Have traveled to Lourdes for a number of years now I can honestly recommend this hotel as the best I have stayed in staff absolutely amazing service not one single fault on anything first class all the way x.

Thanks for the welcome, I was very happy with my stay in Lourdes this week and the staff very nice and nice the nikel room prope every day and the very nice reception staff.

Rarely seen a hotel with staff as kind as the front desk going through the kitchen or cleaning staff
one thing I didn't appreciate too much is the canteen effect at the restaurant.

The rooms are very dated and in bad taste, and the opinion of the bar service is that the Spaniards are very special, like insulting, the fault that they do not know Spanish is theirs, not mine that I do not know French.

G made a stay from July 30 to August 4, 2018 and g must say that g was pleasantly surprised warm staff very own hearty breakfast rooms the staff is available welcoming g went back there without hesitation.

I went on a pilgrim with the school and half of the people's money got stolen by the cleaners we went out for the day and when we came back in we had lost 35 euros my other colleague had lost 60 euros and another person had 20 euros taken the other people on the trip with us had lost there money aswell so it was no mistake the food is brilliant but I am disappointed and I feel violated for what happend.

Hotel not worthy of the four stars, I would take away at least one. Cleaning the rooms done almost always in the afternoon but very superficially, the beds are redone by raising only the blankets. The waitresses at the time of reordering the room enter it without knocking and without checking the presence of the customers inside. Lack of fridgebar. Lack of air conditioning in the restaurant room. Breakfast just enough. I expected more for a four star.

This was a nice hotel. By US standards rooms are smaller but the staff was excellent and I would definately stay there again.

We started our trip in Lourdes, France with the breakfast buffet in this hotel… We loved the food and the service they offered… Everything clean and well-organized. Congratulations to the staff especially to their breakfast buffet team A well recommended hotel and restaurant… Looking forward to stay a bit longer here… soon❤️

Home Express! It was a very simple hotel No functional air conditioning. BAT's Nest side from the window. I don't advise! Quality Price = 0 But positive point all the same the free parking and location.

Very friendly staff with a smile and very helpful unfortunately the 4 stars of this hotel date from 2013 just like the rooms even if mattress of the bed impeccable I spent 3 good nights.

Stay from April 07, 2017 to April 10, 2017, full board. Great location Clean and spacious room, with breathtaking views of the Gave de Pau. From the management to the staff of the rooms, passing through the reception and the catering service, everyone is very friendly, smiling, rider, at your service at all times. Hearty and varied Menus, with the possibility to replace dishes that you do not like. A special thanks to Serge (whom we unfortunately could not greet before our departure) and to Isabelle our waitress appointed. Big thanks to Mr. Rocher, the director. We will return next year.

We have spent our holidays on this campsite now for the second time and can give only a positive evaluation. Staff is friendly and they will be very hard that the bathrooms are clean. Unfortunately the weather was not always but it can't help the staff.
