Very nice hotel in front of the train station. Quiet and clean.

Unbeatable for the price. Warm welcome. Beds so comfortable they tempt you to sleep in. All you can eat breakfast includes bacon, eggs, premium jams, a variety of fresh breads and more. Highly recommend.

Simple, Clean. No hairdryer in the room.

The hotel is right next to the train station, it is quiet. The rooms are comfortable, the bedding is good. Plus we had a very warm welcome. The gentleman told us the way to go to the Coliseum where we had a show. Breakfast was very decent. Very good value for money.

Short stay in a hotel rather well located. The room is simple but clean. It is a pity that the hotel does not have a private parking.

Arrived at 22:30: Very friendly watchman who opened me and gave my code to save me time.
Room and bathroom very clean royal breakfast for the price and boss smiling and helpful: He took his time to tell me my way to start it's nice to see people who love their job!

Generally speaking it is a good hotel. Very well located, it is close to the metro and the train station of Roubaix.
My room was clean throughout my stay.
The elevator should be revised, it creaks a lot.
A shower curtain (as in the B&b of Tourcoing) would be a nicer shower.
Trains can be heard from time to time.

Ease Of Use — Comfort — Accessible. A big thank you to the team BB Hotel Roubaix where I just stay there for 1 year for reasons professional. Nothing to say everything is perfect. Hotel is super well located close to station and metro, restaurants nearby. Rooms nickels. An adequate breakfast of bread, croissant, pain aux chocolate delivered every morning. And all this for a correct price. The best hotel of the agglomeration in terms of home — services — comfort, and price. Proof that this hotel is recommended over the weeks we are many familiar with. A special thanks to Jean Francois for his good humor, his kindness and his sense of the customer, thanks to you, the distance was easier. I only keep good memories of my stay. V. L.

Great new hotel, the rooms are bigger than usual and all the equipment is at the top, the receptionist is very friendly. The hotel is very well located: opposite the Metro and next to several restaurants, but unfortunately there is no parking yet.

Very comfortable, small rooms, but price/quality very adequate breakfast correct.

Only real downside, there is no parking and it is quite difficult to park.
Attention very close to the train station so noise, personally I was on the street side, noisy in the evening but quiet at night.

Accustomed to the NBB hotels, I find that there are ink hotels too dilapidated and even some are dirty and the reception is catastrophic.
This is the second time I have stayed at the BnB de ROUBAIX. Warm and very pro. Always as clean.

Cheap, pleasant and close to the museum La Piscine Perfect location next to train and tube station. Management really nice and speak a good English.

Room 107, in the early morning, strong tobacco smokes creep into our nostrils, as if the pipes were communicating with a smoking. Damage…

Het is echt een B&B hotel naast het station. Bij aankomst onduidelijk over parkeren dus even naar binnen gelopen over hoe en wat. Je blijkt je auto gewoon ergens neer te kunnen zetten alles is gratis (Wij hebben hem iets om die hoek half in het plantsoen gezet). Inchecken ging vlot en duidelijk. De kamer is klein maar heeft wel alles wat nodig is. Alleen het bed is erg hard dus daar moet je wel tegen kunnen. Van het trein station heb je verder vrijwel geen last, je hoort af en toe in de verte een trein langs komen maar wij hebben er geen last van gehad. Alles ziet er goed schoon uit. Ontbijt was een simpel Frans ontbijten bestaande uit: wit en bruin brood, croissant, koffie, thee, verschillende sappen en wat zoet beleg. Over al een goede indruk. + Netjes en schoon + vriendelijk personeel — harde bedden — parkeren.

The welcome was tremendous and we enjoyed the breakfast. The location provides good transport options. The area is not first class, but is in the process of being redeveloped. The rooms are very quiet.

Great value breakfast, friendly staff, nice clean rooms, perfect location and all at a good price. Would recommend for staying in Roubaix.

Really friendly staff, and good clean budget accommodation. I was there for the Paris Roubaix, and they didn't mind me bringing my bike up to my room. Excellent showers and comfy beds — the only real downside was the lack of tea and coffee making facilities.

Excellent value, clean, comfortable and modern. Excellent free Wi-Fi. Ten metres from the metro station and opposite the train station.
