Room small apartment all comfort, clean, 49 euros. Hotel quiet, friendly owner, breakfast 10 euros and good. Interesting location, 5 min downtown.

Clean and functional Studio. By cons level very average reception. Woke up at 7:00 in the morning by a staff member. Closed the door without apologizing for the inconvenience… A little disappointing.

Hotel from the Category * * you have to start from that.
1. Reception — no speaking English.
2. Booked via HRS — despite being asked Address, it justified it as if one did not find it in the PC.
3rd Price and Performance far apart.
4. There was nothing to have to Have. No Worms, Eggs, Bacon, Sausages. Cheese two varieties, Jugurt about 4 Varieties, Bread two Varieties, Nutella, O-Saft and that. All this for 9, 50 EUR Madness or … As a Man of common Sense, would rather recommend ALDI to.
5. Walls Between the Rooms are very thin. So if you're with Girlfriend … No can't … You are not allowed to Book two * * with your Treasure.
Two Stars earned the Hotel because Rooms were clean (has nothing to do with the Condition) and because Mann at the Reception made the Bill on request. Could but Complete Address not Write. Because Guy at the Front desk is not so VERY GOOD.

Very nice hotel clean and comfortable, staff friendly and obliging, excellent value. Access to the excellent public transport system is right outside the door. We have stayed here on previous occasions and will do so again. The bedrooms/apartments are a little small and the immediate area is becoming a little run down in recent years.

Clean hotel, Studio in line with expectations, only small downside: tap water to an absolutely awful taste…

Well located but antiquated equipment and very poorly isolated phonetically. Free TV and Wi-Fi.

We had the studio economique, a very cozy room with wooden beams. Bed was very good, and the room was clean. Host was friendly and running around helping everybody (in French ;) ). There were 4 free parking spots behind the hotel. There is free Wi-Fi, however, you have to agree with the Wi-Fi provider that you're email and phone number can be used for commercial purposes.

Good value for money, basic but cosy and clean economy rooms with little kitchenette.

Noisy, I advise against those who wish to sleep.

Super home. Room very clean. The Directorate is listening. I recommend it without hesitation. Bravo to the team.

Good reception, very friendly and good advice. On the other hand, bad point for bedding and some odors…

You know who cares about their customers? Can you guess? No? Give up? Let me tell you: Places that offer pink toilet paper. Not just the roll on the spool standing ready at the front lines, but also the additional, packaged one standing by on backup… should the culinary delights of Caen and greater Normandy get the better of you. If there had of been a plain old white one as backup, I would say that The Hotel Le Bellevue wasn't serious about life, but no… they are serious. We had a nice room that was probably the un-gloomiest room in all of Normandy. I had a great sleep and there was adequate aeration in the room. Thank you for going the extra kilometer in care. Five stars Bellevue!

Nice and very clean room. The reception guy was nice, very accommodating. Personally prepared our breakfast. Price was ok. Croissant was excellent.

Excellent hotel! Two visits and always welcomed. The boss is always friendly. The rooms are nice and quiet hotel. The breakfast was nice.

A bit far from downtown but well served the bus.

Hotel too far away from the center that the rooms are correct.
