My husband and I just celebrated our anniversary there and can’t wait to go back. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with an outlet after plugging in our adapter and it was quickly resolved. The hotel was very clean and cozy and in a great location. Thank you for making our stay so special and memorable.

Unfortunately, only two stars and we were extremely disappointed with how they treated us at the hotel. We stayed in the hotel to celebrate New Years Eve. The hotel itself was very boutique and nicely designed, probably renovated not so long ago which was great and one of the reasons we chose this place. BUT, the staff working there was unbelievably rude and non-client friendly. I would have to write an essay to describe every single situation we faced with them, but I’ll try… to keep it short (ish). At our arrival, we experienced unusual behavior of a hotel receptionist – mid aged smoking non stop male (and we do travel a lot) being non responsive, not being nice what so ever, pretending he can’t hear us when I asked for Wi-Fi password 3 times and I can go on and on. Anyway. The biggest surprise was when we were trying to leave the hotel but they requested we HAVE TO leave our room key with reception before we go anywhere. I mean. It’s Paris. People come to their hotel from all over the world. Where are their hotel standards? Leave MY ROOM KEY that I paid for? No way. On one instance, a guy ran out after us to our uber and started screaming at us that w HAVE TO leave the key. We said no. So after we got back to the room at night, magically our key/door hardware stopped working and we were not able to get into the room. Another man from reception tried to fix it but it didn’t work.

Modern and clean rooms. Very well connected hotel, with metro nearby. Breakfast could be more varied and plentiful, but everything they have is of good quality. In my opinion, the excellent treatment and friendliness of all the staff stand out in this hotel. The comfort and style of the rooms, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Location in quiet area and close to the major points of interest. That you can even walk to. We stayed in 4 in a family suite. Very spacious and clean. Comfortable beds, plenty of light for the different windows and terrace, bathroom with bathtub and large shower. Great chance to make yourself in the room a tea or a Nespresso coffee. Kind staff. Leave your luggage in storage for free on arrival and departure. Only sin the breakfast. A single person who had to deal with the few tables that were there. Hand-wash the food and replenish the food. So wait for everything. And it wasn't always well stocked… if you were to pay apart from breakfast it is very expensive. Like all of Paris.

Good hotel. Staff polite enough, but not very knowledgeable. Only one person on front desk, often had to wait to be served. Not their fault, but managements. In room the toilet and bathroom are separate, but toilet does not have sink to wash hands.

This WONDERFUL hotel saved our trip to Paris! We needed last minute reservations, which the beautiful staff (inside and out) were able to help with. They went above and beyond our expectations to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel is clean and has many cafés and restaurants within walking distance, comfortable and clean beds. Close to the metro… I can’t emphasize enough how well the hotel staff treated us, especially Korine. I couldn’t be more pleased. And we are so so thankful. I HIGHLY recommend staying here if you have the opportunity — 5 gold stars!

Pictures of the hotel and room are great but deceiving. Pretty pushy with shuttle. We were told only cash. 5x we were asked, do we have cash for it and the answer was no! Told women clerk we did not get cash and we will be taking taxi. Day of departure, we were harrased about taking the shuttle! And on top of that, she claimed there are no taxis to call… and she DID NOT call one! What was up with that, I don't know. Hot food not kept at proper temperature. Everyone else was very polite and professional.

Very happy with our stay. Small rooms which was expected from a boutique hotel. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Breakfast was also good. The area is also perfect, away from the crowds yet close enough to walk everywhere. Will be back.

Very friendly staff. The rooms are small but clean. No minibar, only a fridge with one water bottle that isn't replaced during the stay. Location is great. Have a hard time believing this is a 4 star hotel.

Very good location, very close to the Metro.
Suggestive the area of Pigalle, the Moulin Rouge is a few steps, I was there last year and I had a great time, excellent value for money!
One mole: they don't serve breakfast…

Unpleasant Day receptionist! Payment for a non-existent upgrade! Never pretended to want to inform us properly or just perform the services yet offered by the hotel! The positive point the night staff and the breakfast room.

Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and tidy if a little on the small side. Room service and the breakfast buffet are a little pricey for what you get, especially compared to the cafes located around the hotel.

Great hotel with modern, bright rooms and top location! Galerie Lafayette is within walking distance (10-15 min). We spent 5 nights there and were super satisfied.

Hotel overrated and not at the height of its price! The room is flirtatious but not very functional (it lacks armchairs and a more spacious table), the sink was clogged and leaked slightly (luckily I'm only staying one night), only one set of towels (even one may need several! ) But the worst is the delay of the person for the breakfast service: She arrived with half an hour late, without excuse and very unsympathetic, I felt like I was disturbing! So I waited in front of an empty buffet for half an hour that the person arrives and at the reception not a word of apology for this delay. In the end I paid expensive for services not complying with the so-called standing of the hotel!

Pleasant welcome, service at the top… Extraordinary bedding and impeccable cleanliness… Perfect after 13 hours on the plane!

Clean rooms but very small. Cannot control the room temperature from the room, apparently it's controlled from the reception which is really odd. They don't fill the mini bar and when asked, tell you to go to the convenience store to buy things (not a 4 star hotel attitude). Overall this hotel is not a 4 star and definitely falls in a 3 star category.

Very nice Hotel. My room was clean and the daily cleaning effective. The front desk staff were very friendly and the front desk is open 24/7. The size of the room and the bathroom was very correct.

A first night marred by child crying and parents who probably thought they were alone in the hotel. Otherwise the hotel is very good, and the nightly welcome agent is top!

Hotel was clean and the rooms were very nicely furnished. Located in a convenient area. Only downside was the airline sized bathroom.

Hotel is beautiful, clean, comfortable and staff are lovely. Its in a great location to everything you want to see and do. The breakfast was bad with very little choice but after having it 1st day we ate elsewhere after that so I wouldn't spend to have the breakfast here. Nespresso machine in the room was great but not allowed more that the initial 2 pods left at check in. This was a shame, would've been nice to have an espresso each morning as it was very nice coffe. I would suggest removing this machine or providing pods daily with housekeeping.

This is very nice budget hotel in Paris with good staff, hotel has nice rooms.

Hotel is strategically located in the Pigally area. However when we stayed there, their boiler had broken down. So no hot water for 1 full day. We were offered no compensation in return.

Just bk from a weekend away with my hubby for our wedding anniversary. Absolutely fantastic time away. Hotel was spotless and staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and spread over a good few hours. Not like some hotels were you only get a couple of hours. Great location to. Loved the fact that a lot of things were within walking distance. Would definitely recommend going to anyone.

Nothing to say the hotel it is top level reception, breakfast decoration, cleanliness really is the great luxury.
The only negative is that it is poorly soundproof… impossible to sleep even with the window closed; Too much noise, plan earplugs, to park also it's complicated. … €36 the public parking for one night is Paris it seems!

Nice enough rooms a little small but very cozy and nicely air conditioned breakfast was very good. His boast best is the location. Very close to the Moulin rouge, Pigalle we found, at the galleria la fayette all operà. All places that you can walk.

Rooms small and clean, friendly staff, all except one who took my tablet and claims to have found just the wrapper of my electronic device that never left the room. — If the acts that I must say to the owner to pay attention to his material.

A good hotel just minutes from metro to Pigalle and at the foot of the beautiful Montmartre district. Our room a bit small but clean, wardrobe with safe (surcharge). Tv. A nice big window facing the side alley so very quiet. Bathroom with bath very clean and fresh towels every morning. Sweet and savoury breakfast great. Free Wi-Fi. Discreet and very kind. I recommend it.

Great place. Great value and well located.

If you want to stay in this area for this price, you won't do better than this.
