Great location and whilst the rooms are a little small, the decor and ambiance of the place is fitting to the region it is in. Oh, and the spa bit downstairs was a nice addition.

Loved everything about this hotel. Top class, attentive staff who went out of their way to be helpful and who were so polite and helpful. A special mention to Toin who was delightful and gave us a brief history of the hotel. The decor is to die for. Literally a few mins from the Moulin Rouge which offered amazing entertainment. Lots of hustle and bustle outside but the room was surprisingly quiet and couldn't hear a thing. Will revisit this treasure some day soon. Vive la France!

Old house clause from the early 19th century. Everything is hushed, glamorous with dim lights. You feel at home thanks to the impeccable staff. Tasty cocktails. Incredible and comfortable furniture. Between girlfriends and… as a couple!

Great place to stay but not for faint hearted. Good for couples and adults but not for kids.

This place is out of the world and wonderful, somewhere else, an escape! One wakes up at the time of the addition with the memory of having had a beautiful dream.

Excellent boutique hotel. Fantastic decor and friendly service. As is standard in Paris, the rooms are small. Also, be sure you understand the area around the hotel. It's very convenient for Montmartre and there are some great restaurant and bars, but a lot of sex shops and strip bars — you are right by the Moulin Rouge. We could ignore it though.

He Maison Souquet is the most unique and intimate hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was extremely friendly and gave great recommendations for things to do in the area. The private spa was exactly what I needed after a long day of travel and the room, though small, was exquisitely decorated. The house staff kept the room clean and organized at all times. The bar had a good selection of drinks and is a great place to start the evening before going out on the town. Also, the area around the hotel was very walkable and had a good selection of restaurants, hookah lounges and cocktail bars. Staying at the Maison Souquet was one of the best travel experiences I have ever had and I regret not staying longer.

Excellent attentive service, romantic, in a great location. Would highly recommend to any couples seeking a retreat from busy life. We only stayed here two nights and I wish we had booked the room for our entire trip. There is a spa that can be reserved for private use, which was so perfect after a long day of traveling. A cozy bar had a great selection of cocktails. By far the best hotel experience thanks in great part to the house staff. The area around the hotel is bustling with things to do and eat for all preferences.

C is a palace! the rooms are very classes, the team is listening and no hesitate to recommend us nuggets the deco is top-notch! If you want to stay near the moulin rouge, c is the place to be!

An intriguing option for anyone looking to supplement their Paris sojourn. (Obviously) more suitable for couples or couplers. Maison Souquet oozes mystery and old-world feel: dimly lit narrow corridors, heavy velvet drapes, asymmetric smallish rooms, nooks and crannies. We stayed here for 2 nights last spring and never heard or saw another guest on our floor (which added to the intrigue). Be sure to book a private session in their complimentary cave-like turquoise pool. Check for online deals.

Beautiful place. Went for drinks, really beautiful decor, classic and somewhat Mediterranean style. Great Cocktails, I had the rum cocktail on their list. Pricy (17 euros for a cocktail) but it was good and the service was very nice.

A parenthesis of happiness and refinement: an establishment that deserves much more than 5 stars. The staff at the small care, whether the bar or the suites: everything is decorated to perfection and the smallest detail has its importance.
At the bar, a cosy and intimate atmosphere with games of backgammon and chess, stunning cocktails are to be tasted: We forget the time that passes… not to mention the swimming pool and the private hammam: privileged to know a place so wonderful… Thanks Seang House.

Beautifully designed hotel and really nice cocktail bar. Service is good. But for this price, the rooms are tiny and the location is not the best.

It's an incredible place. Cozy, warm. The cocktails are simply perfect! The head bartender and the manager of the bar are at the top! Bravo Pierrick and Clement for the home 5 stars! The cocktail of Calvados Lecompte is unforgettable.

What a great find, Maison Souquet made our 25th Wedding Anniversary special! Very professional staff made you feel so welcome, very attentive — but without any aloofness that you sometimes get in residences of lesser class than this! A brief (very colourful) history of the hotel was given on arrival, which only added to the sense of intimacy that the hotel gives! The decor in the bedroom was just perfect, fresh rose petals on the bed and a hand written note was an attention to detail that makes anyone that stays — feel they are special. The cocktail bar / lounge again added to the intimate ambience of the occasion, the staff behind the bar warmly invited us both in to their almost magical world of alcoholic alchemy! The cocktails — amazing! The following morning (bizarrely without hangover! ) the breakfast room was charming which matched the service! Feel like i'm now a member of a very exclusive club by staying at the Maison Souquet, and I will endeavour to dip back into its magic as soon as possible. Many thanks for the memories, Steve & Dawn.

We came in a group of 4 and we were placed in the hall even if they had few tables in the main salon (reserved for potential hotel guests at 11pm. ), great decor but not very friendly service.

We stayed in Paris for 3 days and two nights and stayed here the whole time because we want to be in the hip Monmartre neighborhood. I have been debating whether to give the place 3 or 4 stars for reasons which I will explain below. First, the positives: 1. The entry, lounge, and common areas of this hotel are fantastically beautiful. It really does feel as though you are stepping back in time. 2. The staff was impeccably courteous and professional, as you would expect from a 5 star hotel. 3. The room itself is beautifully decorated. 3. There is a private hammam which you can book for and hour at a time and this was really a nice touch. Now, the negatives: 1. The room was pretty tiny. We stayed in a junior suite and it was probably the tiniest suite we have every stayed in. I understand that this is Paris but I live in New York and I thought it was small for the price point. 2. The room was not particularly sound proof. I am a very light sleeper and the street outside is fairly loud, and there's a strip club right across the street. I used a white noise app which was somewhat effective. I understand that fully sound proofing a building such as this is almost impossible, but it should once again be reflected at the price point. 3. I went down to eat and they wanted about 20 dollars for two eggs. I wound up spending like 35 dollars for two eggs some bread and some coffee.

