Contemporary hotel near Mt. St. Michel. Very nice amenities. And the air conditioning is certainly appreciated in the heat wave.

Made a booking through Expedia. When we got to gate, gate told us Mercury was not there and to go to parking 3 which was nowhere near the hotel. Decided to lunch out thinking we were in the wrong place. GPS once again brought us the same gate. Asked for mercury, and gate, salamat told us to plug in a code which we didn’t have. Called the hotel, they finally gave us a code. Upon checking in concierge tells us what we went through was not their problem.

Room spacious and quiet. Bathroom to the taste of the day unlike the room. No complaints about cleanliness and equipment. Excellent bedding but pillows too thick.

Qualty hotel and good value. Got inside the security barrier thanks to the emailed code. Room available at 15.00, freshly made up. Sat out on the first floor verandah to enjoy the evening sunshine.

Went for a beer, cheapest of the place, great service, accepts credit card, clean toilets, free Wi-Fi :)

It was luxurious hotel with all amenities you could expect from a good hotel. It's probably the best hotel to stay at, while visiting Mont St Michel. Its situated very conveniently right opposite to a supermarket and the Mont St Michel Shuttle service station.

The room, contrary to French custom, is large and comfortable. Climate-conditioned, with fridge bar, double bathroom (toilet — shower — sink), TV, desk and coffee table. A beautiful view of the river. The free shuttle stop to Mont St. Michel is right in front of the hotel. Breakfast is complete and pleases all tastes. Positive judgment. High price, but in line with those of similar hotels in the area.

We arrived at the hotel very late in the evening of July 7 (2am) and were extremely unwelcome. The receptionist was a rare arrogance and spoke to us in a very violent tone. It was so shocking that we could only conclude that racism was going on. Having noticed the hatred that the receptionist had towards us, we decided to leave. That's when the receptionist said, "Get out. " An extremely disappointing experience and a hotel that I advise you to flee especially if you are of foreign origin.

Nice and spacious the room on the inner garden, the parking inside the area of Mont Saint Michel is very convenient. The bar is elegant. The restaurant maybe is a bit commercial.

The hotel is large, well lit, with good rooms. Friendly reception staff. Shuttle to Mont-Saint-Michelle is right outside. Needed an access code to drive to the hotel area, and I had no phone service in France. So I had to park outside the hotel area, walk to the reception to get the code, then walk back to get the car. Poor Wi-Fi in the room, but worked well in the reception area and restaurant.

Hotel clean, quiet, with beautiful views and rooms enjoy a SAS with door to the room so quiet absolute. Beware of elevator! So do some light baggage if you were to have a cha9au first.

Very warm welcome even at 23h. The rooms are your own and the hotel really quiet. Ideal for a weekend at Mont Saint Michel.

I expected better for 4 stars of a Mercure hotel. But clean. Friendly staff The breakfast buffet was OK without more.

Well equipped, clean, cozy, room is well illuminated, parking is easy, location is good. You'll like to stay here again if you visit mont st mishel next time. I'll do. BTW, if you come here in the winter, remember park your car face to the building, I spent 10 minutes to remove the ice on wind shield.

I usually use the Mercure hotel with a Rent-a-car in France since it has a large free-parking space. BTW, I saw a helical scanning light (diameter of ca. 20 m) around the statue of San Michael at 10 pm for only 1 min in August just before going back to the hotel. Was it a new gadget (or a miracle)? Any Info (anyone who saw it) appreciated. Merci.

It might look like a motel from outside but inside the rooms it looks really nice and comfy. Huge beds and excellent service. If going by car just remember to call the hotel for the access code to the gated area.

Hello friends travelers, in my tour of France I stayed one night at this hotel in Mont Saint Michel and I was discreetly satisfied.
The great thing about this hotel is that by staying here you can access the street where the shuttles pass to the mountain as they provide you with the access code of the bar.
The room itself was not aligned with the Mercure standard as it had a bathroom with separate WC really uncomfortable and claustrophobic; Too bad for the carpet not very clean and the fact that to reach the higher floors (even if it has only two) there is no lift.
The breakfast on the other hand is good with various products (both sweet and salty) and even espresso coffee; It is served in the nearby restaurant Le pre Salè so eye that if it gets chilly you have to go from outside:)
I recommend it for the beautiful location; I cannot express myself on value for money because it was booked by a tour operator.

Relaxing, quiet and with a parking fee but so convenient. The hotel is 2km from Mont-Saint-Michel. You can even go to the mountain by foot or free shuttle.

VERY BAD HOTEL EXPERIENCE! for me the night started by wrong indications sent by the hotel by SMS regarding where to park, I ended up parking 1 mile away from the hotel, and it costed me 24.80 € for parking instead of the announced 4€. Nobody wants to refund me now obviously… For the rest, the hotel looks like a motel, and the service is at the same level.

A 4 stars who don't have not quite one. Many 3 stars do better both in benefits than in the House. However no complaints staff and value for money is okay.

Considering the french standard we experienced, being around in France. This Hotel was really nice. The staff was nice, room was "big" (which means we could move around without any problems). It was clean and had a huge bathroom! The location was good a 2 kilometers walk on the bridge over to Mont Saint Michel. The Breakfast gets a 5/5, tasty and a fair amount of options! When I go back I will definitely stay here again.
