Hello on the whole well except one important point especially the cold there was outside, the heater was not working well, the radiator was half warm.
I had a good night's sleep. At the reception it did not look surprised when it was said that it fesait cold in the room despite the heating. In this case it would have taken a convector in the rooms in addition to the heating!
Pity a little on it…
I hope this will bring you an improvement to this hotel.

Friendly and smiling team. Hotels conform to the standards of the chain and being renovated. The room made available to me (the 61), had been refurbished and it is very nice for a non-smoker to arrive in a room that does not stink the cigarette. I prefer by far the smell of the recent paint to that of the cigarette. A cold shot over the period and heating seemed to have a bit of trouble to follow (was really very cold) but extra blanket available in the room.
Only small downside, the hotel is in full renovation (which is very good) but the workers (who stay on site? ) do not respect the work schedule. Working and returning late, I did not appreciate being woken up with a hammer and a screwdriver before 8am (8:30 am start if you rely on the hotel sign).
This cannot be directly attributed to the hotelier, I recommend this hotel.

Hotel with parking and secure.
Comfortable bed. Large breakfasts and for all tastes.

It's quite expensive for a small room. Noisy. Too close to the road or window not sufficiently insulating.

Five days in the middle of the work. Awakened by the drill and the hammer every morning. Heater that does not work so extra radiator. We asked for another room on the side without work since the hotel was not very full but no you are placed there and that is it. It's shame, but it's like that. Ashamed to avoid.

Great to be able to park right outside our room. Good size room, which you need when you travel with a large dog. Quiet until 8.38 when drilling started! We're not allowed to take our dog into the breakfast room with us nor leave him in the bedroom. No restaurant on site to have dinner but a few places not far away and we were allowed to eat with our dog beside us, which is much nicer than having to leave him in the car as he just sits quietly next to us.

Three day stays for a trade show, I had the right to a newly renovated room. (work was going on in the room right next door, but no nuisances for that much)
So paint and floor nine. Nice the headboard drawing of an open window, practice the USB plug in one of two sconces (why not in both? )
The bathroom… also redone a new (the tub and the washbasin are not new) … But why the siphon underneath the sink is so dirty, you only see it when you are in the toilet…
If not still no ashtrays in the outside corridors (I have already reported last year) which makes that there are plenty of butts everywhere…

I am really not satisfied with this hotel the places are dirty, in very bad condition, there was a water break, dirty bath in short condition I do not recommend at all this hotel.

Arrived at the hotel having booked a handicapped room because I am in a wheelchair and therefore can not do otherwise, we had the sad surprise to learn that the person handling the reception had decided to arbitrarily deprogramme our Room because she had no evidence that I am handicapped and that she systematically deprogramming reservations on these rooms in the event that "a real person with a disability would like to book" except that I am a real person with a disability and that she Was not my surprise when at the terminal I was told the room at the first without lift… deprogramme a room without even notifying the customer is a shame, imagine for one second that there was no longer a handicapped room available, I will have slept or, by car Maybe?

Bedroom minimalist a little dated, but the bedding is correct, and cloth nickel. Cleaning "in a hurry", a cloth hangs in the BATHROOM but we ask almost what it is, hair in the sink, we dare not lower the heating until the faucet is dirty… in short, not top.

Hotel well placed around the two major surfaces.

Hotel clean and quiet. Just a shame no ashtray outside. …

Good Price/Quality ratio. Take the rooms facing the courtyard, are Less noisy.

The bed was hard. The hotel promised to refund if he could not solve my problem. Promise not kept. For the rest, it could go.
