Great location. Hygiene could be improved, mattresses could be improved. But very economical and has a pool, great after skiing.

The apartment is in its juice… the joints in the bathroom are evenly unglued, no alese on the mattresses or pillow protectors. So there are tasks on the pillows, hair and hair… very limited level cleanliness. In the entrance and the room, carpet on the floor… I think it had not been aspirated before our arrival and I understood when vacuuming: no vacuum cleaner in the apartment, it must be borrowed from the reception so at the opening hours and OH Surprise there are 8 vacuum cleaners for 40 apartments! The mop did not smell at all the clean and the blankets were dirty. Certainly it was the last weekend of opening of the resort but that does not excuse everything. Two positive points however: the clear view of the mountain and the price (at the same time it is really not worth more). I do not recommend.

Dilapidated residence. Great view on the slopes but as the shutters are broken we could not enjoy the view as they stayed closed. No insulation in the window so the cold comes in at night. A lot of things have to be done. Too bad because the staff is very nice.

It is very unfortunate that the gym was not functional: too few devices were HS. Moreover, the pool and Jacuzzi were too dosed with bleach. It made the atmosphere unbreathable.
It's a pity because I counted on it to occupy my son who could not ski.

The apartment is really worth seeing (except its location).
The sliding Bay was a real colander. Even closed, the frozen air from outside entered the apartment. We had to leave the "bread grids" radiators thoroughly to have a suitable warmth. (inadmissible in 2018).
I had to unclog the sink by emptying the siphon that leaked a juice and a smell (without description) for several days because the furniture from underneath the sink is disintegrated by the water.
In the bathroom, the perimeter of the fittings was disgusting and especially a point to change immediately before a burn accident, the bathtub faucet is not a mixer. My little girl had the misfortune to turn the hot water faucet before the cold water, it has scalded. Fortunately she had the reflex to rewind quickly. But a smaller child would end up in the hospital.
Regarding the elevator, we always wonder if we will not be stuck in it, it moves in every way. (Besides that of building B was stuck when we recovered our keys.
Positivons: the mattresses were comfortable.
All this to say that if you ask for a certain rate, the benefits must be at the appointment. Otherwise we see them down and we inform the client of what he will find.

We were disappointed with the Néméa rental, decent apartment but really minimal equipment for the price, shower curtain in the bathroom all broken and black dirt, shower ceiling all monthie. Chandelier in the living room that barely holds, no sheets at disposal, need to pay TV and no Wi-Fi accessible for all for free. Considering the price of the rental we were hoping for better! We will not return.
