Super staff, facilities and location.

Beautiful welcome, stunning views of the abbey Saint-Jean des vines, excellent restaurant (a big thank you to the chef and his brigade), friendly room manager and always listening. And let's not forget that the hotel is very well located. Short… no complaints.

Good hotel, poor breakfast, excellent service.

The hotel is beautifully appointed, extremely comfortable, and service was courteous and considerate. My only complaint is that air-conditioning was offered as an option (and only in some rooms) at an extra cost, whereas most hotels of this caliber would make this available to all hotel guests.

Very nice hotel with a good location in the city of Soisson, the room service is fast and the meals are well presented. The pool is also nice, it is heated and is located right next to the gym. For summary the hotel has good value and above all advised for travelers.

Nice clean rooms but watch out if its hot, the fan you get won't keep your room under 80F at night. Restaurant service is horrible 2 hrs+. To get your food, its good but not worth the wait.

Nice staff But no Air conditioning … It's 33 That's what they call a 4 Star hotel! This is terrible.

Night Manager very very customer service oriented, I recommend to 200%, small flat: no AC.

Soissons, a landmark of my youth, it was with joy that I discovered the transformation of the district, the former 67th Infantry Regiment transformed into a dynamic and tourist district.
The hotel is very nice and the top welcome. The restaurant is well as a pity as the close proximity of the kitchens, the youth of the waiters make the meal sometimes a little noisy.

Very nice hotel in the center. Quiet. Spacious rooms. The restaurant is also good level. A nice address.

Very nice hotel, the rooms are well appointed, the quality bedding. A covered car park located below the hotel is offered free of charge. On the location side, if you want to change from the already very decent hotel restaurant, you are a 10 minute walk from the city's first restaurants. I would recommend this place.

Superb personal stay very nice a single flat the water of the pool too cold immediately returned into the water immediately came out.

Staff listening. Very good dishes on the menu. Good service in the whole. Close to the city center well located. Small relaxation area. No cabins, no changing rooms. Jacuzzi does not work! Damage.

We spent a weekend in Soissons and stayed at this hotel, very good reception, we took a standard room, well decorated and well appointed, no noise, comfortable, at the top.
The swimming pool and hammam facilities are also very good, it's a real plus.
The buffet breakfast at will is well trimmed and the food is diversified, as much salty as sweet. The staff are friendly and available.
A parking lot on the first floor covered but not closed.
I would recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel, clean, clear, very nice view of the terrace of the 3rd floor. Very well placed in Soissons. Perfect training day, room and equipment even if not great coffee. Collective lunch on the other hand disappointing, well in the menu but overcooked risotto, vegetables sautéed as thawed, dessert composed bizarrely of a superposition of tastes. Table Service that sometimes relaxes. Too bad because a nice place to see anyway and you have to try the restaurant in solo to judge.

The meal was very good. Long wait for the aperitif (they had forgotten the champagne) a bit too noisy, tables too close to one another. We expect better for such a place.

Quick Service. Very competent staff. Delicious food.

Very nice hotel, nice interior deco, nice staff, nice modern room, comfortable and well equipped.
The restaurant is very good, with a large terrace, when you can enjoy it is top.
A large parking lot in basement is available and if my memories are good it is free! But check:p.

I booked a standard room in this hotel via the Weekendesk site, including a breakfast as well as access to the relaxation area. The room was very clean, well equipped and located in front of the cathedral. The staff was polite, available and smiling, even on a late arrival at 1am (Thanks Julien! ). The breakfast (served in the room) was very suitable, with a good choice offered (special mention for the cheese plate). Finally, the relaxation area with swimming pool, hammam and small gym (a bike and a gym machine) was a real added value to this stay! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The meal deserves at least a 4 star but the service is totally to be reviewed. Young staff, who makes the guests enjoy their weekend experiences and the noises in the kitchen are disturbing in the Rééception room however, the meal served was excellent, quality product and finely presented.

Correct hôtel (not luxurious but not bad) : good breakfast, comfortable bed even if the size is not so big… not so much choice on menu.

I stayed here on a business trip, the rooms and bed are comfortable. Breakfast is OK, although there is not much choice.

The dishes are good but too long service.
