Montpellier Hotels near Canourgue Square

I would recommend this hotel just for the breakfast! It is spectacular! Our room was spacious and very comfortable and amenities are superior. So why 8/10?

My husband and I booked two nights at this hotel and had a lovely stay.

This is a truly lovely hotel. It is housed in a very old building converted and renovated so very tastefully. The service is impeccable and the restaurants sublime.

A perfect stay. Location is calm yet perfectly centered in the heart of the beautiful and lively old town, full of restaurants, coffee and tea shop, charming boutiques and artisans stores.

Perfect location just around the corner from a beautiful leafy square, Place de la Canourgue, dotted with cafés and restaurants.

We loved staying at the Hotel du Palais. Staff were all amazing — so warm, welcoming and helpful. The check-in was smooth. Our room was spotless and very spacious.

Really super boutique style hotel, located in a quiet area 5 minutes walk from the Metro and 10 minutes from the Cathedral, really handy for the Old Town.

We had a lovely stay in this thoughtfully designed and smartly renovated space. There are two ground floor suites, perfect if you are tired of carrying heavy suitcases up narrow staircases!

Stayed by myself at Home Chic Home. A beautiful apartment with great attention to detail. Excellent location between the train station and the historic center with restaurants and shopping.

Michel is an excellent host. The accommodation is very close to the centre in a quiet residential area, 2 minutes to the train station and all amenities. Elegant house.

Great find near the trans and Comedie — checked us in super early (we were just going to leave the luggage) super size room and bed — decent breakfast and afternoon tea — would definitely stay here

A friendly small, comfortable hotel with modern rooms set in a pair of period houses. Underground parking round the corner, which is a big plus so close to the city centre.

A lovely stay in Montpellier! The staff was professional and kind, the room was beautiful and spacious with a premium balcony view of the square. The hotel was luxurious and clean.

I visited a few times and I am already looking forward to the next time. Filip is the best host you could ever dream of, and his "chambres d'hôtes" are like a second home.

We had a great stay at Filip's apartment! It's a few minutes walk from all the action in town or the train station from which you can take a tram to the beach.

My office had made an error so no reservation. Front staff made a big effort to find a room for 3 nights.

Staff was more friendly and helpful than other 3-4 star places. Perhaps it was low traffic weekend, there was plenty of parking. Located in a residential area, the hotel is quiet.

I had a great stay over 2 nights this weekend. The location is perfect for a weekend trip: only 2 minutes’ walk from the train station and 6 minutes from the city center.

Rare instance where I’d agree with reviews about the staff friendliness (a bit cold). And also had AC in the room that was essentially nonfunctional.

The hotel staff made our two-night stay very comfortable. They were helpful in securing taxis and with other advice. The breakfast was lovely, and included fresh-squeezed orange juice!

This hotel is a nice hotel and the rooms are massive. The breakfast tastes amazing too and there is also parking.

Great localisation and very polite front desk employees. In my room the bathroom was freshly renovated and very pleasant, but the room itself could use some extra help.

I stayed at Jost in Montpellier for 4 nights at the end of December.

Rooms are good, maybe a bit small. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is good and the restaurant staff is lovely. The location is excellent.

We spent 4 days at this hotel while traveling through the south of France with our six-month-old baby, and we were very satisfied.
