We loved the balcony with table and chairs and appreciated the mini refrigerator in the room. Shower was excellent and had a rain shower as well as a hand-held.
The staff was cheerful and pleasant and spoke fair English.
We got claustrophobic trying to get in and out of the parking garage and decided not to park there the second night.
The internet was pretty slow and we were prevented from connecting to our VPN throughout our two night stay.
The pool area was wonderful with a nice warm pool and a jacuzzi tub nearby.
Dated property. Room warm as well — no aircon. Small swimming pool (much smaller than it looks). Quite noisy as it’s on a busy road.

Our stay was wonderful! Clean, comfortable and friendly staff, the location fantastic — close to ski lift, restaurants etc. The indoor pool, rooftop jacuzzi and sauna was such a treat and also very clean. We would recommend Le Grand Tetras and will come back.
