Nice clean hotel with working air conditioning. Very well located in a reasonable distance from metro and bus station. The bonus point for the hotel is provide a microwave for the guest to reheat food which I got it from nearby supermarket. Even have machine to provide a choice of takeaway order. The BB hotel is most value for money and they are really think of what guests needs. May be even better than others 3 star or even 4 star hotel in Paris. Highly recommended.

A modest hotel, but perfectly functional. Wi-Fi was decent, as was breakfast. Check in and out were also simple. Lots of food options nearby. Despite the busy road out front, the rooms have been well insulated, had a very good night's sleep.

As a hotel is all that they are a franchise, it is clean and funny. What I see is that the security level is very poor since there is no control of who has access to the hotel and to a client they took off the bag on the breakfast, for not having control on the site of the breakfast m.

Family room is a bit small for 3 persons. Beds are good. Hotel is next to periferique interieur and easy to reach. Good parking space. Room isolation (traffic noise) is very good. Room climate is good. Hotel is near metro station on five minutes walk. Easy to enter Paris. Breakfast is not what B&B used to be anymore. Choice is poor and the coffee is disgustingly bad. Reception is accurate but no tourist info. Overall we had a good stay.

The rooms are really nice, albeit a bit compact, and the shower had half a glass door, but it worked well and the beds were very comfortable, and the Tv had tons of interesting French channels, also the food was a delight, however they do serve the same thing every single day, but it's worth it nonetheless, a great place to stay in Paris.

The rooms were pretty small, but they were clean and definitely well maintained; the room keeping service does a very good job. The front desk staff could be more polite though. Their breakfast was also pretty good!

Great budget hotel with easy access to the city centre (metro and tram stop a couple of minutes walk away from the hotel) The hotel is not fancy, but it is clean, good value and the staff are very nice.

Our stay was good. The rooms are quiet and have enough space to move around. We had the wrong room assigned when we checked-in but that was sorted in a matter of minutes, but then we had only one towel in the new room but that was also fixed quickly after another trip to the reception. The Hotel is clean, the personnel friendly and the breakfast worth the price.

Update: Money arrived after 2 weeks and after this review was posted. Room with XXL bathroom where I could not fit properly. I can not even imagine what "normal" size bathroom looks like. One towel in a room for two only. Window to terrace/balcony which can not be locked and can be just pushed open from the terrace/balcony. Made even worse by the fact that the terrace/balcony was accessible from the corridor. Virtually anybody from the street could access your room as the reception was often unoccupied and did not check if people who entered had a room. All rooms without key. To open the room you get a 6 digit code that you punch in to get the room open. There was also universal code which the cleaning personal used to get to every room. There is no safe in the room. All in all, you can sleep in the room, but you better do not leave any belongings, especially valuables, as there is a very high risk they will disappear. Hotel takes no responsibility for items that were stolen from the room. Breakfast had very limited selection. On selection were bacon and eggs (neither fresh, both from supermarket and heated in microwave), pieces of baguette, croissants, croquettes, dry biscuit. There was butter and honey. Two sorts of marmalade. One type of cereals. For drink one could use machines to serve him/herself.

We had a room on the first floor, we were moving things around, maybe in the kitchen! Damage! Otherwise nice staff! Good we, no complaints!

No hair dryers available, rooms very small, but tidy. The personal was very friendly and helpful.

The flow of water in the shower of my room and that of my daughter is flowing very badly. (rooms 506 and 508) Is it wanted so that the shower does not last long… (otherwise everything overflows), in both bedrooms… We can ask the question.
Otherwise nothing to complain about everything else.

Easily accessible location, small, well-equipped.

Very good value for money. Despite the proximity to the ring road we did not hear any noise as the windows are doubled. So no gene caused.
The hotel is new, and very clean, a little bit far from the city center but the metro is nearby.
We are thinking of going back on a next trip or in a hotel of the same chain.

Hotel is easy to reach, just on the edge of the ring… Very well soundproof. Difficult to park in the neighborhood… Think of booking the parking of the hotel because this one is often complete! Travel to Paris by Metro near 500 meters. Line 7, not the most recent.

