Home and service correct no more. The big plus of this hotel is its location at 5min from the comedy walk and the pool in roof top. Small already in accordance with the standing of this chain with a wide selection of quality products. We also had dinner in the evening at the restaurant it was nice but nothing more. Notably the service a little young, inexperienced and talking too much and too loud.

The only rooftop bar in Montpellier! And it's worth it! The interior is beautiful, as well as the outside with the pool, the view etc. Cocktail prices are slightly high (15 euros a cocktail with alcohol and 10 euros without). We haven't tested the restaurant yet so I can't give an opinion on that. The staff are nice and fast. I'll be back without hesitation.

A magical place to relax. The rooftop pool is a peaceful haven away from the heat. The staff is really nice. Well done and thank you.

Nice place, friendly staff, stay for 5 days here for group (30 persons) very comfortable and clean room. And very close to central comedie and shoping central.

Really nothing to say, everything is there, we went several times and it is every time a pleasure, the staff is really friendly and attentive. The rooms are very nice, clean and bed really comfortable so much that you don't even want to get up in the morning. The breakfast just delicious, the quality and the choice are present. I recommend my eyes closed.

Not at the height of a Pullman staff transparent room really small and stifling pool but only for the maintenance view for 3h in the sunny morning for something feasible at night…

At the same rate the intercontinental is much more in line with the expected standing.

The seats are excellent, there are supermarkets, there are shops, there are parks, you can take a walk from the train station and close to the old town, and it's a great hotel.

Very nice hotel located in central Montpellier beside the main shopping centre. Spacious and spotless room with a good sized bathroom which included all the amenities required. Bed was very nice comfortable. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Buffet Breakfast is held on the top floor and has a good selection of food to start the day. Lots of restaurants and cafes in walking distance. Free, and very good, Wi-Fi offered throughout the hotel.

What a lovely find! We spent lots of time searching for a baby friendly hotel and this was ou graal! They offered us a nice cot with additional pillows and bedding! + a soft toy gift to our baby! Their restaurant has a great menu and they also offered to make special baby food for our son! Would definitely go again!

The rooms are nice clean, the staff friendly. For this d'thear bar and very nice you can also enjoy some tapas assortments while taking your aperitif the restaurant good value for money the very friendly room chef for the summer songs the pool and nice. Beautiful hotel we will return with great pleasure stayed in this hotel without hesitation.

Perfect location and a great standing. Ideal for business purposes but also for pleasure.

Excellent — A very good address having been there a dozen times I can judge in the long run. A €140 with sumptuous breakfast, impeccable rooms, absolutely comfortable bedding and bathrooms frankly well designed even in the standard room and above all an efficient reception and attentive service, it seems to me that this is one of the very Good places to stay in Montpellier.
Only downside: It's a trick against which the hotel has been fighting since I've known it — an unpleasant odor lingering in the lobby — independent of their will and certainly the structure of the mall against which the hotel is stuck.
Apart from that nothing to complain about.

Very very disappointed hotel not worthy of a 4 star! a person who smokes shisha at the pool and apparently it's not inconvenient! But what is it? I thought that there was a certain outfit to adopt a 4-well done ds at home we vs say anything! Thanks pr respect for others! customer has change! ill attend tramps marginal scum who squat in front of the hotel! intolerable pr 4! Deluxe who reeks cigarette not surprising because we let smoke hookah at the pool as also smoking room that is how we respect customer of the Pullman bravo! rooms dated deserves to be refreshed! the cold pool water! staff friendly ms not pro! VMT damage 3/4 years ago it was not like that! I don't recommend TT!

I can only strongly advise this hotel, with a service at the top, rooms perfect be it at the level of the size of the equipment, bedding, offered services as well as the level of cleaning rooms. The breakfast and the services offered by the hotel are also very complete! We really had a very good time, a very good night as well as a very good morning with this delicious breakfast! :). Go there with your eyes closed.

Check your Bill before you leave because in my case there was a mistake of €120.

I found the service often arrogant and not very helpful. When we arrived tired Sunday night, the guy at the desk greeted us by taking a long time to find our key (though we had called ahead). He gave us a long explanation about billing-related stuff we needed to do because we planned to stay for a month. Though we had said we didn't want breakfast, we would have to re-declare that every week. He gave us a so-so room, which he could not change because we were staying for a month. He generally made us feel stupid. The next morning, another person at the desk was visibly irritated when we asked her for a toothbrush (not provided by default) and a hair dryer (hidden in a closet). That set the tone for our visit. As a result we avoided dealing with the staff as much as possible and checked out as soon as we could, a few days later. So long Pullman, sorry to have inconvenienced you! Too bad, because the facilities, while small, are pretty ok and the furnishings are mostly high quality. However the Wi-Fi requires signing in (every 6 hours), which is very inconvenient for cell phones and tablets. The location, a 15-minute walk from the center and the train station, is fairrly convenient, but it's in the back end of a mall amid ugly fading buildings from the 70s.
