Everything is really perfect. The incredible beauty of the place that is breathtaking. The spa is very beautiful and absolute relaxation. We had a meal in the restaurant La Galerie which was perfect. Very good address to discover 😊

The setting of the restaurant is very nice. The menu is varied just right and offers a menu that is affordable with excellent products. The discreet and attentive staff so that we can have a pleasant time.

It is the Framework that takes precedence over everything… it is exceptional. The renovation of this 18th century building is impressive especially when it was known as a hospital. The chapel is beautifully highlighted.

Great setting absolutely beautiful. The welcome is perfect, the cleanliness is de rigueur, the discretion of the staff also. The breakfast is plentiful and quality, the brasserie serves very good dishes. The spa and pool part is amazing. I really recommend, great time we will be back.

Never again… Far from the 4 stars announced! And yet, it was not the first time I went there but the horribly disappointed.
Too many people… Already more lockers available in the locker rooms, men in the women's locker rooms and vice versa, no more free deckchairs, cold pool!, the sauna limited to 2 people and when there are 20 people at the pool it is therefore impossible to go in less than an hour… Noisy, dirty changing rooms given the passage, error in the cashing … In short, the horror! We thought we were at the municipal pool! When you come for a treatment and you can not fully enjoy the SPA hour and the reputation of the place, inevitably it is disappointing and as much to do the service in an institute at a lower cost … No commercial gesture and yet given the price and reputation of the place, we expect much better, it's not what it used to be and I would not go anymore!

I went to the Royal Hainaut for a treatment. However, I was very disappointed with the quality of the service. Complete facial care… The gap between the delivery and the amount of this benefit, in my experience in other institutes where the services are of better quality. I have also reserved a body care, I ask myself the question: will I honor it or ask for a refund.
