Mister Bed Le Mans Université Hotel

We booked it for a stop over following the feedbacks. It was for 2 adults and 2 kids. Tiny room with no space at all. In the oilets and shower no space to move at all. Felt dirty and very outdated. We were there in mid August and the room was so hot with no ventilation at all. No fans and no one to ask for help. For the £53 We paid it was a rip off. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

Not the best hotel, we stayed as a family of four and could barely move in the room! Also the shower and toilet are combined as a strange almost porta-loo bolted in the corner. Used as a stop over on a long journey, was cheap and the staff were excellent.

Type Formula 1 of 5th noisy and aging zone. Moderately kind staff. In the summer we cook literally. The icing on the cake: there were slats in bed, we were sinking into it. Never again!

The parking lot and hotel are easy to find.
The — no concierge, after 9pm, the room when you do look at it from afar looks clean, but the carpet has a funny smell, and must date from the construction of the building.
My daughter saw a moth dried on a wall is telling you about the time spent on the wall, without the person cleaning it, no one who in my opinion has a limited time to make each room.
And in the morning, I see a cockroach running on the baseboard.
A little test contest, I give you the number of our room 203, look for the corpse, if it is still there, the vacuum cleaner will not pass!
Finally for the price and unlike Formula 1, the sdb is in the room, personal, I prefer to go to Formula 1, if no place elsewhere and I frankly hope that other hotels of this chain are better.

Accustomed to this hotel, once a year at Le Mans Grand Prix Moto, 2 where 3 night, very welcoming staff but the planned works are more than necessary, because quality price not justified.

Very nice staff at least the bathroom for a disabled person.

We booked this hotel a few minutes before we arrived, the man on reveption was very welcoming, very polite and very helpful. The room was very clean, spacey and aired. Shower was pretty great too. My only wish is that we had booked the breakfast too, it looked fresh, and plenty to choose from. Cleaning ladies were very polite and did their jobs to a high standard. Normally we use F1 hotels, best hotels and premiere, but I would say in all honesty that Mr Bed was far better than the others. Well done Mr Big, we WILL be seeing you again later in the year and also next may. Thankyou for your kind nature and great service.

Pleasant reception staff. Very small but clean room. Comfy bed but pillow was hard. No air con so room was very hot and stuffy as we stayed on a hot day. Well situated with a nearby shop and bar.

Room too small for 4 people. Good insulation. Some stains on the duvets. Bad smell in the room. EDIT: The room is infested with spider, and there was no towel.

Not bad. But it's weird that you pay the same price for a room wether you're alone or if you're 2 people. The staff is very sympathetic, the place is clean and tranquil.

Hotel for stayed one night but after I don't think it's great to stay there for a week.
The staff are very friendly.
The rooms are OK, but the ascent to reach the bunk bed is tricky.
The bathroom is the big negative because they are similar to the student room bathrooms so just a little disappointed compared to that.
Otherwise the stay was nice.

The rooms are good but the bathroom is too narrow, we can do our needs, take a shower and brush our teeth without moving.

Very quiet not expensive close to the tram stop a 2 min walk which leads to Le Mans station. Close to a litter shopping centre at the top.

Microscopic bathroom, window that does not close, bed in height without a protective barrier for a child of 6 years it is light. We're missing lattes in bed.
Otherwise, clean and little noisy.

Dirty and very bad looking. At the front desk they don't know English or any other language.

Staying here overnight. Room is clean, so is the bedding and en suite. Perfectly adequate for a one or two night stay and a good price. Useful small supermarket across the road so bought bread and jam for breakfast. (Always have my travelling kettle for drinks). In middle of university campus, so a bit of life around the place and plenty of places to walk our dog. In all, very happy.

Ideal for a cheap stopover. Great value at €45 for a family of four. Clean, straight-forward room and very friendly staff. Kids loved the novel bunk bed arrangement.

I would like to sincerely give a big big thank you to the staff. Who were. So so helpful when we stayed at the hospital and my husband was very ill. There was. A young man at the reception who did everything to get my husband to the hospital and allowed me to keep on extending my stay with them whilst my husband was recovering in hospital. Than you.

The rooms are not soundproof, and no air conditioning. We got really too hot, with a choking impression, which is very hard to bear for 2 children under 3 years old. Plus we've been stung all night by fleas! I strongly advise this hotel even for one night.

Rooms too small, super incomfortable beds, dwarf bath and non-existent cleaning, lots of dust and dirt on the carpets.
I don't advise anyone.

Cheap and cheerful. This place has nice friendly staff and is clean. Don't expect too much as this is on an industrial estate with factory behind. For us it was ideal as somewhere cheap to stay for one night during our motorcycle tour.

Fair breakfast. Demonic shower with old faucet and very small space, even a fine person will have to stick to the shower curtain, unpleasant.

This hotel is awful and I'm sorry to say this but it isn't even worth the sixty pounds we paid. Firstly, there was no one at the desk from nine pm till the morning, so if you want to check in after nine, you may be out of luck because when we went the automatic check in machine was out of order. We wanted to ask for extra towels at about nine thirty but there was no staff to assist use due to the fact that our room's telephone had seemingly been torn from the wall, AND the lack of staff at reception. Secondly, as we went into the room, it had an eerie resemblance to what one would imagine a Guantanamo Bay prison cell to look like. From the wood-chip plastering to the bathroom which didn't lock, the room felt unwelcoming and uncomfortable. Not to mention that there was only one outlet/socket in sight for us to use comfortable due to the fact that one of them was high up on the wall, so unless you had a super long cable, it was unfit for use. The bathroom. The bathroom seemed clean but as soon as we entered the room, we were hit with the stench of fasces, so we have no idea where that came from. The toilet was fine, but due to the lack of ventilation and the way it was attached to the bedroom (it was like entering a storage cupboard from the main room) we would strongly recommend to not to a No. 2, unless you are prepared to face the aftermath.

Small family room but for one night it's going! Strong moisture smell, you can't stop more than sneeze! Breakfast supplies regularly, very good coffee and personnel accueuillant.
