Already have competent staff at the restaurant, the room manager is really incompétente. Et the housekeeping in the dining room is really neglected.

We were coming me, my husband and our 4 month old daughter for a special event, I thought I would offer a nice little weekend to my darling, it was quite the opposite, fortunately the surroundings are nice to visit because apart from the setting that saves this establishment, we have not learned anything positive, it is to wonder if they have not bought their fame on the various sites so it is far from the truth! And so I attribute the palm of incompetence to the waitress/chef of the restaurant room, who in addition to not knowing the trade is unpleasant as possible and clearly spoiled the meal that was already not famous! We went through weekendesk and were made clear that we didn't have access to the same "range" of services as average customers… We dined in the breakfast room next to the buffet for the next morning with two other tables, no doubt weekebdesk guests also… I asked the waitress if there was white wine in the sauce because I'm allergic, I never got the answer, my husband asked for the wine list, she replied to scan the QR CODE present on the table, while he did not have his phone she brought him back on a sheet making him feel that it inflated her, for dessert I told him that there was alcohol in mine, his answer "yes they always put it in the chantilly (very logical) you just have to remove it" was the shot.

Due to an unnoticed error on my part on the booking date, the full hotel and the inability to shift the night for us, we were unable to stay and enjoy the rooms.
Nevertheless, the welcome, kindness and spontaneity of the manager who was able to help us despite everything, are qualities that I would like to emphasize here.
I have rarely been treated to a person with such a sense of service and such a professional awareness towards the well-being of his clients.

Home and butler at the top! Really caring with the customers. The restaurant is very good, a gourmet at reasonable price. On the other hand, it maque a little maintenance at the level of the pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and hamam. At the room level, they are very spacious and well arranged and above all very clean. I highly recommend.

We had an excellent stay and the staff was very helpful. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Our room even had a shower with a separate tub, which was nice. The only downside is that we did not have AC and the room was very hot. There was a fan, which helped. The food was extremely good and they were very accommodating at breakfast, providing special gluten free crepes.

Hotel with old-fashioned charm, but quite decent room, comfortable 160 bed, spacious and pleasant bathroom. Bright dining room, inventive and delicious dishes with excellent local produce. Charming staff and full of attention. Pleasant stay.

Hotel at the top. The reception is warm, the room at first glance old is quickly very pleasant the bedding is of quality the cleanliness impeccable. The bathroom as for it is nickel, modern spacious and clean elĺe as impeccable it is good to bathe. We ate at the restaurant in the evening… simply succulent for a decent price the service is responsive, attentive. The night was excellent… In short if you go through it or to spend a few days do not hesitate this is where you have to go!

Management and staff very professional despite a fairly late arrival the meal was served as for the rooms everything is clean and spacious beautiful quiet setting hotel to recommend.

We had opted for a stay Valentine's day. The pictures of the site we were immediately attracted, but once there, we were a bit disappointed even if the furniture was consistent with the photos (taken with a nice hit of brightness). Small flat, the insulation as sound as the climate. An extra heater to compensate for a heating fully opened. The bathroom is modern, but very cold and the water not very hot. A little bit of mold that is not worthy of 3 stars. Concerning the spa, the steam room is out of service and the sauna and the jacuzzi, we put it on the road. 20 min wait to have temperature, we have given up. C' is a nice place but I don't find expensive if all benefits proposed were at the height.

Hotel ghost. Person at the reception… It was cold in the rooms in spite of a radiator to the maximum. Obliged to set up an electric radiator for several hours. The Restaurant is closed. Forced to go to another hotel for dinner. (Namely, as much sleep btw)
Gym, I'm still looking for it … The beginning of the service of the breakfast after 7: 30 am. So for those who work… In short, hotel is very expensive (100 eur / night) for the service rendered. Room old and limit.

Staff very nice, delicious meals!
Very comfortable bed and very nice view of the river from my room.
Just missing the double glazing in the rooms and not super soundproofing as you hear the people in the hallway.
I recommend for a quiet weekend.

Beautiful establishment overlooking an old Gothic bridge. In the establishment you can benefit from care and enjoy a relaxation area with spa and sauna. The food there is very good too.

Beautiful island of greenery and relaxation in the heart of the Aveyron.
The hotel is located next to the River de la Truyere and has a bar, a Spa, a heated summer swimming pool, a fitness room and a Hammam.
The reception is warm by a nice and attentive staff.
I had chosen a room with a view of the river.
It etit spacious, decorated with natural tones, with sieve lights and a flat-screen satellite TV, a desk with telephone and high-speed Internet, a safe and a kettle and tea and coffee making facilities.
Nothing to complain about the beautiful bathroom.
The bedding was flawless and everything was very clean.

There are parking spaces at the bottom of the hotel.

Restaurant very large and tasty, the room and correct and the reception very well but the spa area smells no good, water on the parquet already moldy… rather murky place…

Disappointing hotel. Very expensive for the services offered. The rooms are past fashion and are not insulated: You can hear the neighbors as well as the street noise (simple glazing), and the common areas are dirty. The facilities are unsatisfactory (a dirty hammam, and a jacuzzi placed on a parquet floor…?! ). The meals are OK but not worth the asking price. I would not advise this hotel.

Very nice frame. Pleasant home without more. Friendly pool just lacks service, discovered meal execellent. Very basic breakfast for the price.
