Good hotel excellently located.

The hotel is wonderful Pure, cozy, and most importantly very quiet in it. The staff are responsive and friendly. Montmartre is a ten-minute walk from the hotel. If I am in Paris I will definitely stay at this hotel. Recommend.

Good welcome. Clean, slightly dated rooms. A varied breakfast.

Nice, clean, comfortable hotel. All personal is very gentle and kind. Personal helps you with you language. It cleans each morning. Good location you can walk 25 minutes to Opera, to Louvre. Near this hotel exists metro. A lots of cafes, restaurants, beauty salon, laundry, park. I just wanna say Thanks a lot for all personal of Hotel Lafayette do you all well.

Equipment only the most necessary, no refrigerator or coffee station. Bed was not uncomfortable, but with distinct cow. Cleanliness good. Rooms on the fourth floor, with quiet courtyard. Could sleep with the window open. Nice service.

Very friendly place and staff.

Rude staff. Very small room with smaller washroom allotted for double occupancy. When requested to upgrade on chargeable basis, an extremely cold answer from the receptionist. Food is too mediocre. Not much spacious property but at a prime location. Many other hotels in the same lane provide better amenities with a similar price.

Poor and unfriendly service!
Dirty rooms, with mold on the ceiling. (It drips from the ceiling in case of rain)
No choice at breakfast and if you come 45 min before the end, you will only be groaned and your eyes will be twisted.

Friendly staff, but we were 2 days without hot water in November…

Stayed at a hotel for 4 nights and couldnt sleep properly for either of them. Apparently the central air conditioning system was broken (Also the exhaust in bathroom) and so didnt cool. When I checked on tripadvisor I found few others mentioning the same over different times of the year in the past. This maybe known to the hotel all the time and they keep customers in the dark. Location and all is great but with no airconditioning and warm days it becomes impossible to sleep. ****** Beware of the airconditioning not working and maintenance on the way reason given by them. If you face the same then it's intentionally not fixed********* PS: We had to stay for 4 nights in same place because we had prepaid and thought changing the room to lower floors would help but no joy. Not much airflow as surrounded by buildings on all sides so if they give same reason of faulty airconditioning then you know they are bluffing.

Very good and friendly staff. Location is good. Breakfast is moderate. The rooms are small, building is old. But quality/price ratio is quite high. I will visit again.

Very nice cozy hotel. Next to metro cadet, so travelling to tourist spots easy.

Cockroaches, tight quarters and a very sub standard service, it gets by, but if youre looking for a good hotel to stay in, keep looking.

We were looked after by some staff; others (from Housekeeping) looked as though they would rather be somewhere else. We didn't appreciate seeing critters scurrying across the breakfast bar. Very off-putting. We opted to eat out despite having brekkie included. There are plenty of good Bolangeries and Patisseries in the neighborhood. The room was very comfortable for the four of us. There was certainly a lot of noise outside in the street but this was easily dealt with by closing the windows. There are several train stations nearby that can take you further into the city. It is also close enough to walk to Sacre Coeur and Montmartre. We found great coffee within 10 minutes at KB CafeShop in the South Pigalle area. If you love your coffee, you will love this local roaster.

Right next to a metro stop, comfortable bed. Very clean.

Booked a room for 3 people. The room was quite congested and locks were broken. But staffs are super friendly and really helpful. Had to catch a flight at 7 next morning and they sorted all the cab things even though we were late to let them know.

Great location of the Hotel in downtown but too expensive very small room.

Very small room. But for downtown Paris Normal. You have 2 minutes to the Metro Station. Breakfast however bad, if you want o juice you have to pay Extra. No further Recommended.

3 stars Maybe too many, cmq the location is not bad, the staff is courteous and polite, however the rooms are small, my double was mini, the bathroom was for goblins, shower tray Mini, all in all very reduced, breakfast was in the norm.

Okay, the rooms are quite big and quite clean for Paris. The breakfast is not really a must.

Good service and beautiful design interior, I love its position that just take 5 mins to metro and there're many restaurants around here. The only disadvantage is the problem of doors in room and it doesn't work the lamp. Anyway I'll recommend this hotel.

Poor breakfast only boiled eggs, toast, cheese and coffee. Also poor sound insulation, I'd heard what people were doing near my room.

Good deal, comfort, good price and location convenient to go anywhere.

Tiny room to review, broken air conditioning housing force to remove the air conditioning in the month of October with a chisel!
Very expensive for what it is! Very disappointed and not listening, must insist on having a service!

Attended us very well. It has the metro within 90 meters.
