We stayed for two nights in a very quiet room, clean, to the taste of the day and well equipped. We did not test the breakfasts which however gave envy. Very friendly and helpful staff. Possibility to leave his suitcase after having returned the keys of the room to continue to enjoy the city before leaving.
Only downside: the beds that are a little noisy when you move and lack of pressure in the shower.

We stayed there one night on a Friday night.
Quick booking by phone with a very friendly welcome. In a quarter of an hour reply by mail with everything needed for the reservation knowing that we were going to arrive after the closing hours.
The room was clean and the bathroom was very good. A baking sheet, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven is needed to help out.
Our room looked out over the courtyard so very quiet. Anyway we didn't hear any noise of the night.
The breakfast morning with a very warm and friendly welcome. Very hearty and will.
For us the only downside is the parking. We were very fortunate to be able to park not too far and that from Friday night it is free. Otherwise you have to think about booking the one of the hotel which a certain cost.

DO NOT STAY HERE! No air conditioning! Do not believe the advert. You have to clean your own room & empty the bins! Beds were literally falling apart. Staff could not care less. Stay away.

Very limited.
Small rooms, which do not clean but pay 8 euros. Very expensive breakfast. Coffee, a sweet or toast and a glass of juice, 8, €50. It's not true that it's Buffet.
The only passable thing is that it is close to the historic center, but considering that Narbonne is not very big it is not much merit either.
It's not very advisable.

The lady at the switchboard is very welcoming and very kind. Nice room I could only find 3 negative point. 1 — The flow rate of the shower is very light 2 — at the window level a lot of noise 3 — the bedding squeaky a bit despite everything I had a good night and I will definitely go back.

Good location with relatively easy parking. Very nice staff. Clean nickel and perfect breakfast. The price of the room is may be a little high but in our case it was a gift so thank you!

Not bad for one night, my room did not have cupboards to store the clothes, the air conditioner does not work, for the rest regular.

Poor hotel,
They charge to arrive at 3pm, but at 3pm our room was still not ready. After more than 30 minutes of waiting, our room hadn't even been started to be cleaned! In the end we were changed from room, which did not correspond to that of our reservation, lack of facilities, smaller room, their double bed actually being two single beds rib to rib, and not stopping to take off so not pleasant when a separation is formed during the night, cleanliness leaving to be desired (tasks on the carpet), without any commercial gesture on their part.
Not to mention the haughty and unpleasant hostess.
A 3 star hotel that deserves only a maximum.

Stained carpet, clean room to review, room with view? view on a broken wall and building… Hairs on the bed, shower that floods the bathroom, I will not come back, room much too expensive for the service we had.

The Aparthotel is within a 10-minute walk from the centre. It Has a kitchen with all the necessary and the bathroom is very spacious. The staff is very friendly and they kept our suitcases. The only downside was that we ordered a double bed and they put two beds together, for everything else very correct. If you book it with time it comes at a good price.

Nice and helpful personal. Relatively clean rooms with possibility to cook youself. Unfortunately, annoying smell came from the bathroom. No cleaning services.

The room is ok, good price and good location. No Wi-Fi at the moment, and the breakfast is very limited and kinda expensive.

Negative Points: At first, we were given a room already inhabited so he had to go back to change it, and yet that it's going to. Then the stay would have to be "correct" if it had not been for this superb power outage on the last day during the night (yes, when the reception is closed and there is no contact number). All of a sudden the food food purchased are non-used, and we have to go and search for dining outside at around 00: 00. This is stuff that can happen, but we would appreciate a commercial gesture :), we we billed for approximately 10 € for the cleaning so that you can't see anything at night and that they had thrown in the trash. I then sent an email of complaint to the hotel, I was never answered! Positive Point : The staff seemed nice (unless this is a trick to not make commercial gesture? ), and the apart hotel could be a good price/quality ratio.

CAREFUL with this hotel, after d spend a few days with my mother and go, leaving everything clean, the 2 days I charged my account 19.20 eur. Calling me angry does not take and send a lot d emails, and when I answer I say k we leave the kitchen dirty and it is absolutely a lie, and I say k there are photos and I say of course it is k you soiling your and make the photo. I will never come back.

Excellent welcome. Apartment super tidy and functional. Deco cocooning. Near the city center.

Really big apparment including full bathroom in perfect condition, and a small kitchen in the corridor. All the kitchen stuff was included, ready to cook any meal. Neighborhood were quite and not far from the pont Liberte, where you can start the visit to the historic center. Free Wi-Fi is only in the reception, Wi-Fi in the rooms has a 2 euros charge by day.

Parking €10 / day (marked €7 on the site)
Room depressing, the colors are dull, the carpet is damaged, 2 single beds together into a double bed (as say that comfort is not top…)
A smell of horrible sewage in the bathroom…
All for a pretty high price, in short I don't set foot in a flat ' city… It's a 3 star… I wonder how he got them… Even the 2-star ibis) are better than that…
Oh and I forgot the window overlooking the busy crossroads that closed poorly…

Stay in the city, hotels being quite expensive on Narbonne for a decent room, the studio proposed here is of value for great price. "Superior studio" for two very nice, room basic but adequate for a short stay. Little more for the kitchen area and parking (extra charge).

Very good hotel advised staff very nice little trouble carpet in the room for people with asthma and allergic advised I would like to say that when you have hotels had no carpet because asthmatics ca we make us past a stay not cool at all. Think of the tile. Household do because it had dust all ears were dirty the draap it had yellow spots. But otherwise the rest was very well decorated.

We had a small problem to arrive outside reception opening hours, but they solved it rapidly. The rooms have kitchen and are very well. Very good price/quality ratio and is 10km from the African Reserve. What you missed at fault was Wi-Fi in the rooms, just in public areas.
