We were coming me, my husband and our 4 month old daughter for a special event, I thought I would offer a nice little weekend to my darling, it was quite the opposite, fortunately the surroundings are nice to visit because apart from the setting that saves this establishment, we have not learned anything positive, it is to wonder if they have not bought their fame on the various sites so it is far from the truth! And so I attribute the palm of incompetence to the waitress/chef of the restaurant room, who in addition to not knowing the trade is unpleasant as possible and clearly spoiled the meal that was already not famous! We went through weekendesk and were made clear that we didn't have access to the same "range" of services as average customers… We dined in the breakfast room next to the buffet for the next morning with two other tables, no doubt weekebdesk guests also… I asked the waitress if there was white wine in the sauce because I'm allergic, I never got the answer, my husband asked for the wine list, she replied to scan the QR CODE present on the table, while he did not have his phone she brought him back on a sheet making him feel that it inflated her, for dessert I told him that there was alcohol in mine, his answer "yes they always put it in the chantilly (very logical) you just have to remove it" was the shot.
As for the hotel itself, the housekeeping leaves something to be desired, the room did not look out for… nothing at all, a roof with an extraction mouth… The ceiling above the bed flakes, the "well-being" space is mediocre, the exteriors unmaintained… Anyway all this for the damn sum of 170 that I clearly would have preferred to put elsewhere! For example, in a guest room or a small establishment that goes to great times to survive in these times of health crisis, who know how to receive and love what they do and above all do so with a smile.
Little thought to the gentleman of the welcome who was very nice to him, sir if you are manager of the establishment I invite you to see again … All!