Dirty, no 2 blankets, no 2 towels. Zimmer looks like it was from 1970 or something. Overall very shabby overall impression.

I don't like the location. The sector is ugly. But it's connected to line 7 to Paris.

The room was ok, but the Wi-Fi didn't reach the bed. I spoke with 4 different receptionists in different occasions, and 3 of them seemed annoyed with my presence.

Is decent to spend a weekend, the service is a bit bad, and the buffet also, you only get scrambled egg and not have ketchup.

Clean room. Perfect soundproofing even on the peripheral side. Breakfast well as in all hotels B&B.

Hotel Neuf, in Paris it is appreciable more than elsewhere. Well located 13ieme, clean and nice. Good value for money.

The location is perfect for the price. Room and conform are in line with a 2 stars hotel. You can book a parking for 12€ per day and it is cheap compared to nearby parkings. Breakfast is minimal but inexpensive presuming you are very close to Paris.

The bedroom was clean. But we couldn't open the window because the bed was too close. And the bathroomdoor was very thin — no privacy. For a european breakfast it was very small and the eggs and bacon weren't cooked properly. We ate somewhere else the other days.

There is No telephone to call reception. There are not enough towels or pillows or hair dryer or shampoo. I think I still have things to improve.

Bad service from the receptionists and above all, why are you talking in Spanish have behaved quite arrogant and despotic, unhelpful.

The hôtel was clean, good employee but not much. They were only one towel in my room. A problem since I wasn't alone.

About 3 to 5 mins walk to Porte de Choisy metro station on line M7. About 10 mins walk to Chinatown area. Opera station on M7 then to Roissy bus is quite accessible. Transfer to RER B line as well to CDG. No in room water boiler. Microwave in cafe on ground level. Clean room. Breakfast buffet is basic at 6.15 euros and very much better than McDonald's at Chinatown area for 5 euros (see pictures). If you are visiting Paris do consider Navigo Discovery travel card as well.

Good place to rest and a good breakfast.

No hand soap. Only 1 towel for room, we used ours as a hand towel then had no bath towels! No place to go at night and no food or drink on site, so stock up b4 you get back to the hotel. Not really a good area of town. BUT a/c was extremely effective and mattresses and comforters were the best!

Good hotel. Two or three blocks from the subway line 7 that takes you to Cité or the Louvre direct. It is far from the center but is well connected and connected. Is clean and the room we had (227) is very spacious for 3 people. The bad thing is that the bathroom has no door shower and the water not running well. I guess it is clogged. We did not eat the breakfast, but we have heard that it is very basic.

Every single employee of this hotel is very rude. Poor service. Room was not even cleaned when I got it. False alarm went off while I was sleeping, the manager did not say a single word of an apology. Instead, he just claimed it was "testing". Ridiculous. Do not Recommend.

Do not go to this hotel! 1. I checked in at this hotel at 6 pm, which is well after their suggested check-in time, and the room wasn't even ready! The staffs told me to wait in front of the room because they did not clean the room yet, and when I walked in to the room after 10 minutes of waiting, they didn't even replace the towel! What's funnier, was that there wasn't a single phone in the room to call the reception, so I needed to walk down myself to get my towel. And don't get upset at this point, because when you ask the reception for towel, what they'll do is they're going to ask you how many people stay in the room, and they won't give any more towels than the number of people staying in the room! And they'll never be sorry for their bad services! 2. Be careful when you're having a breakfast too. I was having a breakfast myself, and a staff grabbed my shoulder quite violently, and asked what my room number was. As soon as I told them what my room number was, they just disappear without a word of apologies! That was such an embarrassment in front of so many people, and I do not think anyone should be treated in such way! 3. This is last, but the most important reason not to be a customer of this hotel. THEY TEST FIRE ALARM SYETEN WITHOUT LETTING THE PEOPLE IN THE HOTEL KNOW! Okay, obviously, since I flew from the US, I had a little bit of jet lag.

