Premiere Classe Cambrai Proville Hotel

Nice welcome. Access to the rooms from the outside, for me it's a plus. The room is pretty ugly, it's my feeling, the bedding is very average and good, we didn't like it at all.
But not expensive at all. Not tested the little breakfast.
Very bad Internet ds our room.

Super disappointed! The shower is too cramped! The vending machines were empty! Too much noise! One thing is for sure I would not go back!

The stars are for the hospitality staff. The room was very dirty. Housekeeper doesn't work. Check his job please.

At Cambrai we found a small, cosy hotel in the industrial zone. For the first time, Jutta was able to observe my knowledge of French and was fascinated.

The room is very clean
The receptionist in the afternoon not very pleasant but the rest of the staff super nice. Polite and rendering service. A small problem in a room solved quickly.
Clean and comfortable mattress.

Dingy, dirty, spoiled reception machines, no place to eat anything I won't go to any Premiere classe.

The worst hotel of my life (and I travel a lot), the manager is never there, I had to wait an eternity at the reception while I had booked. The dilapidated state of the premises is abominable (very dirty mattress and very very old, broken shower, non-existent thermal and phonic insulation). The manager Grapille as much money as he can, he is dishonest, I had taken 2 nights, I cancelled the 2nd as soon as I arrived and while making sure (smiling) that there was no problem, my bank account was charged a few days later…

No Wi-Fi at all during the weekend. For breakfast, the milk buns were dry around 8.30 am due to their air-venting…

Worse, I doubt find. To flee!
The air passes through the entrance door which directly leads to the outside. We were forced to caulk using a blanket. The heating heats up painfully.
The cleanliness in the bathroom is very poor.
The facilities are aging.
The water room must be 1 m2 with shower toilet. Anyway, if you take a shower, you wet the toilet. And if you want to go back to the toilet and it's wet, you have to get up and walk.
For the shower, we can hardly move. We did not take shower so the conditions are deplorable.
The hotel has only one room with reduced mobility.
Despite our request and the disability card, I was imposed an upstairs room without a lift while I asked the previous day for a room on the ground floor and with reduced mobility.
Even if the only room was already booked I would have hoped to be on the ground floor but oddly it was impossible to swap with another reservation.
I would say that the concierge was nice and polite despite all the inconveniences.

This must be the worst place I have ever stayed at. It is basically a doss house for the nearby night club where everyone returns at about 12.00 to 5.00 am to continue with partying until they pass out There is no one around to stop drunken guests banging on the doors, shouting across the car park and congregating on all the stairwells with no consideration for any families staying there. My children have never been so frightened. The receptionist in the morning could not have cared less. The accomodation is not fit for purpose, the breakfast was poor and if I had topay over €110 again for such diabolical accomodation I would rather sleep in the car at a service station. Stat well away for your own safety.

Old, ugly, boasts a flat screen (40cm) in the corner of the room (ridiculous short) OUTRAGEOUS internet connection (so-called unlimited but it is probably time to wait for opening a web page)
Just good to sleep quickly, take a shower, but nothing more!