Lovely lil hotel right next to pigal. Beautifull room. Good services. Dont forget to enjoy the spa. I been lucky there was no one they. We stayed almost an hour. Thanks guys.

Firstly, this hotel is staggeringly beautiful… I would stay there again for that alone, but there's actually much more to love: -The customer service is some of the best I've experienced in life -The private spa and indoor pool is a welcome treat for a long day of sightseeing -It's located near a great selection of restaurants, night life, public transit, Montmartre… This list could go on, so definitely give this place a try.

This is such a unique and private oasis in this world. The people who work here are magnificent and are so attentive. I will stay here again. The detail is intoxicating from the moment you walk in off the street. The aroma from the candles burning in every room tells you that you are in for a special treat and transports you to another time. So much attention to atmosphere and texture even elevates you higher. The visuals are over the top chic. No kidding! You won't be disappointed if you choose this glorious small intimate establishment.

The staff were very good — especially our butler. The beds are very comfortable and the hotel was clean. Overall I think the hotel gets its 5 star rating from decor and location rather than total experience. Small things ruined my overall hotel experience such as Wi-Fi speed, and the fact my partner and I booked massages and confirmed this booking and then as we went down to the spa in our robes were told there was no booking. Also we booked the spa area for private use and a few other guests arrived as we were enjoying the pool and steam room. Very nice bar area and delicious cocktails.

The most beautiful Quartier Pigalle hotel with suites uniquely decorated by renown 65 year old decorator doyen, Jack Garcia, of Louvre and Chateau Versailles fame. Period French decor at its best, FIVE stars is an understatement. We have the most beautiful suite on the fourth floor
The staff are so nice and helpful and the cocktails are amazing. No dining room but light meals are served in the lounge or as room service. I would welcome a few more items on the menu. Four days in heaven…

I have done a fair bit of travelling over the world. I stayed here for 3 nights and picked it mainly for it's location and current traveller rating. It turned out to be one of the best (if not probably the best) hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff were fantastic and the breakfast was delicious! When I come back to Paris again, this will be my first choice. Admittedly, the room rates are expensive… but worth it!

Amazing hotel with very cozy and elegant deco. The rooms are unique and luxurious — bed are so comfortable! We appreciate the staff who is always here for us, ready to help. We recommend also the private spa area with little swimming pool and sauna — the very good concept for all kind of lovers :) ). Don't forget to visit the bar — they serve very unique drinks and you won't regret! One of the best luxurious hotels in Paris.

Tried to move a booking immediately after I made it due to a mix up but hotel acted quite happy to refuse and keep my money — which naturally was a lot for this type of hotel. Complained and received some unbelievably rude emails in response from the owner, just shocking : (

We loved this hotel! It is small, intimate and they are dedicated to making your stay a wonderful experience. Amazing customer service. Maud (reception desk) was so sweet and helpful! We loved her! We are still talking about how much we enjoyed staying here. Definitely reserve the pool for an hour and get a massage. The location couldn't be better. We were recommended by the gentleman who greeted us upon our arrival to eat at La Mascotte while we waiting for our room to be ready. It was one of our favorite meals of our vaca. We will definitely stay here again if we get a chance to return to this beautiful city! Thank you Maud and everyone at Maison Souquet. You made our vaca even better!

Our room was small but perfectly formed. Be sure to make a reservation for the Salon d’Eau (private swimming pool and steam room) which is a must for anyone seeking the ultimate in decadent luxury!

I am absolutely a fan of the bar of the hotel. A service on top of very good wines. I have not yet tried the tapas, but it will not be long.

This hotel is very unique, service was amazing! We loved this hotel. My wife and I live in Carmen, our teenage daughter lived in Rita rooms. Butler-Alex, trying to satisfy our every request. We liked the swimming pool and sauna, we booked a one-hour steam bath. What I'm saying is, this is not suitable for young children to the hotel. Couples/romantic getaway will be perfect. We will definitely come again.

The hotel is as good if not better than the beautiful photos on their web site but what the site cannot show is the wonderful service Maison Souquet offers — the team could not have been more welcoming or provide a more unobtrusive and helpful service. We have been to many parts of the world, Maison Souquet is undoubtedly one of the best hotels we stayed. It is a small boutique hotel, so whether it is for guests in the hotel's experience, is recommended to visit Paris and dining place, they can provide a very personalized help. Hotels are the ultimate sensory experience, lobby with a tantalising aromas, luxury and comfortable furniture, and more importantly, shopped in Paris after a long day, you can return to a beautifully decorated rooms.

The Gothic style was great, I like the velvet and murals, employees of etiquette is very decent, but the bathroom we don't have separate sinks somewhat embarrassed, generally makes me very satisfied with food but not Gothic, by the way (laughs)

Wonderful hotel, god location and very romantic atmosphere. Free private pool and wet sauna.

Room was very small, musty smell. When the toilet flush, blocked a couple of times. Shower flooded the bathroom. All indications are this was a rock and roll party (broken glass, the hole in the wall). Visit hotel not suitable for walking. Lobby and breakfast buffet were very busy. After all, it is an economic conference hotel.

Refinement and elegance, each object is thought, each piece is beautiful, rooms plunges us into lust, the team was super friendly and noted all the challenges that we provided them. A moment of delight! We want to scream across the name of this place but finally we wish to keep it for himself, as a secret.
