acting notably hostile and has the gall to aggressively defend himself and his knowledge that the switchboard had an issue, as well as almost berating the guests with statements like, "Look I'm here, what difference has it made? " or "I was on the phone the whole time with the maintenance lady, there was no fire". Few questions here: — what if there actually was a fire? Or a gas leak? Two hours should be enough to cause a fair amount of casualties — why was the switchboard/alarm issue not replaced if the fault was known? — why wasn't the hotel manager or any responsible staff on location as soon as the alarm went off? Not one single person from the hotel staff spoke with me the entire night to either explain the situation or calm the guests down who had collected at the front of the hotel in the middle of the night. A textbook example of gross negligence.

We stayed only one night at this amazing chateaux wished it were more. Staff very friendly and the restaurant the meal was amazing… would love to come back in the warmer weather… we had fog and couldn't see much of the surrounds… definately recommend this place…

Exceptional atmosphere in a very particular historical context. To try.

The dishes are typically french variety (duck, duck, beef, fish, lobster) all neat, spotless, but without genius. In all cases we eat well and the service is impeccable. The decoration of the castle's very successful outside but a little modern (colorful) inside I find.
