Hotel

The room was clean and big! You can also cook stuff inside the room. The hotel is not in a great zone of the city, but the metro is at 5 min walking.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed the stay a lot. The rooms are small, but neat. You will find some basic kitchenware, which is just enough for two people. The staff was friendly and helpful. And the location is great too! Metro station is just a 5 minute walk away and it takes 20 minutes to the city center with trains running every 3-4 minutes. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. There are several shops in close proximity (Monoprix, Carrefour, Franprix…) and plenty of vietnamese/asian restaurants. The only drawback was a somewhat hard mattress. Overall great value for money. Oh, and if you're lucky, you will get a room with a view on the Eifel Tower. ;)

Clean and good place. The reception is nice. There is a simple kitchen with refrigerator and microwave oven.

Clean rooms, but very dirty common areas (elevator, hallways).

Recent apartment. Clean but lack of "warmth". Duvet for one and a half person and not two. Ventilation that does not turn off.
2 towels per person, hairdryer, shower gel and TV. Few dishes on the other hand.
Coffee, tea and cake in the room on arrival.
Interior window not clean. VMC that does not stop.

The apartment very well designed. The passive reception and all the services were not on appointment.

It should be zero, they never return the deposit as they claimed, deposit they claim it's for insurance and they refund it. They never did, and they never reply to emails. I always give honest reviews but this time these people got extra money for no reason, So they don't worth any review.

Complex located near the Metro to a supermarket, McDonald's and also nearby some restaurants. Nice new apartments and on arrival Ben Pulititi. Pity, that in 5 days we have never changed the linen and not even vacuumed, if the service is not included should be reported, or in case leave the necessary to remove at least the dust. Not all rooms are equipped with hair dryer, asked at the front desk but they didn't have any. Reception staff always available. Overall nice some things have to be improved.

Nice view, comfortable room. Good location near the metro station. There are all things in the room what we needed.

After reading several positive reviews, me and my girlfriend booked this hotel for 5 days. It's conveniently close to the subway and a shopping mall is also very nearby. However, after our first night we began experiencing some less positive aspects of this hotel. The kitchenware and equipment was extremely dirty, broken to the point where it wasn't usable any longer, or completely absent. Pans and knives were dirty upon arrival, forks and spoons were not there at all. Cups were so dirty that the plates stayed stuck to them, even when lifted! (Dishwashing) soap and a brush were also not provided, so we couldn't clean the dishes ourselves. Our room was not once cleaned during our entire visit, not even after requesting. While the staff is friendly and speaks English to some degree at least, they did not make a professional impression. When asked about the complete absence of clean towels for half a week, they replied we should buy those ourselves. This is terrible service, if service at all. Some further remarks: + TV. Only French channels though. + Microwave present. Word of advice/warning: for microwave popcorn, use "Moy. Haute" setting, or risk literally burning the place down like we almost did by setting it to "Combi". There is a fridge as well. + The quality of the bed and furniture is good. We slept well. + Room has a safe. — Checking in was chaotic and took over 30 minutes. — The shower randomly changes between warmer and colder water. Annoying at least.

We were lucky enough to have a beautiful view of the city. Despite the bed being quite small, I liked the clean simplistic rooms. It was comfortable.

Weĺl positioned in Chinatown for Metro and a good supermarket. Room is very small but adequate. However rooms are only serviced once every four days and you are expected to remove your own rubbish and do your own cleaning. Pleasant staff but several requests for a missing fork were ignored.

Rather modern as an appart-hotel but the rooms are quite austere.

Only problem in the standard rooms the windows do not open and no air conditioning, amazing in 2016
So hotel has to flee in the event of a heat wave, we suggest you not even a fan
I spent 5 days in a heat wave and I haven't been able to sleep properly. Impossible to work in the room on the pc considering the heat.
