Hotel quiet and clean. A small refreshment of the rooms would be a plus (curtains where there are missing ties, wooden windows that you can not leave open by being in the rdc). We stayed in the family room it is very convenient and quite spacious, large bathroom and annexe room for children. The person who managed the breakfasts the first two mornings (the manager I guess) is on top. Thoughtful, friendly and smiling he listens and puts in place the missing food regularly. On the other hand, on the last morning, there were funds of jams, containers were missing, frozen yogurt. It was not the same person who managed the breakfasts and we saw the difference. A little a pity.
Hotel to recommend all the same for easy access, calm and comfort.

Currently staying at this hotel. The beds are nice, the TV is poorly located compared to the beds, the bathroom is small but mostly I saw a cockroach walking on my loading cable next to my bed that was approaching my head. Other than that at first sight the room is clean but pay 74 euros a night, I did not expect to see a cockroach that also walks in front of the front door (next to the disabled places) in short not sure to return. The staff are kind, helpful, polite.

The hotel does the trick for a night of passing. But the hotel would require a (very) big refreshment. The price of breakfast is exorbitant given the level of the hotel.

Convenient for short stay, no air con but staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast good and plentiful. No restaurant but lots of fast food places nearby. Comfortable beds.

The rear rooms are very small & noisy. Bed jammed in under the roof. Ok if you are a person less than 1 metre tall. Poor quality of decor & tiny shower. Water flow good though.

5 stars as it matched our expectations in comparison with price paid. Very friendly and helpful guy on reception, nice big room and genuinely the best shower I’ve ever experienced. Lots of free parking as well.

Very good value for money. Nice room but that could probably be refreshed. The hot drinks and the water bottle in the rooms are very appreciable, as are the family rooms.

Ideal hotel for a small Norman stay, with very convenient access to the ring road for any destination. Large parking lot,. Great reception at the front desk, like on the phone. Professional staff, with a great sense of contact (being old vrp, I am very sensitive, my family too. Beautiful family room for three; Plateau-Courtesy, kettle + bottle of water at the bedside, small friendly attention that is lost in the hotel. Good bedding. After a nice quiet night, a good breakfast in a cosy room, with a good buffet with good fresh produce and an excellent coffee "Richard". Happy with our little stay we have already booked our next stay in Normandy for September. I would recommend this hotel! 10/10

No one at the reception for 10 minutes to give us the keys, cold staff, for a 1st floor there were 5 stairs (yes Yes! One coming down! ), there is no elevator, small triple room and under the roofs, did not take into account my request for baby cot before I arrived, the towels smelled bad. Otherwise it's quiet.

Nice room with comfortable bedding and quality. The water bottle offered in the room and the kettle with some coffee and tea pods bring a feeling of welcome.

Old Red Ibis turn into style it has aged pretty poorly comfortable bedding. This is a hotel where there are a lot of passages as it is on the highway and there is no restaurant just a cafeteria from the resort right next door. So the restoration is very average. Just good to spend one night as the rooms are very small and the bathroom too.

Tired worn out and with staff that were not interested. Breakfast was awfully bad.

Big room, nice bathroom, fats Wi-Fi, breakfast was ok not the best, good complimentary tea and water. Was a little sketchy because the lights flickered and there were a lot of doors and confusing hallways.

Super cool staff very friendly. Nice location and breakfast. Room had hair on shower, a little bit dirty. Came back and the window was open, not by us, nothing was missing so all turned out well.

Decent enough as a stopping point. Nothing too special, but will suffice when making ends meet!

Lovely hotel clean everything great but don't have the food you've been warned.

Clean but completely in decrepitude carpet… filed, showered door missing, decoration of the past century. … and rather expensive in the end.

Exceptional establishment, I'll be back… I highly recommend that you stay at the hotel Kyriad. The restaurant, which is connected to the hotel, provided such wonderful meals and the service was really top notch.

negative: it's 2 times that I go and the negative has not changed: the bathroom. (door broken shower, no pressure in the jet, tiles broken around the toilet. ). Too bad for a 2 stars.
