Very disappointed of this hotel, the photos you sell the dream. First of all, the hotel is very poorly located. Regarding the room : our door impossible sible to open, therefore, already puts us in the bath, the window cannot be closed more, the frames filled with beasts of thunderstorms and finally the smell abominable sewer in the bathroom. The cleanliness is really goodbye! Let's talk about the Spa now, obviously, not very clean, and with furniture that does not fit at all. Almost all of the support head of the Jacuzzis did not. But nothing to say about the breakfast very good.

Nice hotel staff nice top rooms we sleep very well in their bed the only concern is the very cold pool and the Jacuzzi which works almost no. And the smell of chlorine stung our eyes. I c that there is going to be renovation work at the pool level so to be rediscovered after the work.

Hotels without a restaurant, breakfast in the average, little staff, large but dirty rooms.
After 10 p. M. There's no staff.
Non-existent cleaning and hygiene, so I didn't even have the courage to enter the spa.
Upon my arrival they asked for my credit card details and without notifying me they froze 70% of my credit in guarantee of payment.
At the time of balance my credit card was not accepted due to lack of credit, which was frozen by the same hotel!

Spa hotel that's a bit worn now but still better quality than most in the area.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean room the only downside is that the Spa is not private but for the rest nothing to say. We'll come back.

Very spacious room, very good bedding, soundproofing at the top, friendly staff. For dinner, frozen meal, if you have time plan to dine outside. Full breakfast. Relaxing SPA (an inaccessible part for renovation). I certainly sejournerai it again.

Jacouzzi very dirty, full of grime on the surface of the water and against the edges. Very dirty Sauna on the floor. Floor around the dirty pool. Short. I strongly advise against it.

Very good reception, good mattress, excellent breakfast, champagne on ice, may be just spend a little bit more often to clean the jacuzzi and the swimming pool. Provide more towels in the room for lest you disturb to have. But you have been very helpful

No hot water in the room and nothing changed despite our report, the Jacuzzi does not work temperature 25 but when you put the foot is more 10 than 25. The sauna does not work, after reporting they had forgotten to turn it on… We come back in the late afternoon the sauna was off…

Nice welcome Literie friendly for one night. We did not have breakfast but a coffee we were offered and could not try the spa for lack of time but for one night nothing to say.

It was a very nice hotel. Our son being allergic and having notified impeccable room at the household level! Breakfast very good, fresh fruit, bread and pastries from the bakery! Locals are being refreshed at the local level! Quiet room

Super Hotel Spa just got back from my wkend there 2 nights frankly nothing to complain about the top nickel room staff very smiling at listening to our needs are warm welcome the SPA is available all the wkend very clean also, pool water and jacuzzi a tr Good temperature not cold at all. We also did a massage frankly a pure fancies. I return from my wkend more relaxed than ever I thank the whole team who are at the top and who made us pass an excellent wkend to me and my daughter we will return very quickly to your hotel. With great pleasure. (I do not understand where all the bad advice for my part everything was at the top. ) A very soon.

Good Weekend setting pleasant despite what question works that does not gene. The spa works well the room is spacious and pleasant not that proud of the negative opinions because too exaggerate. The employees are Eliasson only small bemol C is the restoration that does not exist.

The name does not match the description. Restaurant I have not seen spa: not informed of the unavailability of the facilities of the spa. 1 Jacuzzi on 3, sauna down, hammam All black, no light.
Lack of hygiene. Hallways and very cold room (we were given an extra electric heating) on 4 people 2 were able to shower as more hot water! So room change: moving for 2 rooms candles not lit at the corner relaxation, no lockers and showers closed at the spa.
Stocking of slippers, we got two out of four. And before us the Lady of the reception gives to customers who arrived after us!
But the pompom is in the face of this accumulation, one asks to see a responsible. The lady of the reception comes back with the municipal police and tell us come on the gendarmes! What for? We were correct, polite, quiet. She tries to impress us and lets herself visit our room once gone to eat outside.
Very disappointed. For a moment that was supposed to be in the relaxation we spent our time at the reception and relaxed parties. My daughters were shocked.
On the other hand the bed was very comfortable and for not having been warned of the unavailability of the equipments one received a discount of 20%.

No sauna, abandoned. Dirty Hammam and that burns the legs. Water and cold environment. Only one whirlpool on three. Room and carpet of the hotel not very clean.

1 star, for I could not put less. The worst hotel I could go to, unsanitary room, unheated spa be saying down all year. I strongly advise against — — > going to B&B hotel, it's cheaper and 10 times better.

The only star I would give this hotel is a huge one above the building saying avoid at all costs. Showers cold, breakfast only Coffee. Bar staff drunk. No night staff. I'm not bothered it about it being on a retail park.

