Excellent restaurant, good home of Mary and cuistaus excellent pizza thank you.

Still here at time of writing thus and being properly looked after.

The setting, the staff, the food… all short, the ideal place to stay for a cozy getaway.

Impressive overbooking: we had to be relocated elsewhere, in conditions not identical and we had to negotiate ourselves. Despite booking more than 3 months in advance, no room available and we warn you the same morning!

No staff capable of deciding anything. When they call the manager, she tells them that she has problems to deal with (and can't deal with her clients' problems). It is impossible to have the contact information of the person in charge. Everyone blames someone else.

Stay scheduled for July 24, 2018: at least 4 rooms (8 people) in our case that night and it's the same for several nights of the period. This phenomenon often happens in the summer, during periods of heavy traffic (holidays — Tour de France).

Go directly elsewhere, you will save time and avoid trouble.

Old building with character. This hotel with high ceilings, large centrally located staircase has a nice restaurant, downstairs lounge with TV and a bar in the reception room.

We stayed for 2 nights while taking a walking holiday. The reception was different, the bell had to be physically picked up and shaken rather than 'rung'' but efficient once we found someone. Room was nice and spacious, well decorated. The bar was quite well stocked and service was acceptable. Location nice. The restaurant was a bit off. The menu seemed good, but was let down by runner beans from a tin (middle of fresh season) and a dessert made with tinned strawberries (again middle of fresh season). Breakfast was reasonable but the fried eggs were cold the first day as the burner had gone out, and the second day were greasy — no fresh bread, but a good buffet. The building itself is very nice and interesting in its history. Would like to give a rating of 3 and a half stars really.

A rustic hotel, a spacious room, lack of insulation, indeed, we hear the people in the hallway as the door was wide open, but the view of the mountain waking up is very nice, for breakfast, my wife being not French to enjoy The eggs on the flat and the bacon made available in addition to the French breakfast, the setting is pleasant.

Good for those who didn't want to spend the money in the ski resort.

Are going to lunch at La Bergerie Grill establishment of the Grand Hotel… complete disappointment even a Buffalo makes 10 times better! For us booking on booking for 3 people and on arrival surprise one is upgraded with a real apartment… it's great.

Breakfast correct but at 8:30 am more clean table for us installed oblige to get rid 1 table all by yourself. The gentleman was overwhelmed because he made the reception service and I pass. Alone in the world. Poor guy. The enclosure of the heater broken in the room could not adjust it… and the noise worthy of a hood extractor. On the street under our windows of buses that run the engines from 7am to 7:45. But this hotel can not do anything. In short really not suitable for families and I wonder how they got the 3 stars. Hotel in decline total. Sorry.

We were going with destination and dinner included and it has been a very good choice. Very spacious rooms and great cuisine.

It's like getting into a Agatha cristi movie. I loved it! An incomparable environment.

Decent hotels. On the other hand in the evening we took a shepherd's menu there to nothing extraordinary, like breakfast. And the manager for her young should be a little more presentable. Otherwise it is a quiet hotel overlooking the mountains.

Certainly not a 3 star, shameful and dishonest. We booked two nights at this hotel for Easter weekend and we left this place after one night. The room was extremely noisy (no insulation, flushing of the adjoining rooms, shower, hallway noise), the TV was not working, it was not considered proper to recharge the bathroom with soap, the towels were stained, with each shot Water of the neighbors the water became hot and above all the bedding was deplorable (out of age). We asked the next day to change room by reporting the bedding problem and a staff member replied that the hotel was full, so we decided to make the room explaining that the bedding was in such a State in room 106 That we could not stay and another staff member explained to us that the bedding was the same in all rooms and that some were still available contrary to previous assertions. In short, deplorable, dishonest, even at 15 euros at night the proposed benefit would be overpriced.

Very nice Hotel, very clean, good value for money, good reception … I did not miss anything and will go back!

We benefited from an offer via Booking for the second weekend of the month of December. The hotel has its charm (Belle Epoque style) and we pleasantly slept in our standard double room enjoying Wi-Fi and equipped with a TV and a small fridge. Only downside, we confirm the previous opinion of a user regarding the odors of pipes from the private bathroom.

Great apartment, all set up nice, beautiful hotel.

I stayed a couple of nights in September. Lovely hotel, if a little isolated (so maybe pre plan dining arrangements one way or another) but that was okay for me. Friendly staff. I'll happily return if Im headed in that direction again.
