Has a good lunch extra price for value 20€ main dish & dessert. Very quiet. Small room (max 14 seats) and a garden terrace for summer time. Worth a lunch.

Adorable hotel, rooms are a great size considering the price and being in the heart of downtown Paris. All the staff is friendly and helpful, the courtyard is DREAMY, and the fancy restaurant inside the hotel is delicious French cuisine.

Lovely hotel but very small. Friendly staff but could do with a few more as the waitress was very busy.
Very clean and beds super comfy. Bathrooms need some upgrading in my view for a Mr and Mrs Smith hotel. Our shower was huge but the shower head was broken and paint peeling off the ceiling.
Overall we had a very nice stay.

Really enjoyed our stay here for 3 nights. Great location away from the crowds of tourists. Close to Rue sea Martyrs. Small rooms, but decorated well. There was construction outside our window on the hotel and it was loud at times. But the hotel was very understanding and gave us a refund for one night. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel! Really beautiful interior and rooms feel clean and fresh. Carpet in my room was kind of dirty but clean bathroom and sheets, which is probably the most important part. Nice helpful staff and really good location!

Good looking rooms, quite small but big enough for a short stay. Price wise it’s a good deal. Bed was comfy but small, pillows very soft. Location is good, plenty of restaurants around and metro stop Cadet is round the corner. Staff was kind and helpful.

The hotel itself is good — very quaint and cute (the 2 man elevator is so amazing), and the modern deco is chic and uplifting. However, there is no hiding that this is a refurbished hotel, and the age is telling from the building's ageing infrastructure. We had a room with two major issues — the television kept losing signal (from a very loose cable wall connection port, that the host fixed by plugging it back in… Which soon fell out again), and the carpet which kept getting strangely wet near the entrance but not near any visible water source (that was dried up after we brought it to the attention of the host… And wet again two days later.

Hotel a bit hidden. The restaurant is very good. Full of small dishes of tapas. Original. The impeccable Service, well looked after. Own toilets. Friendly staff.

I went there the time of a lunch. Simple and low-density card (4 dishes including a gentleman's card).
But: — It is very good ("donations" are large bowls of rice with meat, fish or vegetables in addition to accompaniments) — cheap (12 euros per dish) — very cosy (few cutlery, few people) — and there is a beautiful inner courtyard that must be very Gréable in the summer!

Lovely hotel, decorated with great taste. A favorite for the "country side" rooms that overlook a very nice patio. The restaurant is also a success, an Asian-inspired cuisine full of flavors, offered at a more than reasonable price. I would definitely recommend!

Very nice Hotel, but our room was not too clean on arrival, the staff unhelpful (3 times to get a second towel) and a little I don't care…

This small hotel in the heart of Paris was so romantic. The staff was very careful and adorable. Gary behind his "grand Budapest hotel" style bureau was also very helpful. I recommend 100 times to everybody who wants to travel in time and to the quiet countryside being in the middle of the very trendy neighborhood of Paris.

The amenities they said were include were not. There was no AC, just a a fan. No free breakfast, no free shuttle. We were told we were getting a 3 bedroom room and got 2 twin beds for 3 adults. Lots of things were broken, I do not recommend this hotel at all.

The place was great, the breakfast was brief but good. Pillows were a bit hard but an overall great place for the price and very nice staff. Wasn't too packed. Would recommened for any looking to stay at a budget hotel in the heart of Paris.

Lovely hotel, near several metro stations. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms, nice breakfast. Small flat, Tapestry and carpet of the staircase should be reconsidered. We would return to this hotel if we go back in this area of paris.

Nice garden but that's pretty much it, the shower was leaking, the window 's didn't open/close properly, the wall was filthy, no boiler or coffee etc. Also the Wi-Fi is slow as hell. Other than that hope you have a better experience.

On the pictures you will see 1 good spacious room. But only on the picture. But the fact is that it doesn't look like on the photo. I got small and claustrophobic room for 3 persons. The room was dirty with a lot of hairs in bathroom. A lot of dust everywhere. When I made a photo and show it the staff they said that this is only 2 star hotel. They offered me to see another room. Anyway it was dirty and in poor condition as well. Very poor condition. Strongly not recomend you to stay there.

My sister and I loved our three night stay here. The staff was brilliant, attentive and friendly; nothing was too much trouble. Our room was clean and spacious with a great view of the temple and primary school across the road, we liked the quirky lobby and garden and the twee little lift was absolutely charming and fun. The breakfast was good value and the waiter remembered our preferences by the second day. The cleaning staff kept our room spotless and the desk attendants were very friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman on duty when we arrived. There are lots of good little restaurants nearby and a supermarket and a couple of chemists. The metro was less than a 5 minute walk. Overall I enjoyed my stay at this hotel more than any other places I have stayed in Paris, including much more expensive chain hotels and will always book at Villa Fenelon in the future,

Very good location, care and cleaning, excellent predispocicion by the staff of reception, in particular, the attention of Cristian who was very kind and explained the rules of the hotel and gave us orientation of the place.

Bedding change, poorly slept.

Friendly, clean room, medium bed. Big problem with electrical outlets down the first night. Having not been alerted, got myself in lack of telephone and computer, at the end of day 1, while I was there for business.
Changed rooms for the next night, this inconvenience was offset by a free breakfast at my departure.

Hotel lovely and friendly staff.

A pleasant stay in a boutique hotel typically Parisian, fairly quiet despite the proximity of the Department stores and the Opera neighborhood nearby.

Hotel Nice family trees, perfect location and the room was fanctionelle and clean. I will return.

All in all a crap. But monorail station as location. Price very good. The series if you haven't limited money go further.