Cleanliness it is just the base which even at home it is more blink and it is not my job and I'm not manic and I asked to change room, so just imagine I would have been a manic one bar direct what… Bed not clean, carpet stained shower sink with hair TOILET disgusting this is unacceptable Very disappointed in it! Equipment of the spa who does not work, so basically you take the money out of people is normal!? We come to relax there are 2 jacuzzi on 3 you can knowing that on the 2 there is a pb of jet or temperature. Sauna, which only heats not even MM in emptying the bucket of water on the stones, pool not hot but bn correct temperature… Then the welcome cocktail is good, but when the alcohol is being served to the people we meet, as my husband and me not drink and it was super strong and it's even the slightest of things because they may be under processing or other… If not the staff its going to breakfast and it's going to also but I have known better not much choice especially in the salty and pastries too cooked. Short stay not at all to our taste for the price it should have been much better!

Warned in the morning that the jacuzzi and the hammam were broken. Swimming pool not heated. No more restaurants. Average cleanliness. No towels or bathrobe in the room on arrival. Fortunately hostess very nice and welcoming.

Steam room down. Cold bubbling baths. No room in the sauna. And the room apart from a spacious bed I do not know where was the term Luxus room. Kettle dirty and filled with tartar and smell DS the room let's not talk about it. Only good breakfast point as even plu of restaurant on site. I am very disappointed with my stay.

Very good quality has swimming pool and 3 Jacuzzis. The showers have 3 functions and a huge breakfast buffet.

Very good welcome, staff listening. The room is quite large, the housekeeping is sloppy, problem of air-conditioning, bed linen and the sheets very clean. Relaxing side the hammam and sauna very clean and very well, pool side in the background it is yellow at the corners and concerning the Jaccouzi there are only 2 out of 3 that are heating but in poor condition and poorly maintained and the ceiling of the relaxation space is moldy, the floor of the relaxation area is full of limestone damage otherwise it is a nice place.

Rather dirty place. We booked 3 rooms, when we arrived in the morning see if our rooms are well recorded but they lacked 2 … stained mattresses … problems for LED TV channels … breakfast too expensive for the few things proposed …

It is a hotel that needs reform. It is old and neglected. Staff is friendly and attentive, but a little careless room service.
Regarding services pool, soup, etc I don't value them since I haven't used it. But they are generally in the same State as the rest. That is to say… Need you a good reform.

Hello I came to your hotel for Valentine's day weekend my companion and I have love the room was nickel awesome spa pool also but small defect on 1 spa who work not to was a bit annoying then the meal was really delicious but for what and happy hour I was very disappointed because we have the choice to take alcohol while I did not drink so I had no drink during my meal otherwise ROC paid extra damage and a little music would have was friendly during the meal but otherwise we will be back.

As Valentine's day we hoped better… we had a special Valentine's day offer with 1 night with dinner and breakfast, as well as unlimited access to the spa. Arrived for 15 h as it was said we have the great surprise in the room that this had not been made. (still returned bed). Naturally the front desk responded yes 2 or 3 rooms were not cleaned! Logic? Not to mention general cleanliness! We go into a hotel and immediately feel it does not breathe clean! Dirty and stained carpets!
Spa: not even paignoire… rental €5 per pers. 1 Jacuzzi and a half on 3 does not work! Also the cleanliness of these leaves to be desired. 1 sauna on 2 and 1 hammam on 2 do not work. The finishes are not terrible (walls and wet ceilings). And to top it all… Once installed in the jacuzzi… The fire alarm and staff who does not… just one person tells us not to worry it's normal!
Restaurant: we ate well, but the quality of service is very limited… always have to request bread drinks etc. Is exhausting and not worthy! Only "positive" the little breakfast with big choice. We advise anyone to go there… especially to spend Valentine!

In full commercial area, hotel vaux not are room price, when we arrived to L Home l n hostess was not very nice it miss us lots of information about the benefits of L hotel, no information or instructions we in summer spend c was we who must ask the questions otherwise level room and State of the hotel The floor is covered with carpet that is not maintained at the time, and in time it persists an unpleasant smell, parts are glued c IE the bar with the restaurant and the SPA part which gives a (normal) pool smell in a room to eat, the n SPA status is not worth not d maintenance water should not be treated properly, and one even not dared enter the hammam that reached an unpleasant smell, the room was the same, all for a night to 90 euros so to avoid.

We booked a day + night for awhile we wanted a relaxing. Very big disappointment. Room not very clean, pool area very dirty with rings across the land. (Sauna, hammam) benefits which do not and jacuzzis defective and not very clean. And the kicker was the night that turned into real nightmares, because a birthday was organized that night and the noise (music + roar of customers) was very strong. In short, impossible to sleep! Breakfast offered butters had an outdated DLC. In short I think I have said enough. I can just add the total disregard to customer and a lack of consideration of claims clients. Everything simply SHAMEFUL. I highly recommend.

Very top we went on 22/08/2015. Entry can welcoming dirty, the corridors would need a good neck vacuum d. Rooms: dust on bedside tables. Around the dirty pool and the mattress on the baths of Sun full of oreoles and all their hardware is defective and dirty. For breakfast all Brown venoiseries coffeemaker crushed and we do not have the differance between employees and customers because they are dressed in civil. They have the air to be who can with is who s have. Too bad because great potential.

-area hotel nearby:. Devoid of total interest.
-very long wait in the restaurant of the hotel (2 hours for two dishes).
-price of the dishes prohibitive pr quantity and quality.
So disappointment. But it helps out.