The rooms were pretty small but had everything we needed. There were some sticky spot on the floor so I never felt comfortable without sandals on. I would've rated it lower because of that but the staff was really helpful and spoke English well. Breakfast was good, it is a pretty far walk to most of the tourist sites so it's best to go ahead and get familiar with public transport.

It is a hotel to get to sleep nothing more, the facilities clean but not even the painted finishes, the breakfast buffet is horrible, egg, bacon and breads. Nothing from the other world, a quiet area.

The hotel is good but veryveryveryveryvery poor room clean service！！！we booked a double room for 4 nights（chek-in 22 march，check-out 26 march） but everyday they give me only one towel and only one showel gel. The worst day of clean service is 25 march ，they dont only throw away the rubbish but also put the rubbish on my girlfriend's make-up ！！！and all around hotel there is a bad smell like Formaldehyde （CH2O）

its good location its 5mins on foot from metro station. Two staff of reception（an african french lady and a gentleman ）is kindly and helpful and both of two can speak english well. But the third lady is not helpful. And he cant speak english very well and clearly. She always answer the telephone everytime when I need help. Its warm in the room the Wi-Fi is perfect！the shower is good enough. There is a big market

位置很好 5分钟就到地铁站 附近有大超市 房间温暖 Wi-Fi 非常好 洗澡感觉不错. 非洲裔女士和男士前台非常好且很有帮助 但是另一个女士一直接电话 没说两句话就打一个电话 而且英语巨差. 总之 性价比很好 如果这个价位是你的预算的话 在这个价位上这个酒店算是最好的啦

The hotel is close to the metro station Porte DE Chois, and it is a 25 minute ride into the city. The rooms have 2 twin beds (at least where I stayed) and one bathroom with a shower and sink. It was a little small, but I had no problems with that, and the room had a nice window to open. The service was good at least for my time staying, and the hotel offered an excellent morning breakfast.

The stay has been great. Newer building, looks very nice and clean. Offer breakfast at an additional cost but seemed reasonable. The cons: shower doesn't have a door so bathroom gets a little wet and rooms are fairly small. In the end, it is a very nice room for cheap and the staff are very nice.

This is a modern clean hotel. Recommended by some friends rather than the F1 group. It was very modern and better finished than the UK Travelodge motels which we compared it to. The secure underground car park is extra but then you are in Paris after all. The staff weren't particularly friendly. Seeming to forget they have their jobs because of us not in spite of us. The breakfast was OK, nothing to write home about. It was busy with a lot of tourists whom I guess they figure they won't see again. The room and beds were very clean & comfortable. It's a good 10 minutes walk to the nearest tram station. Would we stay there again? Probably.

The rooms are a little small, in general it is a very nice hotel located in the periphery, a few blocks away you will find the Metro.

Comfortable rooms and good position with respect to the subway station. The hotel has a private parking for an extra fee. There was no hairdryer on the room, but at the reception they lent us one when we asked them.

A modern hotel at the southern border of Paris. I was pleasantly surprised by the experience here, especially considering the price (~60€/night + extra for breakfast) : — The rooms are OK. I was a bit worried about the noise given it's right next to the Périphérique, but it is really well isolated and I couldn't hear a thing from the 5th floor. Each room has a TV and AC/heating controls (you can change the temperature from within the room). — 80Mbps up/down on Wi-Fi included! Finally a hotel that doesn't cheap out on internet connection and doesn't charge extra for using their network. I was able to upload all of my pictures from my camera and use YouTube without any trouble. — The rooms have a PIN code instead of requiring a magnetic/nfc card. One less thing to lose, and removes the need for checkout (payment happens on arrival, and on your last day you can just leave without going through reception). A few less positive things though: — The bathroom is a bit on the small side, and the hotel cheaps out a bit on towels, providing only one of them (and not a particularly large one). — The breakfast is OK but lacking a bit in choice and tends to run out of items when arriving at later times. Overall, I'll probably come back!

Seriously 2 times l alarm fire which is tripped at 4 in the morning and then to 7 hours… it is 7: 00 when the next… c is the big n matter what had better be the refund in the air.
Fucking aswsomz wake up by fire alarm twice no. One know is job year manager prefer sleeping than help use Nice goal fucking boring.
