Very good prices for a hotel with closed parking and close to the city centre. Friendly welcome, nice room with free Wi-Fi, nothing to complain about hygiene (bathroom etc …) I did not take advantage of the breakfast, but in any case, during my next stay in Montpellier, I would go back to this hotel.

Haven't yet stayed here, but must say that the reservation process (over the phone) was an absolute delight. Kind, accomodating, personnable dame in Montpellier makes me anticipate even more being able to stay at Hôtel du Parc. (I've now stayed here for 5 nights and highly recommend it. Intimate but not invading, comfortable little room (for such I'd asked) in an old manor house, though a bit nippy if the heat is off. Parking available. )

We stayed here for a week the end of Aug. — beginning of Sept. 2014. This hotel is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and quiet being in a residential area of the city 2 blocks or so from a tram stop. It is easy walking distance from the Jardin des Plantes and the old town with its shops and restaurants. We loved the 18th century style decor, the plentiful breakfasts on the terrace (as the weather was perfect), our private balcony with table and chairs, as well as the hotel personnel who are charming and helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel, and go back ourselves…

Friendly, with the sense of service. Small hotel close enough the tram and city center. Room €52, small but very clean and very well equipped: shower, washbasin, TV, mini-bar and air conditioning (not loud). Comfortable bedding. Common Toilets are very clean and easy to access. Very good place of passage. Free Wi-Fi in the room.

Great service. Even though we were expected at around 7, we arrived at 5:30 and they let us in and arranged for our room to ready while we were having breakfast (way earlier than what was agreed). The room was really comfortable and very clean. Very well located at walking distance from the train station (unless, of course, you're carrying all your luggage), close to tramway lines and commerce. The crew in the hotel are very nice and helpful.

The room itself was very comfortable, with working A/C, desk and chair, nice bed, smallish but spotlessly-clean bathroom. Best of all, we had a little courtyard of our own where we had breakfast the following morning. The €10pp buffet breakfast, while perhaps a bit pricy, was wonderful, and since we packed some butter-and-cheese sandwiches and pain-au-chocolate with us, it made for a light lunch too. Wifi worked great, and parking was no problem, with plenty of space in the hotel parking lot when we arrived. The hotel is just outside of the old town, and walking there is no a problem at all; it's perfect for arriving and leaving town by car. After we left, we realized we had left behind a pair of shoes. We talked Claire on the phone, and she graciously agreed to ship them back to Paris for us!
