➜ The hotel is very comfortable and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
➜ I do not understand why it have 2 stars because of 1, the room and any small, without aeration which makes the room and H24 humid and the bathroom is a closet not to mention the shower joins badly done as well as the metal brackets that hold the sink are Rusty. From 2 no room service to change at least the towels, so we kept our towels that could not dry for 1 week. And the cream of the cream the meals that are DISGUSTING, seriously the dishes are frozen, we even served cold meals one evening. And the hotel had to serve us the picnic and we found that the sandwiches were expired several days. Not to mention the superb households that the hotel services offers because when we arrived there were 2 spider and dozens of ants in our room and the floor of the dining room which is not clean. In short I really do not recommend this hotel which deserves to be closed.

Very nice place, and well maintained. Enjoyed my stay there and will definitely come back on my next trip to Lourdes!
