Last September I was cycling from Caen to the Pyrenees over eight days and I arrived in Bram on my last night after a week in the saddle and a hot day on the tow path of the Canal du midi.
I was greeted with warmth, hospitality and cold beer on my arrival which made my day. The house and rooms have been restored magnificently by Paul and Petra and its laid back elegance match their style of hospitality.
A wonderful place to stay even if you haven't tortured yourself on a bike for a week!
We are a family of 10 adults ard 4 young children and stayed here for a week in August. We had a fantastic time. The villa is large, beautiful and very well-equipped. It is very conveniently located, just minutes away from the train station and Bram has everything you will need — a great market, bakery, butcher, bank, wine shop, restaurants, Co-op etc. The villa is close to the canal for nice walks and a fantastic lake for water sports and fishing. The garden is lovely and although the pool is very nice, it is rather small — but great for the children.
Paul and Petra were very helpful and friendly and did all they could to make our stay very pleasant. Thank you very much.

The house is beautifully appointed, with large rooms, and a very comfortable bed, The hosts Paul and Petra are friendly and professional, and go above and beyond in helping. The breakfast is outstanding, including fresh fruit, pastries, meats, coffee. One of the best breakfasts we had. There is also a pool.
