A very nice hotel, ideally located to visit the area. The welcome is very warm, the services of excellent quality, both in room and in catering. The whole team and its manager are extremely available and very sympathetic.
In short: the better it would be worse!

We spent a stay in this hotel to visit the Templar Land and we are delighted🙏!
The rooms are nice and well kept, the staff is extremely friendly, considerate😊 and smiling 😀
As for the meals: menus or cards, they present the local products of a high quality 😉 and correct price.
We ended our holiday with a delightful evening for taste buds and ears on the theme of paella with a group of musicians of very good level 🙏👍🙏

Small hotel. Rooms without closet or storage. You eat pretty badly. Breakfast at 8 euros and quite poor. I recommend only urgency. Just decent price.

De kamer was schoon maar erg spartaans. Er is geen vloerbedekking, maar linoleum. Behalve de TV was er niets op de kamer. Gratis Wi-Fi werkte niet even goed op de verschillende apparaten. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk maar spreekt nauwelijks Engels. De service in het restaurant is snel. Het eten is redelijk. Het ontbijt is voldoende. Voor een hotel voor een overnachting op doorreis is het goed geschikt. De prijs kwaliteit verhouding is goed.

Very nice rooms and comfortable bedding large bathroom but shower a little dated but own huge restaurant but not loud and finally vast choice to the map and very good.

Excellent reception despite arrival unexpectedly — perfect bedding clean and pleasant room-hearty and excellent dinner (Aveyronnaises Specialties) — Breakfast at will, copious and varied — note 115 €/couple — are satisfied and return.

A very good surprise once the door crossed, we do not expect this because it is located on a main street of village, but when you arrive in the restaurant room we discover a very beautiful place decorated with taste, modern, a varied and local cuisine. Cozy hotel in a charming medieval village. Very comfortable room, clean and nice. It has a restaurant with exquisite native food, although the price is somewhat high for this location. Nice deal.

Great value for money catering at the top Menu 21.9 with a choice of appetizer head and dish citrus trout then flogne. Breakfast is perfect. Good breakfast. Only regret: Wait 17.30 to take his room.

Weekend from 12 to 14 May with a couple of friends and we had a memorable time in half board. I highly recommend this establishment, simple and very clean rooms with very good bedding.
If I could I would put a 6th star for the proposed kitchen, close to a gourmet cuisine, with a choice of menu and unexpected proposals.
The welcome, the kindness and the simplicity of the couple who runs this establishment is not the rest.
The Cavalry is a Templar city that is worth a visit, damage not reported on nearby roads.

Being a truck driver I stopped there last night for the first time. I have not had the opportunity to test the hotel but for the staff and the meal as a "road" the quality was there. Only downside to this menu is that there is no possibility of choice.

We didn't expect any luxury, but what we experienced with our room was way too basic for the price paid: No table space to leave one's car keys, laptop, whatever. Poor lighting, unusable reading lamps by the bed. An uninviting bathroom with a grungy shower curtain. No space to put one's toiletries — had to use the floor for that. The room was otherwise spacious enough, but lacked any form of coziness, having no decoration, pictures or such. I believe that the jails in my country are better appointed. Furthermore, there was no welcome, no warmth, no smile from the reception staff — not even a "hello" when we checked in. Based on all this, we were in no way tempted to try the restaurant. Glad we only had booked one night, would have driven on if we didn't have a no-refund reservation.

This little town is full of history and my recommended stop before crossing the Millau Viaduct is Hotel de la Poste, if you book online make use of that little 'comment for the host' section and let them know you want to eat because they close extremely early being so small. It's a gem of the Aveyron gorge with amazing Templar Knight history.

Go ahead it is super nice, very friendly, good bed, good choice of menu and great breakfast, quiet. Very beautiful village of the Templars. Go through Millau without taking the bridge (it's much nicer to go up (or down) by this charming city. ) More the price of the bridge will allow you to have a drink at the hotel post. We might hurt fell Monday of Pentecost in the evening. The boss and a cook to do that night. Besides a lot of people in the restaurant. You can imagine a little panic. Very nice home, a redone decoration, a card with children's menu offering trout or steak, affordable and hearty menu from 14. € 50, well prepared clean room.

Blah, blah. Home just passable. Noisy room, next to the technical room (I of the wary. : VMC, scraping chairs and tables of the fine restaurant of service/beginning of service) bathroom no tub. The single most: excellent.

A very warm welcome and impeccable service, the rooms are very clean and the sheets in a clean white with a bath of an impeccable sharpness. After exploring the surroundings on the advice owners we could visit several sites around this small charming village which is very well placed to not make too many kilometers and be able to admire the more wonders possible. We had dinner the night at the restaurant of the hotel which offers a varied menu and reasonable to menus made up of tasty food, cooked with products of the soil. Breakfast we took before leaving was just too hearty, nothing was missing, even an ogre could be enough, thank you still probably will return to us.

Clean room has good price. Missing a shower curtain. Tub very slippery attention to accidents.
Breakfast the day before so start tot bof so much for the cool Crescent and hot coffee. Add croissants on the order without seeking advice.
